Amazing Ocean View Condo Steps Away From The Beach
Adorable deux chambres ouvertes et aérées, 2 Bath Beach Condo avec une vue imprenable sur l'océan et la piscine. Lit king size dans la chambre principale avec salle de bain privée. La deuxième chambre a un lit double ainsi que des lits superposés avec un plein en bas et des lits jumeaux en haut. La cuisine a une île pour manger et se divertir. Parfait pour les familles ou tout simplement pour une escapade romantique. Avec seulement 32 condos dans ce complexe, la piscine et la plage sont à quelques pas. Ce condo au 3ème étage dispose d'un balcon privé donnant sur l'océan et la piscine. Vos enfants plus âgés peuvent nager dans la piscine pendant que vous les regardez depuis le balcon. Vous n'aimez pas les escaliers, pas de soucis, cet immeuble en copropriété dispose d'un ascenseur. Situé sur la plage "sans voiture", à quelques kilomètres du centre-ville pittoresque / de nombreux restaurants et à seulement une heure d'Orlando, en Floride (Disney, Universal Studios et Sea World).

The property was great. It had all of the amenities that anyone could ask for.
My wife and children (ages 8 and 10) loved it.
The beach view and pool were fantastic and the solitude was beyond exceptional. Dining opportunities were great as well.
We definitely intend to return.

My family and I stayed here during the Rockville concert. We had a great time here and enjoyed the amenities while we were taking a break from the music.

The host has a WiFi thermostat and controlled the temperature during our entire stay. The first night we were there it was set and locked at 78 degrees. We reached out the following day and after extensive back and forth communication the host finally agreed to lower it to 74 degrees. Needless to say the condo remained very uncomfortable for our entire stay.
In addition to the climate control, the condo was below average with dirty furniture.

this was our 5th year in new smyrna beach, and this is the best condo yet. great location, plenty of room, great view of the ocean. we have already rebooked for next year. host and building manager are very accommodating.

Easy check in. The place has everything that you need for your stay. I loved the expresso machine. The condo is very clean and comfortable to stay in. A GREAT PLACE for a family vacation. The only thing that the resort needs is a few more carts to bring up luggage.

We ran into a few issues during our stay some within the owners control and some not. I was impressed with the responsiveness from Britni, Leon and also Sam the property manager. I have stayed in NSB a few times and really liked that this property was in the smaller side so all amenities were easily accessible. This is a great location if you want to avoid crowds. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

It is a very nice condo in a good location on the "no-drive" section of the beach. Upon our arrival, there were a few minor glitches, however, the owners and the site manager handled everything quickly and effciently. We usually stay at the other end of NSB, however, we discovered some new places to eat and shop.

Family Friendly Vacation
We LOVED staying at this condo. It was beautiful. The beds were comfortable and the couch was amazing! The complex was quiet and had lots of families. And the beach wasn't crowded at all even though the complex was full. It was the best family vacation.

Nice, quiet condo with a view
My family and I enjoyed our stay here. We wanted a place on the beach that was a reasonable drive to Orlando. The condo is good for a family with younger children, but the check-out time of 9:30am was a bit challenging. Most places are 11am. There's less furniture in the living room than shown in the pictures, which was fine. There were a couple of issues with kitchen lights not working and bathroom hardware needing fixed that I mentioned to the property manager, but nothing major that affected our stay. My kids enjoyed the pool and beach, and the view from the balcony is great. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

Wonderful view of the pool & ocean from out balcony !!
We loved our stay at Villa Shores. The condo was great and was completely stocked. A few things could use a little updating (the stove, the shower bar and the drain in the main bath, and a few of their beach chairs were completely rusted) but overall is was super clean and very, very comfortable. The views of the pool & ocean were awesome ! We actually wanted to rent it for the month next year, but it's already rented. The owner was helpful and very, very nice and the property manager was wonderful to work with. We would highly recommend renting this unit.

Very nice vaction rental.
Great location, nice pool area. Master bedroom does not have a television which would be nice. Cleanliness at check in was ok but could have been better. The good things about this condo by far out weigh the bad so I would strongly recommend. I would love to come back.

Two weeks summer 2021
Great experience at Shore Villas in New Smyrna. The owner has a beautiful place, with everything you would need for a beach vacation. Very clean, updated condo, with a wonderful view of the pool and the beach. The onsite Mgmt. is wonderful as well, and helped with anything that popped up during our stay. We will definitely be back. Thanks so much to the owners for having us.

Everything you need...
This condo is absolutely perfect for a beach getaway... Looking down at the pool, and the ocean, we watched dolphins glide by in the surf almost every morning. Well equipped with ice cold air conditioning and great WiFi, it was a perfect fit for my family of four. We flew, and were worried we’d need to buy things for the beach. Not to worry, there were chairs, toys, boogie boards etc. We had such a great time. Owners answered all of our questions and then some, and made the rental process super smooth. Complex is great! Sam the property manager takes great care of everything and is a wonderful guy. Can’t say enough good things. We were truly impressed.

Great view and so close to the ocean
This condo is just as advertised. Great view of the ocean and pool, just steps away. The owners were very reachable and quick to respond and the onsite manager was terrific. I would stay here again. My wife and I stayed five weeks and the condo has everything you need. The parking lot and entrance is a little quirky, tucked away between bigger complexes but the property is well maintained and I would recommend it for both families and couples.

Wonderful retreat
The condo was perfect for our crew to relax and unwind. It's nicely decorated and was cozy and welcoming. We had the best time on the beach playing games, riding our bikes or just relaxing under our tent. It's situated on the no-drive portion of the beach which was one of my requirements when looking for a place. It's just a few miles south of Flagler Ave which is a cool little restaurant and shopping district that we enjoyed. The owners were easy to work with and very accomodating. We'd defintely stay here again!

Comfortable modern Condo
We had a great vacation in this well appointed and clean condo. The kitchen is nice and bright with every modern amenity. The comfortable king suite includes quality sheets and duvet. The modern bathrooms have lots of plush towels and are well lit. Spacious cabinets and closets met all our storage needs. The living room offered lots of relaxed seating after a busy day on the beautiful beach. Shopping and restaurants are just a short drive . Would love to vacation here again!
