Well equipped apartment at a perfect location with a wonderful, peaceful garden. We could decided to have a self check in or the host waiting for us...great communication..a little Oasis close to the old town...perfect 🔝

The home was beautifully maintained and decorated. It had a polished feel compared to other home stays. It’s obvious someone regularly maintains the home and they’ve put effort into adding character and culture to the decor. It was also well-situated in a central part of town. The small garden was such a nice touch. Diana the host also kept an iron for me to use and allowed us an earlier check in, which was very flexible and helpful of her. She was available at all times and made us feel very welcome.

I am disappointed to share that the chairs mentioned in a 2019 review here have not been removed. They’re very dangerous. It collapsed on my toddler and jammed her finger, which was bleeding a lot and had a deep gash that’s still healing and hurting a week later. Diana, the host, was super compassionate in immediately bringing us first aid items. When I read the reviews later on I was just terribly upset that the owners could’ve prevented this. Everything else could’ve been perfect but this was a bad start to our trip. In addition, the booking.com profile says this is a ground floor property when actually it is at the top of a hill and requires either 100 steps up or a few sets of steps down. We love walking but had come with strollers and suitcases for this trip. The description is misleading.

The view and the garden/courtyard as well as the kitchen and general access to ammenities

It should be adviced that the location has many steep climbs on stairs which is fine for young ppl but not at all for elderly, or someone with bad knees or balance difficulty or a physical walking impairement. Also the sofa bed in the living room i suitable for children mostly.

We really appreciated the lovely house quality furnishings and artwork. The house has a lovely bright sunny feel to it. And it was perfect for our family of five. The kitchen and bathroom were fabulous and we cooked several meals. We enjoyed the outdoor area also. Didi greeted us and did a great handover. She organised the driver to the airport for us.

Ask Didi for the best way to get to the unit. We went up the stairs - the hard way. Also our uber driver couldn't drop us off near the street/walkway so we had a treacherous walk along a very busy road. Didi, the host can tell you the easier way.

The appartment was better than all of us thought, so we were all satisfied with it and had no complain
