Hotel was nice and comfortable. Staff was very pleasant. Linens had some stains but were clean. Pool and hot tub were very nice.

This hotel may be a little older than others near by, but the quality and room space is much better. Our room on the north side of the building was nice and quiet. Breakfast was fine and everyone was friendly

We stayed two nights at this hotel. For the most part, we did enjoy the hotel. It was clean, breakfast was good. We had booked a standard room and was put into a room with a jacuzzi which we greatly enjoyed. We were awoken the last night by screaming and carrying on at 3am by staff or people outside. We were on the 1st floor by the side entrance and that was unfortunate as we had to drive 12 hours the next morning.

Staff we excellent. Hotel was very clean and well kept. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast had a lot of selection however it was lower quality items.

The front desk staff were very friendly. The hotel was clean and quiet. The breakfast was very good. We plan to stay again when we are in town.

We enjoyed our one-night stay. The bed was comfy and the jacuzzi tub was nice as well as the fireplace in the other room. The pillows were really smooshed like they probably should have put new ones in, that didn't stop our enjoyment, and the room was very clean.

Came for the beach area. Hotel was very clean, quiet and the beds were comfortable. Continental breakfast was standard but still good. No complaints at all.

We only stayed one night but the property was fantastic. The front desk person was so helpful. Check in was a breeze and she was so helpful when we had forgotten a few items. The rooms were clean and spacious. Pool area was good too. Would definitely stay here again!

Staff was great, pool and hot tub worked and the pool was heated, had a little trouble getting the sauna going but that’s it. Rooms are outdated but clean, would stay again.

This was our second year of family gathering for a mini vacation. We were absolutely pleased with our accommodations at the hotel. The staff was friendly and so accommodating and the kids & adults enjoyed the pool! The breakfast was amazing as well. Wayyy to Go Comfort. We will be back.

Our two-night stay at Comfort Suites was below average, with some annoyances that could have been avoided. Check-in was a nightmare, as one desk attendant was checking a woman into 8 rooms in front of me, I waited in line for 25 minutes and when I finally was next, my room wasn't ready and we had to wait another 30 minutes. I DID request an early check-in and I know it's not promised, but it was only 30 minutes early so I figured this wouldn't be an issue and all the rooms for the guest in front of me were ready. So, then we get into the room and have been given a handicapped room, which I specifically didn't request online when given the option because we didn't want that. Nothing else was available so we are stuck with it. The beds were nicely made and had comfortable pillows and linens, so that was a plus. After about 20 minutes of walking on the floor with our bare feet after showering, we noticed all of our feet bottoms were BLACK! So, the carpet had clearly not been cleaned in some time, we were very disgusted and wore shoes the rest of the time there. The tub drain stopper was broken out of the tub and left on the shelf for us, so there was no way for our toddlers to have a bath that retained water. We were awoken after midnight one of the nights by LOUD shouting/partying, which was not stopped at any point for over 30 minutes. This hotel was nothing special & has one person working (or smoking outside) the entire time, so make sure you bring your patience.

Staff and property were great. Breakfast was delicious. Room was clean and comfortable. The noise from above room was very loud, children jumping, furniture moving…. It happens. We understand. But if it would bother you, this hotel might not be the one. Otherwise everything else was great.

Although short handed, the staff was nice, polite and did a good job. Breakfast was cold scrambled eggs but the rest was ok. Bed was comfortable but bathroom floor had not been cleaned. Get an upper floor as you hear the people above you.

Breakfast was a popular time. Not much food left towards the end of it. The waffles were very good! The pool and hot tub were great. A bench would’ve been nice at the east side of building for some fresh air. It’s mostly shaded all day. Our room had a bunk bed, but it was cheap metal and very squeaky every time you moved. All in all, we were happy and have a great stay.

Family trip to MI beaches. All aspects of our stay were very nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and nice. Pool was clean and quite warm and there is even a sauna! Breakfast was just fine, everything was stocked up and in order. We would gladly stay here again.

We ask for room service, and 3 days the housekeeper never clean the room, no towels and the Jacuzzi was nasty NO RECOMMEND

We had an incredible stay so we extended it an extra night due to the staff and our service. We enjoyed our suite we had been upgraded to after a booking error. Totally recommend. It’s very clean, the staff are friendly and always doing their best to keep it clean. The pool was great for my 5 year old, while my teenagers enjoyed the hot tub and we were all there together. The breakfast was great also! The location is so convenient too.
