We enjoyed every moment of our stay at this beautiful property. The weather didn't cooperate with us but all the rain didn't dampen our spirits. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the balcony was the perfect spot for us to sit out and enjoy our morning coffee while overlooking the ocean. The pool was nice and the food and drinks at the attached restaurant were fantastic. If you are heading to Tybee Island my girlfriends and I couldn't recommend this VRBO more.

The condo was perfect with a beautiful view and and 2 nice clean pools. The condo was clean, roomy, and well stocked with all your needs. There were plenty of pans and cooking utensels. Spices, too! (That was a plus) The resturant and bar by the pool was another plus. I would definitely recommend this condo. We enjoyed Tybee Island.

We really enjoyed our stay on Tybee Island! The condo was really nice and clean. And you could walk out on the patio and see the ocean. So quiet and relaxing. I would definitely stay again.

This was our first family vacation to Tybee Island and Rhonda’s condo was the best place we could have chosen to stay! Literally steps from the beach and the cleanest, most comfortable home away from home! She even provided a whole binder of recommendations on places to eat and things to do. We tried as many of them as we could and they were all wonderful. The ocean view from the two balconies is the best sight to see though! We would definitely return!

We had the best time at Beachside Colony. The resort is in a great location and has all the amenities. Rhonda made the check in process a breeze and was so accommodating. We cannot wait to visit again!

We had a wonderful stay over the holidays with our family! The condo was spacious & very clean. The decks are amazing. The kitchen was well stocked. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds very comfy. We really enjoyed the easy beach access making it very easy to walk to the beach each morning to view the stunning sunrise. Great location as well! Highly recommend this property!

Pros: Ease of check-in was great! Cleanliness was great, everything was provided, furniture and beds were comfortable, very convenient to beach, fairly quiet.
Cons: garbage disposal was smelly, TV remotes were completely mixed up (took about an hour to straighten everything out), and main complaint is the view. The palms appear to have grown significantly since the listing pictures were taken. The only view of the ocean is available when you walk onto the balcony and look to the left. We had freezing temperatures during our stay, so this was not really an option.

The place would have been great except for the weather - not your fault! It was so windy you couldn’t even walk on the beach. But found some good restaurants and took naps. Would come again, but only in maybe September or April. Looks like a fun place to be!

We are a family of 6, 4 kids 13-20, and my sister. The 7 of us had plenty of space and slept comfortably. There were plenty of blankets and with the washer and dryer we were able to keep our towels washed. The kitchen was stocked well enough for our needs. Plenty of pantry space for groceries. We enjoyed the view out back, especially the cargo ships coming in and out. Sunrises were spectacular. Location was perfect a short drive or a doable walk to most places on the island. Getting in and out was easy. We loved our home away from home for the Thanksgiving holiday.

We enjoyed our stay and was well pleased with the accommodations. We even left an item behind and the host went the extra mile and called to see if the item was ours and even mailed the item to us. Much appreciated!

Totally enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and the beds were comfortable. The public beach access couldn't be closer and we were just steps from the pool, which has a great little restaurant. Highly recommend! We'll be back!

Beautiful oceanfront condo. Well-stocked kitchen with everything you need, even a crock pot! I was impressed with how clean it is and that there is hand soap, trash bags, Dawn, and dishwasher tablets all included. Rhonda is very responsive to messages and easy to work with. My only complaint would be the queen mattresses were uncomfortable in the two bedrooms near the front door. Other than that, we love it here and we’ll be back for sure!

Great location, great owner!
We have stayed in Tybee every three years for quite a long time. I hadn't rented this property until this year and was pleased. It was clean, well equipped and the owner and property manager were very responsive before and during our stay. We had a minor issue with the door lock that was cleared up in a timely manner. Other than that everything was in good shape and much cleaner than other condos we had been in to visit other family during our stay. I would highly recommend staying here and I hope to be able to rent here again in the future!

Great stay for SCAD Graduation
Rhonda was awesome and responsive for any questions and the place was perfect for some beach time and close enough to run into Savannah when needed for our SCAD Grad during the last week. We have stayed here now 3 x at this condo and never been disappointed. We had grandparents with us and never felt too crowded. Thanks again, Rhonda

Christmas Tybee Style.
We stayed at the condo for a Tybee Island Christmas. The accommodations were comfortable, clean, and well equipped with all necessary items. The view was amazing and so close to the beach. The beach access and all the local attractions were in close proximity. We loved everything about our stay.

Great location. The condo is big, comfortable, clean and steps to the beach. Morning coffee on the balcony watching the sunrise was perfect. Rhoda does it again. Her condo was just what we were looking for and made our stay a great one. We are all former Savannah/Island residents and we were definitely back home again. Thanks for making our weekend a great one.

Great sister’s weekend trip!!
My two sister’s and I stayed for 4 nights for the youngest’s 50th birthday. Condo was beautifully decorated, well equipped and very comfortable. Location is perfect, right on beach and quick drive to downtown Savannah. We had no problems at all, check in and check out were super easy. We would be more than happy to stay again.

Family vacation and wedding
We stayed in Tybee for our sons wedding - finally after several rescheduled due to Covid. Rhonda was wonderful to work with. The condo was comfortable and cleans and had everything we needed to cook meals . We were sad to leave .

Lovely clean condo close to the beach! Nice location on the cleaner/quieter end of the island but still easy access to grocery store and restaurants.

Peaceful area, room was just as listed. My mother who is in a wheelchair was able to move around with ease. Beach was amazing.

Nice Stay!
Positives: Location, available space, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, plenty of towels and linens, responsiveness of owner to an issue upon check-in. Food in on-site restaurant is great! Parking under roof is nice! Overall, we enjoyed it very much.
Negatives (very minor): Cleaning service could use some "improvement" (living area rug was dirty), pools much smaller than expected from photos, and the complex is showing a little age.
