House was as described, walk to beach was not bad but got old with little ones after a few days. Beach wagon was broken when we arrived, it was replaced with a cart we couldn’t make use of and eventually a n identical wagon which made carrying all the chairs etc, easier. The lighter for the grill was on the tv stand when we arrived and was discovered by our 1 year old first, which was strange. None of the remotes had battery covers and two had no batteries, which were replaced by the handyman on his visit for an unrelated issue. Coffee pot still had water in it when we arrived. Other than that house seemed pretty clean but these things made me wonder how thorough cleaning team actually was. Our AC was going out when we arrived, it took a day and a half for us to figure this out, as we turned the temperature down slowly it slowly got hotter until it reached 80 and I reported the problem. It was fixed that same night but not before I was blamed for the problem for having turned it down to 68. I did not start out that cold, but explained we had continued to adjust the temperature down as it kept getting warmer. When the AC tech arrived it was not a frozen unit but in fact needed a charge of coolant. The AC technician assured me I had nothing to do with the problem and that turning the unit down below 70 would not cause a problem. I would never set my air below 70 normally, only did it to try and cool the hot house. I realize air conditioning malfunctioning is an unforeseen problem and not the hosts fault, but I have been renting vacation homes for many years and this is the first time a host has assumed that I caused a problem and told me that it was most likely my fault. The jets in the spa stopped working and I reported that as well, then they worked again but no one reported they had been repaired so I just assumed that someone had stopped by while we were gone and fixed it. Unfortunately the jets didn’t work again on our last night. Maybe there is a short in the system? Idk but I was tired of reporting problems. I’m sure it was great for whomever came after us. I would suggest instructions be given that ac can’t be turned below 70 if that is what they want. We also didn’t leave doors open. I don’t appreciate being blamed for a mechanical failure of the ac, which according to the tech wouldn’t have been my fault no matter what I set it to. I believe him.

We loved everything about the house! Location was a short walk to the beach. The pool and hot tub area was amazing!

The seahorse beach house is truly amazing! One of the best VRBOs that we have ever stayed in. The pool is phenomenal and the location can’t be beat. Want to go to the beach? it’s a block away… oh and everything you need for the beach can be found in the garage. Want to go to Pine St? Hop on the trolly that is just steps from your front door or take a quick walk or bike ride (with bikes provided at the house) north and you’re there! Need something or have a question? The property managers Emma and Claire are on top of it and so very nice. We literally couldn’t have asked for a better vacation and definitely will be back!

Beach access right at the end of the street. Wonderful pool which our kids had a blast in daily. Clean and updated home. Most restaurants were all <1 mile away. Two bedrooms were on the main living floor and the other two (kid bunk room and other third king room were upstairs.) It was a little noisy being on the main living floor in the morning if anyone else was awake…kids :) Bikes, beach chairs, pool inflatables, beach toys were all there which was great. Would have liked to have a few more beach towels available (7 at the house for a total of 8 people staying.) FYI there’s a Keurig in the kitchen, no coffee pot. The golf carts were all rented out when we got there so if that’s something you plan to do make sure to do that in advance. Overall, great house!

We loved our stay here. There was a pack and play, high chair, beach chairs, beach toys, pool toys and lots of towels. I brought along laundry detergent, but they did have a little at the house. I wish I would have brought extra garbage bags and dish washer cleaner. Loved it. Will stay again.

Property was EXACTLY what we saw online. It was clean and ready for our family. All necessary beach equipment, bikes and pool towels were provided and a starter stock of bare necessitates made our first night easy. We had trouble with a clicking fan and the management team was on it immediately and very responsive to our request. We were very happy with the location to the beach and all AMI has to offer. We will be back!

The house was well equipped with everything you need for a week at the beach. Pool and hot tub were used daily. Bedrooms were great for 2 families, including a smaller living space for the kids to hang out on the second floor. Beach is 2 short blocks away and owners provided beach chairs, towels, umbrella, cooler, toys and a wagon for transporting them. Great location and walkable to many restaurants.

House was well equipped. We used the bikes, beach stuff, hot tub, kitchens. Great place to stay and enjoy the island. Only minor complaint would be beds squeak. Front porch was slippery this am with dew dripping from roof. Gutters I think would help with this safety issue. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time! We’ve stayed in many homes over the years on different parts of the island and this place doesn’t disappoint. We loved the pool and hot tub and all the beach gear. Updated finishes and modern beach decor. We chose to rent a golf cart to get around the island and to visit other beach accesses which was so fun.

House had a nice layout. Was a great value for the price. Nice beachy décor. Management was very responsive when we had an issue with check in and spa, responded within minutes. Pros: Nice layout, walking distance to beach and Pine Avenue shops. Pool and hot tub nicely heated and great sun/shade mix. Responsive management. Cons: Busy street/bad intersection to cross at to go to beach. Furniture and Pool both needed a deep cleaning. Pool deck needed some maintenance-uneven deck boards posed trip hazard.

We had a lovely time at this house. Multiple rooms with kind size beds was great for our group of adults. Heated pool and hot tub made relaxing in the evenings a real treat. Just a few minutes walk to the beach, and close to everything we needed. Would definitely consider staying at this property again!

Spent 5 nights at this house with my family of 5 (kids 4, 7 and 9). Property is just as pictured! Everything is clean and new. Pool is gorgeous. One block from the beach and less than a mile from shops/restaurants. House is well stocked (beach towels, boogie boards, beach toys, beach cart, plenty of beach chairs). Just bring your suit! There are also bikes to use- the small (childrens) bike was broken, but the adult bikes worked and we were able to rent kids bikes for a very reasonable price. 100% recommend this property and a stay on Anna Maria Island.

Great property with everything as listed. Beautiful pool and very responsive management/owners. It was well kept with cute, beachy decor and in a good location. Definitely an easy walk to beach. The beach toys and cart to haul them was an added bonus. We had a beautiful stay. The only improvement I have is with the linens. The white towels and sheets had apparently been laundered with colors previously and had pinkish/red fading. Also, the bikes could use a tune up, but we did appreciate having them. Everything else was exactly as it should be. Thank you!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at 202 81st St, Holmes, Beach, FL. The house was very well equipped for our needs, clean, and the backyard pool was a real plus. Access to the beach and the overall great amenities of this home made for a great week for our group of 6 adults and two young children. We would definitely return!

My family loved this property. It was so close to the beach. Our family of 8 loved the heated pool and hot tub. The house was spotless and very spacious for our large group. Having so many restaurants and stores within walking distance was also a plus. We loved having 5 bikes available to use. We usually rent bikes so it was convenient to already have them. We already plan on returning next year!
