מלון נהדר, 4 בריכות כששתיים מהן של ילדים, מיקום מעולה - כמה דק' מהטיילת, האוכל היה טעים מאוד.

החוף הפרטי של המלון קצת רחוק אבל אפשר לשלם מראש בקבלה על המיטות ומקבלים כרטיסים לרכבת החמודה שעוברת כל 15 דק' בערך

Nice Architecture, great cleanliness, pools well maintained. I could say is the most beautiful hotel/complex in golden sands.

Instant coffee is a minus and quite low quality of some products. No fresh juices, but some full of sugars, unhealthy. No variety of fruits, every day same ones. Is appreciated there are seasonal fruits that are fresh, but the options are more to play with like grapes that can be found all around th year, etc. Variety can be better. There is blue cheese, but no nuts or some dried fruits to eat them with. Some food corner for kids is missing, etc. staying few days you won't care, but one week makes you look for some variety when comes to all these. Maybe the hotel is not much kids oriented but the corner for kids with the machines is not always working to insert coins and looks like a dead zone. However the entire hotel and cleanliness worths the stay.

The hotel is like an oasis because there's so much greenery....you can sit by the pool and enjoy the view. The music is not loud and the kids pools are a bit farther than the 2 adult ones. There are enough sun lounges, but you don't get that feeling of not having any privacy, the set-up is great. The personnel at this hotel is really nice and they have a lot of people taking care of the common areas and the food area.The hotel is very well maintained and having dinner right next to the pool when it's dark outside and the lights come on it's just a very cool experience. Overall we felt really good and would definitely return.

Nothing to complain about the hotel itself, but the area just across the hotel doesn't look very well, there were some big garbage bins and a small patch of land ill maintained. Guess that is private land and most probably the hotel can't do much about it....but it is quite daunting to see such a beautiful and well maintained hotel with such an entrance. Also Golden Sands used to look much better in the past, it is not very well maintained either, local authorities should do some basic maintainance. The quality of the food is not great, but I would say it's fair value for the price we paid...there is enough diversity, it's impossible not to find something that you like. We stayed for 6 days and they really tried to bring at least some new courses every day.

Location of the Hotel

There were many unpleasant things. The hotel room was dirty, although I entered later "to clean". The toilet bowl was repaired, but no cleaning was done afterwards. the towels were changed once every 3 days, and the cleaning in the room is only done if you insist from morning to evening every day, and when the cleaning ladies come, they change the toilet paper and say that they have cleaned. Inadmissible. I even request a part of the money to be returned to me.

A very nice apart-hotel with medium-sized apartments. The location is very good (not in the "first row" of hotels near the boardwalk and beach, which tends to be super noisy, but just behind that, so it's still very close to the beach - about a 5-minute walk downhill), and it has no less than 4 pools which offer diversity and the satisfaction of any sunbathing requirements we had (like shade for the sun-averse but bathing-loving tourists, or kid-friendly pools). Given the time of the year we visited (in September), the water was a bit colder than ideal (around 22 degrees celsius) but we enjoyed it thoroughly anyway. The food is not as diverse as other all-inclusive restaurants in the area, but a notch better. The hotel offered 4 meals per day: breakfast, lunch, snack, and dinner. I consider the stay here pleasant and can recommend the location. It lives up to its 4 star evaluation and looks as good as the photos.

The staff is probably the only annoying thing here - the cleaning crew woke me up with cleaning calls several times. They saw the key was in the lock and they couldn't open it, they rang the bell once, twice... SIX TIMES and I eventually woke up and opened the door to tell them we obviously did NOT need any cleaning. Very few of them understood English. I did NOT have access to a "do not disturb" sign. We requested a simple extra chair for the terrace and we waited 4 days for it, etc.

The location and parking is very good. The Apartments are spacious.

The couch in the living room is quite hard to sleep on. The floor is a lot better.
