Cozy lake house minutes to Craigville Beach
Première fois offert! Belle maison avec le charme de la Nouvelle-Angleterre. Cette maison est front de mer sur le magnifique lac Waquaquet. La maison se trouve à la fin d'une partie privée du lac. Prenez un verre sur le grand porche, détendez-vous sur la plage privée juste devant la maison ou pêchez sur le quai. Cette maison n’est que l’une des rares avec un quai privé et une plage! La maison se trouve sur le lac Waquaquet avec une vue absolument imprenable. Détendez-vous à l'intérieur près de la cuisinière à gaz ou asseyez-vous à l'extérieur sur la terrasse de 10 mètres de haut, perchée au-dessus de notre plage de sable privée située à quelques mètres du lac. Avec 4 chambres et deux salles de bains, la maison peut accueillir confortablement des groupes de taille moyenne à grande. La maison est idéalement située à 10 minutes de Hyannis et à quelques minutes de la plage de Craigville. Le rez-de-chaussée de la maison est à concept ouvert et comprend une cuisine mise à jour, une table à manger et un salon donnant sur le lac. Les 4 chambres sont au deuxième étage. Trois kayaks et un canoë sont fournis. Nous demandons aux clients d'apporter leurs propres draps. Wifi et câble basique inclus. Téléviseur à écran plat au rez-de-chaussée Barbecue au propane extérieur (les locataires sont responsables de remplir leur propre réservoir) Questions fréquemment posées! We had a wonderful 2 week stay at this spacious lake house with a huge flower-filled deck overlooking a tranquil lake steps away. Great communications with the host The rental includes a canoe and kayaks, AC units in all the BRs if needed,outdoor shower, a 7 minute ride to the ocean. Can't wait to return.

Great location on Lake. Enjoyed Dock, SUP, Kayak and Lily pad. Close to beach and restaurants. Could have provided some cleaning supplies to keep the place tidy during our stay such as broom, counter cleaners etc. More outdoor barrels needed for 8 guests for 7days. Overall, happy with the rental and had a memorable family vacation. Highly recommended.

Fantastic spot for a family vacation! Location is absolutely perfect. My grandsons spent all day in the water, on the dock and especially on the Lilli pad! The house is well maintained and the deck is a highlight. We look forward to returning next year!

Relaxing week
Great and relaxing second year at this home. The deck with the view over the lake is wonderful. Weekdays were especially incredibly peaceful and quiet. Priscilla is a conscientious host and the house is very well equipped. Hopefully, we'll be back!

Family vacation
Beautiful home and location. Lake and lake toys make this property extra special. The house was the perfect fit for our family. Great location, close to restaurants, grocery stores, beaches, biking and hiking. Would come again! Definitely did not want to leave.

Great lake and deck
We really liked the house and the expansive deck overlooking the beautiful lake was terrific. Priscilla is a great, responsive host (she responded almost instantly to all emails/messages) and the house was really well equipped for lake activities and cooking. The big con of the week was that there was constant construction noise from a house being built next door...hammering and drilling for about 10 hours each weekday. If that construction is done by next summer, we'd love to rent this house again. Without that construction, the spot is private and quiet and lovely. Certainly not the host's fault, just bad luck for us. We still enjoyed the lake and beautful sunsets.

Wonderful stay!
Great experience start to finish, the house was perfect for our family of 4 adults and one toddler. The lake and beach are PERFECT for toddlers, and we loved the lily pad and kayaks! Super comfortable beds and deck furniture rounded out a great week!

Great lake house
Everything was fantastic. Host Priscilla has all you need for a great vacation. Being right on the lake, you really don't need to leave unless you want to; especially with that expansive deck. Despite being just minutes away from all the Hyannis shopping, it's a very quiet neighborhood. Really, no complaints; we'll very likely go back.

Wonderful Stay
We enjoyed our opportunity to stay at the Beech House. We both found the lake house to be very comfortable and well supplied beyond our needs. Priscilla was easy to communicate with - very responsive. It was the best of both worlds - - easy access to beaches and endlessly varied views of Lake Wequaquet and its sunsets. Hope to get back for another visit soon.

Great week on the lake
The house is exactly as pictured in the profile. The lake was awesome especially loved using the canoe, kayaks & SUP. Loved the lily pad. Nice comfy deck furniture & grill. Only downside was the constant construction noise going on next door with a new house being built.

Amazing week at the lake
We had such an incredible week at Priscilla’s house. We basically lived on the porch and in the water. Kids LOVED the lily pad, we went boating and swimming, grilled on the deck at night. Priscilla was responsive and accommodating with all of our questions. Close to town but feels isolated which is ideal. Would not hesitate to rent again or recommend to others.

Lake Wequaquet Getaway
We had a great time at Priscilla's place. The location can't be beat. The lake is wonderful! We made great use of the terrific boathouse under the deck -- 3 kayaks, a canoe, a pedal boat, large innertubes, life vests, beach chairs - everything you need. We barbecued and did aerobics on the deck looking out at the lake. The kitchen/dining/living room area is spacious and bright, although the living room area is a bit crowded. The living room furniture is well-used but comfortable -- just as described. The bedrooms are pleasant and two of them have a/c. There is no a/c downstairs, but there are four or five large window fans and every room has plenty of windows to create a cross breeze, so we were cool and comfortable the whole time. Priscilla was responsive and very easy to deal with. We highly recommend her house.

Beautiful lake sunsets!
We entered the property driving down a long, very private driveway. There was a hummingbird that greeted us upon arrival, which was a good omen. Tucked away, right on the lake, with a huge deck from which to watch the sun go down over the lake every night. It's very quiet all day and night, yet easily accessible to stores and activities in Hyannis and beyond. The living quarters was large enough for all 8 of us, and the deck accommodated more guests from which we celebrated my mothers' 87th birthday. The water activities kept the kids happy ( paddle board, paddle boat, canoe, kayaks ): having them there saved us from having to rent them: and the floating 'lily pad' was fun to hang out on and get some sun on. The beds are comfy, and there were plenty of plates/glasses/silverware. Having both a coffee maker and a Keurig machine was convenient. I have no hesitation in recommending this relaxing get-away Beech House to anyone looking for a balance of quiet and easy access to fun/shopping.

This is a wonderful place for a group to stay. The location feels quite secluded, fronting right on the lake which is large and mostly very quiet. On the other hand, Hyannis is a few minutes away by car. There is an expansive deck facing the water which is a great spot to hang out. Our family was very pleased with our week.

Great week of swimming, boating, relaxing
This is the very picture of a well-used and well-loved vacation house on a beautiful lake. It's set down from the road and you can only see or hear the two houses next door. It was wonderfully peaceful. It's not large and luxurious but it's clean, comfortable, welcoming, and stocked with all sorts of things to help renters enjoy the lake: kayaks, a pedal boat, a big "lily pad" floating platform that everyone loved, a private dock, beach chairs, kid's toys, and lots more. I brought a 10' sailboat that I could launch at a place a few hundred yards away. Most important, there's a deck the width of the house with a large table for meals, a big couch, umbrellas for shade and a gas grill. We spent most of our time on the deck, enjoying the view and breeze. Lots of convenient shopping nearby.

On a lake... On the Cape!
My family visited Labor Day weekend of 2018 and we were so pleased with our time on the lake we hardly wanted to leave the property. The lakeside swimming is sandy and calm, and our accommodations were perfect for our group (3 couples, 1 kiddo- there are bunk beds in the smaller bedroom, so 8 people would be comfortable).
Proximity to groceries and restaurants is perfectly convenient and there are breweries not too far away if such things entice. You can easily enjoy the beaches during the day and come home for an afternoon dip in the lake.
Any amenity you’d need for a weeklong stay is available; wifi was reliable, washer and dryer in the larger downstairs bathroom, and the kitchen is appointed with everything you need to prepare a meal at "home". We also really enjoyed grilling on the deck, which is more than spacious enough to accommodate larger family groups, and the sunsets are absolutely killer!(Seriously, just go for the sunset).
We hope to revisit this summer and would love to make it an annual trip :) This spot truly is the best of both worlds!

Perfect house in an amazing location
Our family came from NH to enjoy this house in the summer of 2018. We enjoyed the space of the house which is well arranged and very comfortable. The highlight of the interior space is the dining room table with expansive views right over the lake. The outdoor space is absolutely incredible and we did not leave the house all weekend. It is on a private part of the late, has its own dock, private beach, and large deck.
The house was cool and comfortable. We cooked most of our meals on the grill they provide outside but the kitchen is well appointed. The beds are nice and comfortable with two bedrooms having waterfront views. There is nothing better than waking up in the morning and enjoying a coffee on their deck (except for maybe having a beer on the beach later in the day). Everything electronic in the house worked well and they provided some DVDs which was great for the kids.
We would stay here again in a heartbeat, can't wait to visit again this summer!
