The location was great and pretty walkable area. The apartment was spacious and open.

The WiFi was nonexistent. It didn’t work at all. They had smart TVs and couldn’t even stream like anything. It was hard trying to get inside the apartment, way too many steps to get the key fob. Couldn’t get inside the door with code provided due to door being locked, so that was a debacle in itself. It was also loud outside surrounding the apartment, party buses rode by half the night, blasting music and it was a nightclub downstairs which was loud and had walls vibrating.

Great location walking distance from the broadway but far enough to get some sleep away from the music. Had everything we needed and was the perfect stay im nashville

The code that was sent to me was incorrect and meamt at 22:30 after landing and travelling to the apartment we were unable to gwt access to the property…. After getting in touch with the 24hr help line we got thw correct code and managed to get in.

Location was great! Layout was was great! Bed was comfortable!

Living room furniture was uncomfortable. This was literally the only negative.

Everyone was friendly. The views and location was ideal for us. Will book again.

The front door to the building lock was broken and they were screws exposed, which cut my husband  knuckles.  I would suggest fixing the door to the entryway and also the parking lot had many missing bricks which were very dangerous.

Amenities, private parking and easy to downtown Nashville.

Wi-Fi was terrible and the ants are out of control.

The apartment was very clean, the kitchen had useful things, loved that there was ice made and an ice maker was available. Was spacious for a one bedroom with a balcony. Very nice pool area.

It needed more hooks in the bathroom to hang to multiple items, maybe a rug or two. And possibly a few smaller blankets in the units. The elevator was very slow and there’s only one, no sign of stairs that we seen near our unit.

This was a great 2 bed apartment is a complex with gym and pool, within walking distance to Broadway and on the edge of the Gulch, an area with many bars and restaurants. We stayed for two nights. The apartment was well equipped and clean with 2 bathrooms. Would recommend it here.

NB it is pet friendly so the halls did smell of dog....

Pool and barbeque area was excellent. Beds were extremely comfortable. Access to broadway was good.

The fridge was incredibly loud and the curtains were so confusing to use

- we stayed for a week and they didn’t provide even one day of cleaning. Therefore, we will stay at a hotel next time since they provide free cleaning everyday. - the pots and pans didn’t seem very clean - the bed is VERY squeaky. The smallest movements will make the loudest noises. The bed needs to be replaced or at least the springs. It was so annoying whenever my husband moved around at night and I could hear it loud and clear. It startled me awake multiple times.

so easy to walk into Downtown Nashville. the space was lovely and clean. felt like a home away from home. the bed was so comfortable and the power shower was powerful. super easy check in, and out. staff very friendly and helpful.

Location was good. It was within walking distance of Broadway Street

It was very loud with neighbours dogs barking

The staff was very helpful and responsive to questions. In a nice location.

The apartment complex itself is a bit rundown in the inside. Parking is $30 a day. All the action is on Broadway st and this is not on walking distance of that so you have to drive and then pay for parking again somewhere else.
