La vue est magnifique depuis cette retraite de plage au cinquième étage! Rien de tel que de se promener sur la plage, de marcher sur le grand balcon panoramique et de voir les plages de sable blanc du golfe du Mexique. L'unité est plus de 1370 pieds carrés avec un concept de vie ouvert total.
Seaside Beach & Racquet Club # 5514 est situé au cinquième étage du bâtiment 5 avec vue directe sur le golfe et la piscine extérieure. Ce condo dispose de 3 chambres, 2 salles de bains et peut accueillir 10 personnes lorsque vous utilisez les deux canapés-lits queen size. La cuisine est bien équipée avec les casseroles, poêles et besoins de cuisson essentiels. Il y a une laveuse et une sécheuse dans l'unité pour votre commodité. Toutes les serviettes et les draps sont fournis.
La plage est à quelques pas en suivant la terrasse à travers un kiosque et complète avec des douches de plage en plein air. The property was perfect. My 5 year old kept saying how beautiful the house was and all the kids loved the pool!

We didn’t have any issues while we were there, my grandkids enjoyed indoor and outdoor pools, pickle ball at night and the condo was perfect for us. I could drink coffee and look at the beach and watch kiddos in the pool, absolutely would stay there again

Everything was great, the list of “to do” items before checkout was incredibly reasonable compared to what a lot of places expect now. Best of all, we had vehicle trouble while there and I wanted to order the part online vs paying 5x as much locally, but know it can be difficult to get package delivery at condos so worked with the owner who helped arranged things with on-site property manager. The extra effort was appreciated greatly. We vary up our vacation locations, but if we decide to comeback to Orange Bwach would definitely stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Before our stay, Carol let us know she would not be available locally and provided us another contact. This was super helpful as we did have a slight issue with one of the showers. We called and the problem was fixed that same day. Plenty of room in the condo for our famy of 5. Clean and comfy. We loved the view of the beach from.the balcony, especially at night under a full moon. My husband and I would see sailboats and an occasional dolphin during our early morning coffee. Access to the beach is only a short walk around the pool. It was easy to rent an umbrella and chairs on the sand. Attendee was super friendly and helpful. We also like how the pool would become partly shaded in the late afternoon so we could still swim after a day in the sun. We had 3 teens with us who liked being able to cross the street to go to Adventureland for arcade games, mini golf and go carts. There is lots of shopping close by also. We all loved our stay and would do it again in a heartbeat.

Condo and view was just as described. The 9 days that we were there, it rained the majority of the time, but couldnt ask for a better place to relax. Everything was perfect.

The condo was just as described. We did have a slight issue figuring out how to use the front door. It has a weird deadbolt/keypad entry combo that we had not seen. Beds were fine. It slept 7 of us very comfortably. It was clean, although when we checked in there was sand on the floor that stuck to our feet but we kind of expect that staying at a beach condo. Sheets for the pull out couches did not seem the cleanest but our teenage boys did not care. Overall it was a great place to stay and we would definitely come back.

The property was exactly as described. Beautiful view of the ocean and great location. The condo had everything we needed. We did have to go on a scavenger hunt for the towels. Housekeeping left them in the dryer, but no complaints at all. lol We will definitely be back.

The complex was nice. Our unit was fine. The pool area was laid out really well. The beach and access to everything around was also nice. I would certainly rent this unit again but after all my years of renting in the area..I learned a lesson. Ask about maintenance that might be taking place and to what extent BEFORE renting. For four days, all day, there was a walkway being taken apart for repair with saws and a jackhammer right outside our unit. It was so loud you couldn't have a conversation in a normal tone of voice anywhere inside the unit. Two of my group who simply couldn't take refuge at the beach all day were forced to leave early. It really was that bad. I was told a few days before our arrival that some work would be taking place and that they would only work Monday-Thursday which was true. Lesson learned.

From the moment we walked into the condo, the ocean view was awesome. The walk to the beach was very convenient, and fit our group very comfortably. Parking is so easy, it's just a parking lot with many open spaces, and the entire process was very easy. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing Orange Beach
Hello everyone, using this time to tell you what amazing vacation my family had at this location.
All the facilities were clean and our apto, we stayed in was exactly what I expected. Clean, organized, perfect location and view was great, Commutation with the owner on the spot.
The only thing that I would like to suggest, is the check out time should be same as hotels, 12 instead of 10.
Amazing place, willing to rent it again in a future.

Host responded very quickly to all messages. Bottoms of our feet were black from dirty floor and dust everywhere. Lots of glass furniture. So not very kid friendly. Condo is brighter and bigger in person than in pictures. A lot of rules at the pool. Like the kids can have no balls to play with in pool. Very strict security. Location was great. Easy walk to the beach !

We enjoyed our stay ! Lots of room with everything we needed. The only complaint is master bed needs new box spring or frame , the mattress was fine it just creaked every time I moved in the bed

Excellent value
Condo was spacious and clean. It had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The view of the beach and pool was nice, we loved sitting on the balcony. Beach access was fantastic, and the chair attendants were wonderful. It is very convenient to grocery, shopping and food (Doc's is the best). We could not have asked for a more plesant expierence!
