Wonderful loft, had a minor issue with the code not working on the lock but the issue was resolved later with the owners.

This was a wonderful place to stay! Communication and check in was excellent. The unit was very well set up and all details thought through. It was everything we wanted and needed. Santana Row can be noisy, but this unit faces away from the Main Street, and is very quiet. We would definitely stay again. Thank you so much!

Nice and clean

This was the perfect house. Anastasia was kind enough to let us check in early after a long flight. It is the perfect location. Plenty to do shopping, restaurants, movies, Winchester Mystery House within walking distance. Space was wonderful. Anastasia was very responsive to any questions. Very clean and fresh. This will be our place to stay in San Jose. The kitchen was well stocked and we made breakfast every morning. The only improvement I could suggest is a toaster.

This place has everything: perfect location, perfect hosts, perfect amenities. It is now our first choice go-to place every time we visit the area.

It was better than a 5 star hotel. Little details like wine, chocolate, and nespresso made all the difference. Enjoyed my stay.

This is a great location within San Jose and Anastasia was delightful. The apartment was tastefully furnished and there were many little details that made the stay quite enjoyable. Would highly recommend.

This unit is very well-appointed, has plenty of space, and is in a very central area of San Jose. 4 of us stayed here and we enjoyed the fact that we were right in Santana Row (which is great for shopping and restaurants) as well as close to downtown San Jose and driving distance to all the Bay Area has to offer. The unit is quiet and clean, offers pretty much everything you could need (even a yoga mat, hair dryer, washer/dryer, etc). Parking is very close to the elevator which is nice. The only drawback was leaving the windows open. There is a restaurant below the unit so a lot of the employees are cleaning up, throwing things away or chatting on the back side of the restaurant which is where the window of the unit faces. It gets pretty noisy around closing time. We just kept the windows closed, but something to keep in mind. The unit owner is very communicative and constantly checked in with us to see if we were doing ok. She answered very quickly as well. Overall, we really had a great experience.

We have had the pleasure of staying two times in this unit at Santana Row. The owner is so nice and accommodating and keeps the unit in beautiful condition. Perfect place to stay with family. Why would anyone want to stay in a hotel when this is available?

Owner is easy to work with and quick to respond to any issue(s). Definitely a great choice for a weekend getaway. We will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend. Place is clean, service is excellent and location is such that you can park your car for the duration of your visit.

There are so many good things about this place. Where should I start? Well, the cliche of "Location, Location, Location" comes in mind first. The apartment is right in Santana Row, an upscale shopping district with interesting combinations of stores including both Gucci and H&M (and so much more), and with so many restaurants to choose from. The inside of the apartment is very quiet and secure; no worries from the crowd outside. Also on Wednesdays there is a farmer's market, with a lot of fresh fruits and flowers. The place is also close to both the San Jose airport and the convention center in downtown San Jose. The apartment is exactly like pictured, with very tasteful decor, a full kitchen, and pretty much everything you may need when traveling (tooth brush, tooth paste, Nespresso coffee, etc). I can see the room to be perfect for any business travelers or a family with one or two kids. Last but certainly not the least, the owner, Anastasia, is fantastic! When I first arrived at the apartment, it was midnight. Yet Anastasia was still checking with me via text messages just to make sure everything was fine. I can see that she put in a lot of heart and effort in making the whole experience great for everyone. There is really nothing more I could ask for.

Our stay at this property was completely enjoyable. It is in a very nice neighborhood of San Jose, with many upscale shops and restaurants all within a block or two. We felt safe and secure both in the building and the surrounding area. The underground parking garage was a real plus. The loft is completely outfitted with all you need for a short or longer term stay. Stores such as H&M, Anthropologie, kate spade, BCBGMAXAZRIA, many many more, even Best Buy are within 1-2 blocks. Grocery store about 2 blocks away, and a large enclosed mall 1 block away. Many restaurants of every kind all down the Row. Our favorite was Village California Bistro - we had a great dinner there, and the next day returned for Sunday brunch. Anastasia and Refael were the perfect hosts, very responsive. If we ever get back to San Jose, we would book this loft again!

Me and my husband just came back from a 4 day trip to San Jose and San Francisco. We stayed at this loft and I must say, it was a Wonderful experience. The location is amazing and Anastasia and Refael texted us during our stay just to make sure that we had everything we needed. The loft is beautiful and just upstairs from tons of shops and restaurants. Anastasia responded to my emails within minutes and texted me personally to make sure all of my questions were answered. Would definitely stay here again and will be recommending to all of our family and friends.!!

We stayed in this two bedroom Santana Row loft condo for a week in August and it was perfect location to explore the area. Ideal set up and sure beats staying in a hotel. The owners were very nice and accommodating and the place had everything needed and the parking spot underground garage was perfect. The place was clean, modern and comfortable.
