The villa is so beautiful, clean, well equipped for all a family needs on holiday. The grounds are amazing with the mature trees and flowers blossoming, the pool is heated which is fab for young children wanting to be in and out all day, and a great size with a handy canopy to keep the sun off. Pool maintenance comes once a week too. There are lots of relaxing sitting options in the garden to keep shaded especially helpful on those really hot days! Beds were really comfortable, lots of storage space to put everything away. Shower and a bath perfect for the family set up. Great communication with the host and the friendly agent Elena that can easily be contacted if any problems, although we didn't have any. Perfect location, close to Agia Thekla beach, short drive to Agia Napa. Brill shop and restaurant just 2 min drive away Zafiri's with tasty food. Home from home but in gorgeous Cyprus, thank you we will definitely be back :)

The property and hosts were excellent. Martine and Ionel met us at the property to give the keys, explain the house and share so many things that they'd brought for our stay: so welcoming and such lovely people. The villa is really nice and comfortable with everything you'd need for a family trip, with space and equipment. We came between Christmas and New Year and were grateful for the heating in rooms. The pool started off cool due to recent storms but in our latter days (1-3 January) we had 29 degrees and were able to swim comfortably! The internet connection was strong and stable throughout the house and our stay. The location is ok but there's not much within walking distance: you can get to a rocky cove on the coast in a few minutes; there's a bar/restaurant (Zafiri) and small supermarket (Ayia Thekla) 15-20 mins walk away; a couple of children's play areas within 15-25 mins walk. Having a car allows you to explore and get into Ayia Napa, Cape Greco, Protaras, Paralimni or even down to Larnaca. It's worth exploring. Villa is perfect for families or groups of friends and we'd love to go back in the warmer months. The villa was more expensive than comparable villas we saw, but had a heated pool and didn't charge extra for heating/energy which is a huge positive in winter months and very transparent. Some claim to have a heated pool but then charge you €30-50 per day for heating.

There wasn't much internal opportunity to dry wet clothes or washing - expect most of the time you can do it outside but in winter with rain and storms it was difficult with the single bathroom radiator. A lot of the appliances have come from abroad and have different plugs; at times it was difficult finding an appropriate adaptor. Might be worth re-wiring on some - particularly the hairdryer, vacuum cleaner and coffee machine?
