Kate's house was beautifully appointed. She made every effort to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. She had everything we needed and more! Check-in and check-out was very easy and Kate was extremely responsive no matter how small the question. The location was perfect - a great neighborhood allowing us to easily get what we needed. It was wonderful having a private pool! The house was spacious, clean and comfortable for four generations ranging in age from 4 years to 94! The new gas BBQ was an additional asset. We cooked every day including most dinners. Kate, the owner, was quick to respond to all questions. We will definitely stay here again!

We had a great time with our family here. This property is very kid friendly. Very large house located in a super quiet neighborhood. Loved the kitchen and the pool was awesome. I would definetly book this property again. The only issue we had with the property is that it did not have a vaccum cleaner. With as many people that we had staying it would have been nice to be able clean up a bit. Also 3 bathrooms and only one hair dryer drove us crazy.

We were two families travelling with 3 young children and thought the layout and space in the House was ideal! The kitchen was large and easy to work in, the main space was open and uncluttered and the fenced in pool was a plus with the kiddos. The house was well situated and not far from restaurants, attractions and the beach. We’d recommend this house to anyone and would definitely stay here again.

This is a beautiful property! It has everything you might need while on vacation. It was perfect for the five of us that stayed there. I was even able to prepare a Thanksgiving meal. The only thing that would have made our stay better is if the pool had been heated, it was quite chilly.

Das Haus liegt in einer schönen ruhigen Gegend, Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Die Einrichtung ist sehr nett, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, mit allem was man zum kochen braucht und auch um Gäste zu bekochen. Das Haus und auch der Garten mit Pool war sauber und gepflegt.

This was our first VRBO experience and it was a very positive one. The pictures of the home were accurate and all went well from beginning to end. Nice area of Boca Raton. Nice, spacious yard and back patio with grill. Wifi and tv work d fine. Laundry was very handy to have. Three baths made showering easy and quick. No complaaints. Nicely updated home.

Great house minutes from the beaches and great restaurants! The full modern kitchen was also useful for when we didn't want to eat out. We just hung out by the pool a few days too! Thank you.

We loved every minute of our stay at this beautiful and spacious home! Close to everything we needed-Costco, Publix and the beach! The kids loved the pool, and the adults loved the fully-stocked, open kitchen. The house easily accommodated all 10 of us as well. We had a great time staying at this home! The layout is open and spacious. The kitchen is newly remodeled with all new appliances. There were plenty of bedrooms and beds for everyone to sleep well. The pool area was fantastic for cookouts. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back again!

The property was very nice, clean and well maintained. Kate was very easy to work with. She was on top of any problem that we had. The pictures you see is exactly how the property looks. Plenty of room for the 5 of us. Everybody had their own space. The property was a little farther from the beach than we usually stay but the weather wasn't that great so it didn't matter.

Our three generations stayed at this property for a week in early March. This included mom and dad, daughter and husband and nine month old grandson. The property is accurately pictured but perhaps the size of this house doesn’t come through. It truly is expansive. The split bedroom design is great for multigenerational holidays. The master suite is so separate that it’s completely soundproof. The neighborhood is very nice and the location is convenient for anything you would like to do. We shopped at the huge Town Center Mall, went to the beach (we liked the Deerfield Beach south of the pier), and our golfers played Osprey Point (which they said was the best maintained and most friendly course they had ever visited). All of this was easy to get to via the SW 18th artery which is two blocks away. We are foodies and we appreciated the well equipped kitchen. We do this kind of holiday a lot and this was the best kitchen we’ve seen in a rental property. All the surfaces are easy care. Traveling with a baby is a messy business and we appreciated the laundry equipment. All systems in the house worked perfectly (kitchen appliances, television, air conditioning, laundry, pool, internet, etc.) The house is newly renovated and it felt new. Communications with the owner and access to the house were all smooth. We had a great time and we’ll be back.

This house is absolutely wonderful. Nothing was overlooked in the details. The pictures you see here absolutely reflect the condition of the house.The owner was very friendly and informative. We were less than two miles from having our feet in the sand on some of the most beautiful beaches and to many great dining and shopping options. We will definitely be staying here again!
