UPDATED End Unit Oceanfront Condo with Awesome Views - Best View at Ocean Cove!
Vue vue vue! Superbe condo d'unité finale récemment mis à jour avec un nouveau lit Stearns & Foster (7/2018), de la peinture, de la moquette et un canapé-lit Queen! Magnifique et apaisant !!!
Profitez de la belle vue sur l'océan à tout moment de la journée depuis la terrasse privée tout en étant assis à la table du bistrot. Vous êtes à quelques pas de l'accès à la plage privée, de la piscine et du bain à remous.
Nous sommes situés au milieu de l'île et sommes à distance de marche de nombreuses commodités appréciées de la plage de l'île de l'océan, y compris le putt putt, la jetée de pêche à l'ib, le musée de la côte de la Caroline et de nombreux restaurants.
Nous sommes situés au 2e étage, le condo peut accueillir confortablement 6 personnes. Il est parfait pour une petite famille, 2 couples ou une escapade entre filles!
La chambre principale dispose d'un lit queen-size, d'un bain à remous privé et d'une nouvelle télévision à écran plat. Il y a un canapé-lit queen dans le salon et dans le couloir il y a un coin lit superposé amusant qui est parfait pour les enfants!
L'espace de vie est ouvert et aéré, avec une table à manger pouvant accueillir cinq personnes avec 2 tabourets de bar au comptoir de la cuisine, un wet-bar, une nouvelle télévision à écran plat, une Wii (lots de jeux), des haut-parleurs Bluetooth, un accès Internet et WiFi. La cuisine est entièrement équipée pour faire la cuisine en un clin d'œil. La chambre a un nouveau lit Sterns & Foster avec une télévision à écran plat et un lecteur DVD. Il y a aussi une laveuse / sécheuse pour garder tous ces maillots de bain propres!
Si votre séjour a lieu pendant les mois de mai à octobre, l'OIB propose la nidification et l'éclosion des tortues de mer le long de notre plage. L'organisation de protection des tortues de mer d'Ocean Isle Beach organise des conférences hebdomadaires d'apprentissage au centre communautaire d'Ocean Isle Beach le mardi soir pendant l'été. Location was perfect, walkable to any type of meal. Very clean beach right outside your door steps. Condo was very clean, you must bring or rent beach towels, bath towels and bed linen. Rental process for the towels and linens was very easy and delivered on time. Definitely recommend and we will be returning hopefully real soon!

This was our second visit to the condo and it was another great trip. Kimberly is a wonderful host and even texted us after our arrival to let us know about the 4th of July parade and fireworks. The condo was clean and comfortable, the views amazing and we can't wait for next year!

The view from the balcony is amazing, great place to drink your coffee, people watch, and eat your meals. The condo is tastefully decorated and although we did not cook in the condo during our stay, it did appear to have what would be needed to cook. I am unsure if this is normal for the condo, but there was a pretty strong mildew smell that only alleviated a little during our stay. Another issue we encountered during our stay, which was over Memorial Day, was the parking situation. You park in a small, unassigned, parking lot and risk the chance of not having a spot if you leave and come back. Beachgoers and shopping/diners would park in the lot to avoid paying the $5 and $10 parking fees in the parking lots next door and across the street. There is a mention of a grilling area in the listing, which we were going to do on Memorial Day; however, we were unable to locate this area. Someone else did mention the steps, and I agree there are a lot to get to the condo, approximately 36 in total, which is something to keep in mind if someone may have issues with climbing steps. The pool at the condo was very nice and they have plenty of lounge chairs and seating. If you fish, the pier next door is $10 per fishing pole to fish, no license needed, and $2 for a spectator or to walk on the pier. We did not see any surf fisherman during our stay.

Great location with easy access to the beach and literally across the street from seeral shops, cafes and entertainment. less than 2 miles from more major services (Rx, grocery restaurants) Only slight issue is the $2 per person charge to walk the pier (used to be free). Well definitely will be back!

We had a great stay here. The property was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I think I slept better than I do at home. The view from the back porch was amazing, right next to the pier. That made for some great photos. You almost don’t need to go down to the beach to experience the ocean.

This is something my husband started doing a couple years ago because we like ocean cove condos and we really like ocean isle. This trip was amazing. The lady who cleaned the condo before we arrived did an excellent job, it was clean and it was nice to walk in and smell the cleaning had been done. Don’t know her name but would like to make sure she knows how much they meant to us . We absolutely loved the condo and our time there. Thank you for sharing you beautiful beach home with us. We enjoyed our stay at this Ocean Isle condo. Everything was as expected, nice furnishings and decor. In late September, things were quiet and peaceful there. For me personally, the stairs were an issue due to health concerns. Otherwise perfect.

Enjoyed our stay. Smelled clean upon opening door. It was clean and could tell had been updated. New carpet, painted, tiled, show upgraded. Lightning was mediocre. Dark in shower and kitchen. Bulbs out in hood above stove. For 2 people appropriate cookware and utensils. I found I couldn’t reach dishes in cupboard. Need a small step ladder for those of us who are short. Did have tiny ants on kitchen counter. Kept all food on table. Loved sitting and eating out on balcony. These issues aren’t deal breakers just need addressed. Several good restaurants close by. Enjoyed all my meals out. Even the gelato place we found about 15 minutes away. Should warn potential renters there are 4 flights of 8 steps each which was a lot of work to carry everything up for us retired community.

Ocean Cove 222 is the cutest little condo and perfect for a couples getaway or a family! Kim was extremely communicative and helpful (she sent me updates about a tropical storm was moving through the region.) My husband and I had a great time and are contemplating making Ocean Isle one of our go to family vacation spots.

The property was exactly as described and was in the perfect spot! The view was awesome and everything you needed to as right close by. Kim was super responsive to any and all questions and was very helpful. Our neighbors were also super friendly. It’s a small complex of really nice people. Pool was nice and clean as well!
