Bonjour. Merci de vérifier notre maison propre et contemporaine à Saint Joseph! Nous l'appelons la Lincoln House. Récemment rénovée exclusivement pour la location à court terme, notre maison de 2 chambres à coucher est l'endroit idéal pour faire des souvenirs durables avec les amis et la famille. Situé dans un quartier calme, à quelques minutes en voiture du centre-ville, des plages du lac Michigan, des établissements vinicoles et des brasseries. Beaucoup de choses à voir et à faire dans ce lieu de vacances. Notre emplacement est également à seulement 40 minutes en voiture de Notre Dame. Les hôtes sont Rich et Rhonda, toujours disponibles pour répondre et aider.

Very cozy and clean. Short drive to Downtown Saint Joseph.

House was clean and exactly as pictured. Only downside was not knowing that walking places isn’t an option due to proximity and lack of sidewalks but that’s not really specific to this property and more just something we weren’t aware of!

This cottage was perfect for a weekend getaway. The home was clean and beautifully decorated. Both the living room couch and beds were comfortable. There's plenty to do in the area. Me and my husband enjoyed the peace and quiet.

This is the second time I've stayed in this property, and I love it. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is included. The house is super clean and updated. The neighborhood is quiet. I look forward to my next stay!

We love staying at the Lincoln House! This was our second time and we will be back again next year! Rhonda & Richard always keep an immaculate property and we love the updates they did since our last stay -- especially the beautiful outdoor deck! They are very responsive hosts and always create a warm welcome and the perfect home away from home for a family vacation -- thank you! :)))

SAND SO SOFT AT SILVER BEACH!
House was well supplied😁
Fans were a little noisy, but we did sleep. We needed to do more research to find were to RENT dune buggies, and to charter a short boat ride. We did the last evening figure out the TAXI BOAT😁
Car show and Farmers market was some good activities.
Loved Silver Beach, enjoyed the seagulls!, sand Sooo SOFT and CLEAN. Volleyball and splash pad nice additives.
Water was too rough for us first timers to try paddle boarding .
St Joeseph and Silver Beach is a place we’ll come back too. 👍🏼

Visiting family
I returned to the Saint Joe area to visit family. They literally lived around the corner from the rental. It was so convenient to the downtown area, the beaches, the stores and everything. It was super clean and super convenient. It will be my regular place to stay in the future.

We had a great time staying at Lincoln House! The blackout curtains in the bedroom were a big help. 5 minute drive to St. Joe, 10 minutes to Silver Beach. The amenities were exactly as listed. Easy check in and check out.

We very much enjoyed our short stay in St. Joseph! The house was super cute and everything was spotless. You can tell the home was recently renovated. Wifi and tv access were great. We made day trips to Warren Dunes State Park, Silver Beach and Jean Klock Beach. The location is wonderful to access different areas. All about 15 min drive or less. I recommend Silver Beach Pizza, Clementine's Too, and The Mason Jar for meals! Jean Klock Beach is our favorite every year. It is relaxing and much less busy than the other popular beaches. We have an infant and it was nice that the home was equipped with a baby gate, high chair, and pack/play. We even enjoyed a camp fire in the evenings with a sky full of stars. Overall, would highly recommend the Lincoln House. Owners were wonderful to work with. Very easy to communicate with. We would love to return!

It is an older home that has been renovated, so keep in mind it has a small restroom. Great to have a washer and dryer to use on site. Location is close to St Joes (10 min drive), the neighborhood seemed quiet as we didn't see many others around at all but we were gone most of the days.

The house was comfortable and very clean. The house is in an area surrounded by fairly busy streets and close to the highway so it was hard to find a place to walk the dog near the house. The house is on a small lot with other homes very nearby. However, you can drive to lots of attractions nearby.

This is exactly the type of rental we love. Simple, clean, and lots of space for our toddler to run around. We hate staying in hotel rooms because there’s nowhere for our busy toddler to move around. The living room was just right for her to move around in and play. Very clean. Super comfy beds. Nice neighborhood as well to walk the dog. We will definitely come back again!
