Un remodelage complet de l'ensemble de l'unité a été effectué. Il comprend dans la cuisine de nouvelles armoires, des appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable, des comptoirs en granit et un sol en céramique. Le bain a planchers de céramique nouvelle, armoire, lavabo et toilettes. Les chambres ont un nouveau tapis, des meubles, de la peinture, des parures de fenêtres, un téléviseur mural intelligent 40 pouces HD dans le master et un téléviseur / DVD de 27 "dans la deuxième chambre et un nouveau sommier et matelas King. Le salon et la salle à manger ont une nouvelle peinture, des parures de fenêtre, un nouveau canapé et un téléviseur HD intelligent de 46 pouces avec lecteur Blu-ray dans le salon.
Notre unité est clair, lumineux et aéré, avec des fenêtres sur trois côtés de l'appareil et a les vues les plus spectaculaires que je l'ai vu dans OC.
Il y a un parking pour une voiture seulement.
Il y a 2 balcons privés pour vous d'apprécier. On est directement face à la mer où vous avez vue sur la piscine, la plage et l’océan. Vous pouvez voir et entendre l'océan et regarder le lever du soleil. L'autre balcon donne directement vers l'ouest sur la baie, où vous pourrez admirer les spectaculaires couchers de soleil violets, roses et oranges. La vue sur la baie directe balcon a une table de pique-nique et des chaises afin que vous puissiez profiter de ces magnifiques couchers de soleil tout en ayant le dîner ou un cocktail à l'extérieur.
Notre cuisine est entièrement équipée, donc si vous aimez rester et la cuisson des repas sur vos vacances il est parfait pour cela. Nous avons aussi une laveuse et une sécheuse pour votre commodité. Nous sommes situés à l'extrémité nord de Ocean City où il est calme et tranquille, loin de l'agitation de la foule et de la circulation.
Arc-en-a 2 belles piscines, 1 piscine front de mer régulière et également une piscine Kiddie. (La piscine est ouverte du Memorial Day jusqu'au 25 septembre)

First off, communication with Ron was superb. Any questions I had he answered clearly and there was no confusion, when I got there the property manager helped me find my designated spot and she was a lovely lady. The condo itself was very homey and I always looked forward to coming back to the condo at the end of the day. The beach access was amazing because it is such a short walk so you don’t have to haul all of the beach equipment far at all. The beds were all super comfortable and the washer and dryer were very convenient. My favorite part is probably the location and views, especially with the 2 balconies, once facing the bay and the other facing the ocean so the sunset and sunrise views were incredible. As for location, the condo is in the more quieter part of OC and near a grocery store and some really good restaurants within walking distance. I strongly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a relaxing stay.

This condo has a great view of ocean and bay with the two sepearate balconies, not every condo in this bldg have this option. Has a great pool as well, that is kept very clean by the staff. Short distance to waters edge. Condo had all we needed for our girls trip. King bed was very confy, however twin beds were much less comfortable. All in all was a great place to stay. Highly recommend.

The condo was very comfortable and as advertised. I stayed for two weeks - a combination of work and vacation time. The internet worked perfectly for my work requiring dozens of files open at once, video calls etc. The master bed was super comfortable.The condo was well supplied with the basics and the ocean views, sounds and smells are what we all travel for!

This was the second time we have stayed at this condo and we love it. It's located in a nice location on 112th near restraunts and stores. The ocean view is really nice along with a bay view out the front door.

A wonderful property right on the beach with a Dunkin nearby (I need my coffee!). My only downside is that they required us to bring sheets and towels. Not owning a king-sized bed at home, this was an issue. I imagine it's cumbersome for those who may fly in also.

Last minute get away to celebrate my mother’s 81st birthday. We couldn’t have asked for more. Enjoyed the entire weekend. The views from this place are outstanding.

This condo was the most organized one I have stayed in. Everything was in its place - even in the well-stocked kitchen.
Parking and check in were easy and there are plenty of restaurants and markets within an easy walk or drive. Ocean City is quiet this time of year and the condo was quiet - we could easily hear the waves crashing on the sand.

The owner was easy to communicate with and helpful. The property was in a quiet relaxing neighborhood within minutes to drive to the boardwalk or Assateague Island. Plenty of pots and pans and a laundry to boot. We enjoyed both balconies and many walks on the ocean. We were hoping to use the hot tub but it was closed for the season. Many grocery stores and restaurants in walking distance. We were fully relaxed and rested well on the matress. Central AC also helped

The condo was perfect for our 3 night stay. The condo was very cozy and comfortable. The ocean view deck is beautiful. The bayside deck was perfect for the sunset. The bed in the master bedroom was so very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again in the future. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. It was very quiet in the area. Perfect Stay!!

My family and I loved the condo. The views and amenities were exactly as described. We were within steps from the pool and beach. It was the perfect location to be close enough to all of the popular spots. Just a short drive or bus ride.

Condo location perfection , clean and very quiet . Could use some sort of fans in bedrooms it got pretty warm since you couldn’t lower ac especially at night and it wasn’t even really hot outside during our stay . Our granddaughters had the pool to themselves on the one day they were able to get in ( first day it was being cleaned the whole time and second day it was a little chilly and water was super cold!) but there’s nothing anyone can do about that otherwise and overall all a nice stay , we had a great time making great memories

A nice unit, well kept, clean, well stocked, even had new beach chairs we could enjoy. Master bed extremely comfortable. Twin beds were less so. View was nice, location wonderful. Glad for the visit, we enjoyed our stay.

Location was awesome if you want to stay out of the busier parts of OCM. Building was old/outdated but the unit itself had been remodeled nicely and decorated super cute! My 4 YO daughter especially liked all the shells, colors, & pics in the unit. The railing of balcony was a bit concerning (the entire building needs to update that) as one of the railings was loose. BEAUTIFUL views with a quiet beach to enjoy. We went during off season but a local we met said that particular beach location doesn't really get too busy anyways in summer. lots of good restaurants near by and quick drive to the pier and busier part of OCM when you want it. We would definitely go back again!

Everything was exactly as described. Communication was clear and thorough so there is no confusion so long as you read everything.
The condo is spacious and the view is absolutely stunning! The photos don't do it justice! We loved the private patios and the outdoor table was so cozy to relax and enjoy the sunset with a drink or dinner.
I loved the location as it was really quiet and away from the boardwalk area, yet close enough to enjoy so many places. We visited Blackwater Refuge, the Salisbury Zoo, Chincoteague and Assateague.
We would definitely stay again! Thank you!

Bathroom needs updating. Water pressure is very low. But for the price a nice place to stay for a couple. Would be tough for 6 people the maximum allowed.

Great place to get away for a quick vacation. Much better laid out then other condos we have stayed at. Great views from the balcony, and we were lucky to have 75 degree weather in November. Everything was great. A newer more comfortable couch would have been nice, but it was not bothersome. Hosts were very easy to communicate with!
