I was told breakfast was free we had to pay 20:00 each for terrible food we had no other choice.

The breakfast was great, along with the staff who was helpful and friendly.

There is no food available close by after breakfast. The area is pretty busy, so walking around is not really practical. The area around the streets is quite dirty, with trash along the streets (which, of course, is not the responsibility of the hotel...). There seems to be a QR code available to order food, but the lack of an afternoon and evening restaurant is a problem.

The housekeeping tried to enter my room while I was in the shower. They began opening my door until I started yelling even though there was the “do not disturb sign”. After yelling not to come in, they tried to come in AGAIN and started yelling AT ME. I told them I was not dressed and they still kept arguing with me. I felt super uncomfortable and I called the front desk. No apology was given and the front desk was super rude.

The hotel is conveniently situated near the SEATAC airport. They have a free shuttle to and from the airport. Breakfast had so many varieties. They have complimentary tea / coffee in the room.

Clean and quiet near the airport with safe parking. The staff was friendly and helpful!

I arrived at the other Hilton and they called over to Hilton Garden and they said that I didn’t have a room there either, so we ended up going to the Radisson and stayed there. Never using your app again! Also, I need the money that was spent for the room too!
