The location of the Villa was perfect. The staff were very polite and helpful and treated us with free coffee on a couple of occasions in the morning.

Our room wasn't cleaned prior to arrival and we had to wait for about 1 hour for staff to take care of this. There was also a crack on the wall in our room which was not portrayed in the website. But for the rating of the place it did well.

The entry hall and the garden were beautiful. The sheets were clean, there is a hairdryer in the bathroom so I consider it as a good bonus. The staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast was good enough, I cannot complain. (One day we had bread with a good cheese and second day we had eggs). The room is spacious and it was a great location in the park, silent during the night. The price was very good.. overall a good experience.

Aren't big things but it matters. I had a feeling that nobody even cleaned properly our room before. Between the curtain and the window there were spider webs - they had to be there for few days already.. also the walls were cracked and the wall had dirty parts on it, it really looked like it has been a while since they painted them. The bottom sink in the bathroom was with kind of a corrosion, it didn't look good. Not a big financial investment is needed to improve these things, just a bit of work.

Great location and good room

Very good location - quiet and green part of the Sea garden , good view over the sea, interesting design of facilities, very friendly and cooperative staff, optimal price/quality ratio, best food prices around.

One and only - the roof in one of the ends of the room was so low that no one over 3 years can go to or stand up from the double bed at that side, but I was alone on it so I used the other side😉

it’s an amazing place for the price you pay. stayed there with my family and I loved the location! it’s 5 minutes away from the beach. the staff is extremely friendly and polite. there’s a beautiful garden where breakfast is served every morning. in case you don’t wanna go to the beach you can always chill by the pool. it’s also full of restaurants around you. right in front of the villa there’s a restaurant where the food is super delicious! ❤️ definitely recommend the place

A lovely guest house run by fabulous humans. Clean, comfortable, quiet. Pleasant breakfast with great coffee overlooking the sea, which is only 5 mins walk away. Anythng and everything you may need from a city or beach holiday no more than 20 minutes walk. . Small wild beaches, beaches with beds and shades, exxcellent restaurants, beach bars, takeaways and convenience stores. Even one of Bulgarians amazing hot water spring baths close by.. The sea garden is beautiful and a walk through it brings you to a pedestrianised boulevard of bars restaurants and retail therapy and into the larger city centre full of life and interest.ed And possibly housing Bulgarias fattest and happiest street dogs, happily lazing in the sun, or blagging from fooderies. Staying in the sea garden gives the feeling of being out of the city,, relaxing in nature, whilst being right in the heart of a vibrant city..

lTrying to find it was a challenge. If you put the address into Google maps, it brings you to villa Roma next door.

Perfect location, helpful and friendly staff. Definitely recommendable.

We had some troubles with reservation but the staff tried to solve it quickly. So for the first night we get small dark room with high humidity, but it was clean with +- comfy beds. Second day we got the reserved one room which was nice and according to the photos on Booking. Maybe we should got some discount for the first night but we didn't.

Perfect place for a couple. Quiet, comfy, clean, friendly staff, perfect view and garden, nearby beach. If you are visiting Varna for a holiday vacation this is the place to stay.

it is in a park

everything old, poor, dirty and rusty. it was raining in the night and the room started to take water. you can hear all is happening in the room next door. breakfast is very very poor ! old sheets, old and rusty furniture. the wc moves is not pinned, water boiler in the bathroom drops from ceiling and connections outside. good water presure. nice uard but not maintended. staff inexisting.

Everything was totally great, we felt really nice there. Atmosphere was familier and breakfeast was always delicious with the georgest wiev. We really recomend it. Thank you all from Villa Maxim, we hope that we will see you again soon.
