Our group stayed at the property for the annual ski trip, and we were very pleased with the accommodations. Clean, modern, and easy to check in, get set up, check out. Short walk to the lifts, and even shorter drive to town. Great location!

Excellent condo for us, 60 somethings. Great location, walk to skiing. Town and restaurants also very close. Quiet, comfortable and has everything you need. Hot tub was also a nice place to relax and talk about the day’s activities. Annie was available and easy to contact if anything comes up.

This property was centrally located between the ski lodge and town. A 10 minute walk to either. Great layout with plenty of sunshine flowing into the condo. Enjoyed the jacuzzi.

Really a nice and easy place to stay in Ketchum. Close to the ski hill and the town. No complaints at all.

We had such a wonderful time in Ketchum. The condo was perfectly equipped with all the necessities in the kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, and a cozy place to hang out. We loved that you could walk to skiing, restaurants, shops, and have beautiful mountain views. The hot tub was a treat after a long day of skiing. We would definitely come back to this condo again and hope to next year.

Walkable to River Run lodge and into town for dining and shopping. A really comfortable and welcoming space, our family loved it.

After missing a year for COVID, we returned for our annual three week stay at this amazing condo. Everything was clean and perfect and we’ll stocked as always. The condo is walking distance to River Run so we can leave the car in the covered parking most of the time and never have to clean snow off of the windshield. There is an elevator so it is easy to bring up luggage and groceries. The appliances are all top notch, and having the washer dryer means we can bring fewer clothes. The view is stunning. The hot tub is nice and we used it most nights after skiing. The manager has always answered questions promptly and been very helpful when we had special requests. We are already looking forward to next year.

Host was very helpful and responsive. Condo is well located close in town, walkable to everything. Spacious, clean and well appointed. Close to elevator which makes gear loading/unloading easy. Great spot, thanks!

This was our first stay in Ketchum. This property is in a great location with convenient (walkable or drivable) access to town and super close proximity to the resort, parkway, and trails. The condo was well-appointed and clean. The unit is in a quiet and safe area with a parking garage. The kitchen and amenities were well stocked and we were able to easily prepare meals for our large group. The only two kitchen items we missed were a griddle and cutting board, but the available pans etc made everything a breeze. Balcony with table and chairs along with the hot tub were nice to use outside. We were there during the summer and were grateful for fans/window AC units which helped. We had our own bikes but there were two available if needed. Plan to stay at this property again for our next visit!

Came into town for a race and definitely did not want to stress or worry about the details of our lodging, this host made it effortless and so simple. It was clean, so chill, and we had a great weekend. Thank you!

Our family consisting of three adults and three children under the age of 8 had plenty of space for everyone to spread out. We really enjoyed being right off the Wood River Trails. Only a few minutes ride into town or to the park on the bikes made this condo perfect for our crew. Annie the property manager was extremely responsive and very helpful. This property is in a great location in Ketchum. We were able to walk to dinner/downtown which was nice. The condo is very clean and had everything we needed for a great weekend with friends.

We had a great stay at the condo. Very comfortable and great location close to town. We had a hot water issue that was quickly solved by plumber sent out by property manager. Look forward to our next stay. One small item that should be added to kitchenware would be some red wine glasses. Cheers.

The condo was everything it promised! Annie was great at communicating about everything. Check in was super easy. The beds were very comfy and there was plenty of room for all of us, even a couple of friends for a sleepover one night. Would definitely rent here again!

The condo is perfectly located with a nice view of the mountains and a short walk to both the ski lifts and the cute town of Ketchum. The condo had everything we needed and in ample supply. The apartment looks even better than it does on the listing.
