No.9 Marine Court Ground Floor Apartment No WiFi and no dongle though it was pre booked ,tv barely worked it was small and very old and only had rte and virgin channels which were very poor quality .No parking though lots of spaces in car park .Every thing in apartment was sadly dated unsafe socket in one bedroom,no outdoor area. Portbeg staff tried to help but they only managed the apartment. View in front was an enclosed car park at back was a hotel backyard with bins and large lorries making deliveries

Apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Perfect location for everything.

Rooms were spotless and the staff on check in and out were very friendly.

The location was central to everywhere the apartment was clean and had everything I needed for my stay .

When I booked on booking.com I was not informed of a expensive security deposit the management of the apartment informed me 1 week before my stay that a 350 pound security deposit was required it should be stated on booking.com when paying for the stay .

It was a great place to stay. Very central. The only bad thing was the checking out at 10am on a Sunday morning. Could not go out on Saturday night as we have to be up very early to get ready to leave at 10am Sunday morning.

The location was superb! Right opposite the funfair, beach and waterworld which was great for tired kids legs. The main strip was a very short walk around the corner to all the bars and shops. The staff were very helpful and accomadating us with our slightly earlier check out. We cannot wait to return.

it was an excellent location right on the beach front and within walking distance to everything

the beds were extremely uncomfortable, there weren’t enough comfort seats for 5 people and the tv was the smallest tv in Ireland with hardly any channels. there was also no internet.

Dingy, dingy, dingy!!! Photos on booking.com of the apartment we stayed in were NOT ACCURATE!! In fact none of them were our apartment. If I had realised this I would not have booked it. The whole apartment am sure was lovely in it's day but as it stands not the whole place needs a serious face-lift! Found someone's underwear behind the radiator which definitely made me think twice about the cleanliness! There's water stains on the ceilings, the shower was either scalding hot or freezing. We had one cereal bowl. Rang the property about the shower and told the representative that called to the apartment about the faults, fell on deaf ears, nothing was done. Since I returned I emailed them and they have disputed all the faults even though I attached photos etc. Have phoned twice since returning to speak to someone and nobody is available to speak to me!!! Very poor customer service.
