We loved❤ our 5 week stay here! Breakfast every morning on the patio amongst the palms and next to the pool. We were able to walk, bike or take the free Loop bus almost anywhere on the island. The apartment had everything we needed, was clean and very comfortable. Matt was easy to communicate with and answered all our questions. We would highly recommend his place.

Overall, it was ok, the air conditioning was probably the best attribute. I was there for almost 2 months, long enough to see how much maintenance needs to be done, the furniture although cute, was very uncomfortable and it was kinda dark, so for me, a little depressing. I did walk a lot to town and rented a bike to get around, but I was there for school, so I had studying to do and being in a dark house didn't help my mood. There were bikes to use, however they had flat tires and no tire pump. The pool area was nice, but the water was literally like taking a very warm bath, some may like it like that, but for me after walking or biking, it wasn't refreshing at all. During the day, after some studying, I had to get out, it being, "The Keys" there was always noise and while there I guess the connecting unit decided to replace their decking, so workers were there around the pool area making more noise and seemed like dragged their feet to get work done, which still wasn't finished by the time I left.

This condo is a great place to start your daily adventure in Old Town or relax by the pool. I had one problem with cable access and the owner fixed it in under 15 minutes. I couldn't be happier.

This is a very charming home with comfortable amenities, lovely pool and located in easy distance of everything in town. Pet friendly and perfect for our vacation.
