Absolutely beautiful! It was clean, decorated beautifully, and the front desk staff were fantastic.

That housekeeping knocked on the door at 9am, no one mentioned that you have to have your do not disturb sign in the door or they knock. It seems strange when checkout time is 11. Such a nice hotel with one flaw.

The Westin was a luxurious quiet escape from the high energy of downtown Nashville but walking distance or a short Uber ride. The restaurant inside was perfect for coffees, breakfast, lunch and the bar was nice for cocktails as well the roof deck bar! The high rooms with heavenly beds were fabulous!

Hmmm …. Liked that the JW was next door as well with Bourbon Steakhouse. It would have been nice if the sauna was a part of the fitness center rather than in the spa.

Very overpriced, rooftop pool is about 2 feet deep and designed as a hangout for young people. Reception could have been friendlier.

Sofia was the person who greeted us and went above and beyond to inquire about anything else we might need while in the city. She also explained some of the exceptional options the Westin offers at this location; like the pool, views and the rooftop bar. This was an opulent experience without any pretention.. Just like Nashville: authentic, beautiful, fun and impressive. My husband loved how close this location was to the Gibson Garage. Our experience was polished to a high shine with the meticulously clean room, crisp sheets and abundance of fluffy pillows. Falling asleep while gazing from the 24th floor upon the Nashville skyline was incredible. This place is truly a gem.

We actually checked in to this hotel the previous Saturday when we got into town. We were informed that they'd overbooked and we weren't going to get the room we'd reserved and prepaid for. The front desk associate wasn't very concerned and simply gave us another room without comment. We then asked about parking and she pointed to the valet without looking up from what she was doing and said, " $60 a night or self park". That was a little insulting. We paid the valet charge, who didn't assist in opening the car door or the luggage. They stood back talking to one another while we unloaded and had to interrupt their conversation to give them our keys. On a Saturday night, holiday weekend in Nashville, we knew parking ourselves would be a chore. The room was so beautiful and clean, we decided to return at the end of our trip. I'm glad Sophia was there to help us the final day of our stay.

I checked in via app 12 hours ahead of time. My room said it was ready and to just stop at front desk. When I arrived at hotel after 9:00 pm I was told they had ‘overbooked’ and did not have a room for me for that night but I could come back next night. What a crap thing to do to an out of town visitor who had traveled all day. They did Book us into another hotel for the night but it really ruined our trip. The staff could have been better at helping us and coordinating and compensating for our trouble. Very frustrated and most likely won’t book here again if this is how they handle their mistake.

Great location, comfortable and clean spacious room with great views. Lovely staff—-we dropped our phone coming home late and someone had turned it in to the front desk and they tracked it down.

Could have used a mini fridge at min in the room. Plenty of space for it. The roof top pool area was very small. The pool is almost hot tub size (not exaggerating) & there aren’t any real lounge chairs there. They are really pushing the private cabanas but again why pay $500 for one of those when the pool is bathtub size? Limited breakfast menu options

The rooftop pool was full of people posing and so hard to use. The indoor pool was lovely however there was no jacuzzi or sauna which was disappointing.

Good location. Easy to navigate to and from. Room was comfortable and clean.

Rooftop pool was deceptively smaller than pictures showed. Also, it was closed for over half our stay for an “event” that closed down early and we were unable to attend.

That there was no room in the room refrigerator for drinks/food that we bought (only the drinks that we would be charged for if we took) You should at least have free water bottles in there for what we pay for the hotel. I also was charged twice for my room-

The cold water didn’t work on the sink faucet. We told the front desk and it didn’t get fixed.

The way the Hotel smelled. It’s was such amazing aroma!
