Venez à Los Cabos et profitez de vacances sans stress sous le Baja Sun. Ce luxueux et spacieux (1906 pieds carrés), 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain, condo en bord de mer est situé dans le bâtiment Playa de Las Mañanitas. Chaque chambre du condo a une vue imprenable sur la mer de Cortez. Notre unité est entièrement meublée et design désignée, vous offrant tout le luxe. La belle chambre principale dispose d'un lit king-size avec couette en duvet et literie design et salle de bain privée avec double vasque, baignoire jacuzzi et douche séparée. Cette chambre dispose de grandes portes coulissantes en verre avec des rideaux occultants. Il y a un coffre-fort dans la chambre principale pour garder vos objets de valeur protégés. Il y a aussi un petit coin salon dans la chambre principale où vous pourrez vous détendre.
La deuxième chambre a 2 lits queen avec couettes et couettes en duvet design et sa propre salle de bain complète avec double vasque. Admirez la vue sur Palmilla Point depuis le lit à travers de grandes portes vitrées avec rideaux occultants. Il y a aussi un grand canapé-lit dans le salon si nécessaire.
Le salon et la chambre disposent de téléviseurs à écran plat avec American Dish Network. Le salon dispose également d'un lecteur Blu-Ray / DVD avec NETFLIX GRATUIT. Pour votre plaisir d'écoute, il y a un système audio de luxe dans le salon et sur le balcon privé où vous pourrez profiter d'une vue panoramique au 4ème étage de Punta Gorda à Palmilla Point tout en étant assis sur notre dessus de bar en granit personnalisé.
Nous proposons 2 salles à manger pour vous divertir et vous réunir pour des repas en famille. Beautifully decorated, wonderful view, easy check-in process, loved the nice music playing in the living room when we walked in, AC works great, convenient in apt laundry room, pool is nice, access to town, quiet.

Location is perfect if you enjoy the quiet of everything San Jose has to offer. Easy to find groceries.. we prefer Fresko and it has everything we need. Las Mananitas is easy to find. Just pop Hyatt Place into your Nav and you’re there. Toll from the airport is $2.60 USD so have change. Rent your car from Cactus. San Jose has the best restaurants, shopping and vibe. I think we’ve been to Nina’s like 5 times. Everything is great

Las Mananitas is a wonderful property - right by the beach, amazing water views directly from our rooms, walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants. In specific, our room was just perfect for us, it enjoys afternoon shade on and the most glorious view of the water from every window. The pools were exceptionally clean and we made great use of the swim up bar for our own family's refreshments (loved the ice maker and the fridge!) Our room had a very well-stocked full kitchen and dishwasher which made living very convenient. It was lovely to have so much space - 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms plus the living room and kitchen and deck. There were so many places to hang out! The grounds are kept meticulously. Our host was extremely responsive and helpful. We absolutely LOVED this property and highly recommend it.

The property is great and clean. I wish the beach was swimmable but that is Cabo for you. Red flags were up all 7 days in front of the property and the waves gigantic.

The property is beautiful- the view, the condo, the location - all just perfect. Kitchen is well equipped. Beds are comfortable. There are two grocery stores very close. Quiet location except for one night. There is a private club next door & there was a party that blasted music until 6 am one night. Other than that it is quite peaceful. We really enjoyed our stay.

We used to vacation in Cabo, but now we like the slower pace of San Jose del Cabo. The condo is in a great location...walk to resturants and grocery store...all within 5 mins. Take an Uber to downtown San Jose del Cabo for $3 US. Love this place and we will be back again and agian.

Our flights etc went perfectly and my son’s comment was “everything is going too well - the place is going to suck”.

Best vacation rental we’ve stayed in. Sweeping views, huge deck, everything worked, immaculately clean, instructions were clear and complete.
The kitchen had everything including an ice maker in the fridge. Insuite laundry was very convenient.
Bedrooms are on opposite sides of the unit for privacy. Complex has huge pools and never an issue getting chairs. Also large, well equipped gym.
It’s about a ten minute walk to the closest groceries/restaurants but Ubers always arrived within 3 minutes for longer trips.
The master shower is a little dated and only had a rain shower so it took some maneuvering when my partner didn’t want to get her hair wet but a minor inconvenience.
Very well equipped with beach toys, chairs, even golf clubs and a kite.
Photos truly don’t do it justice and great communication from the owner.
Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful place. Very clean has everything you need and if you forgot to bring anything, there are two amazing stores just up the road. About a 5 minute walk. We tried a local bakery and some taco places as well as a brewery. We enjoyed walking around the old town San Jose and driving upto visit Tamarindos. Our favorite was Taqueria El Paisa.

Very nice property on a quiet beach and complex. Super market within walking distance and some good restaurants close by. Also enjoyed Georges at marina sjdc. Great place for a walk if you enjoy large boats. Really disappointed with Baja brewing worst meal here. This complex has pickle ball and few pools on the beach , it is not Cabo and if looking for the boom of loud music San jose is not for you.
Bbq is cleaned so quick after use it made our head spin. Great vondo for a couple or family.

We have stayed at many vacation properties over the years but this property stands out. It was not equipped as a rental but rather as a home. ANYHING you might need was there. In addition the view and the gigantic balcony were amazing. Great location. Especially convenient to airport and San Jose del Cabo. Lovely stretch of beach.

The Condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our 8 night stay. The view from the 4th floor was fantastic. The grounds are beautifully maintained and we really enjoyed the pool and grilling area. We were traveling with adult family and we all agreed our favorite was the large patio. It was a great place to relax and read, have meals or just sit at the granite counter enjoying your beverage of choice while looking at the Sea of Cortez. We are hoping for a return visit:)

We had an incredible stay at Nina’s condo at Las Mananitas. Waking up to the view of the blue sea and beautiful pool never got old. The condo is spacious and the strong air conditioning was welcome every time we walked in from the hot outside. The beds were comfortable and our toddler had a wonderful time running around and peering through the balcony.

Wow! We had such an amazing stay. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by icy, cold AC and the smell of clean. The condo was well stocked. And the view! It could not have been more perfect. Nina was very helpful and answered all our questions in a reasonable amount of time. Location was absolute fabulous with a huge grocery store less than a mile away. Property was beautiful and quiet with a spectacular view. Loved that the property had everything you need like beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, golf clubs, laundry detergent etc. Definitely my go to when staying in Cabo.
