This cute villa style property has everything you need for a fun time at the beach. Great pool, easy access to in town entertainment, and very close to the beach. Totally recommend if you want a cute, clean, and cozy place to rest your head between days at the beach!

We had a great stay at the shadow palm. The property and villa were in a great location, were very clean and had everything you would need. We especially enjoyed that this property was pet friendly. I would definitely recommend the shadow palm.

This cute little home has everything you would need. It was clean, comfortable, and love that it was also pet friendly! The area was also great. We didn’t walk to the beach but it was only a 2-3 minute ride on our golf cart rental. Having the pool was also a nice bonus and noise was never an issue. Would highly recommend!

second time we have stayed at the villa, we like that we can bring our dog and so accesseable. property is always clean/ well kept. the villa is roomy and well stocked kitchen. hope to see you next year!

I really enjoyed the room . Just the right size for me and my Husband. Not far from the beach or restaurants. Would stay there again

The property is very nice and clean, close to a lot of places to visit and get food plus the beach. It was very confortable.

There were only a few downsides. The trash must not have run and the dumpster was overflowing. Our parking was right next to it, so that made for a smelly experience. The landscaping also looks like is suffered greatly from the freeze earlier this year but we can’t wait to see it all back to normal.

We stayed at the Shadow Palms for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience . Villa #8 was Super clean and welcoming. It had everything you need to cook, and relax. The villa is beautiful with a modern, beach vibe. We worried about noise from the pool, but it was not a problem at all. The walk to the beach is only about 8-9 minutes. Would definitely go back.

Loved Shadow Palm Villas. Perfect beach vibe decor, clean, quiet, and had everything you would need. Met the owners who were very personable. Will definitely stay again.

Heat and cooling did not work it just blew air. Need a/c tech to reset remote t-stat and repair unit. No coffee and sweetener were provided. And no filters that were for coffee maker. Coffee creamer was out of date and hard as a rock.

A charming and welcoming property. Was perfect for us. Very clean and just as advertised.

For a quick get away with family. Children 12,10,6,4. Villa 8 was a perfect little spot for The Rodriguez crew. Definitely going to do it again.

This place was perfect for me and my wife. We stayed for 4 nights and loved the newly remodeled villa. Nice kitchen, nice bathroom, nice master bedroom. Nice technology set up. Pool is super nice and about 20 feet from our door. We will absolutely be back w/ friends. Couple things that could be better - -Better ventilation in the bathroom -Wifi is was pretty spotty in our unit

Enjoyed the property and locale. My only complaint is the comfort of the bed and sofa bed. Close to the beach, restaurants and enjoyed the pool.

The place was a little more expensive than the other ones I was looking at but it was well worth it. It has all the basic necessities needed, the pool was also as seen in the pictures-easy to social distance as long as you use it in the early morning-, was near the beach, and the owners are very helpful and easy to communicate with. The only thing that frustrated me was the neighboring inconsiderate occupants of the other villa who were playing loud music while they were still in the pool until 3-4AM. I had to go out and ask them to turn down the volume as my 4 y/o daughter woke up from the sounds (there’s a city ordinance of no loud music after 10PM).

My girlfriend and I stayed here for vacation and it looked exactly like the beautiful photos! The villa was very clean and well decorated and we loved the pool and grill amenities. Most of all, the landlord communicated leading up to the vacation with updates as well as while we were there. I will definitely be staying here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this little gem! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, the property was clean and the AC units worked great! The bed was rather large and comfy too!

Well worth the price. Pleasant staff, pleasant neighbors, tranquil but convenient setting... Just install a curtain over the bathroom window; impossible to see reflection in the mirror, with the morning sun shining brightly.

The pool and outside portion doesn’t really look as good as the pictures posted. BUT the inside of the condo was absolutely beautiful and very very modern. The bed was huge and incredibly comfortable. The TV in the living room and master bedroom was wonderfully huge. From the tiled floor, to the marble bathroom, and all the way up to the kitchen backsplash was laid out perfectly and of the highest quality. The condo is a little less than a mile drive away from the drive up beach. It was very quite calm amongst the other guests. I was a bit skeptical about the price (thought it was a bit high) in comparison to other places I’ve stayed there in the past. Needless to say the price is well worth it if you want to stay in a 5 star condo. I will be a loyal reoccurring customer if they will have me. You won’t find any issues staying there. Anything and everything you’d need to know is perfectly laid out on laminated sheets. I was sent messages before and during my stay to ensure my stay was pleasant and if there were any issues. If you’re having second thoughts then don’t because if you want a luxurious condo, then it’s right here!

We had a great stay, it was perfect for us (2 adults, 2 kids, 2 dogs). With one bedroom/one bath, it would be tough to fit more, but we really enjoyed our stay. Community pool was a great, very family oriented place. Check it out!

I had a great time. The home is clean and inviting. The community area is nice. The pool was fantastic. There were 3 not-5-star parts of the experience. The first is that there is no grass area for the dogs. There is astro turf out front, but it is right next to the busy road. Also none of the other guests cleaned up their dogs' messes so the small turf area was covered in poop. The other thing was a bad smell in the bathroom. It smelled like bad plumbing. The bathroom was super clean and inviting. But the smell was horrible. The last was the fans were either high and noisy or off. No remote was provided for the remote powered fans. Overall it was a great stay.
