Perfecto en calles céntricas
En pleno casco histórico, se puede pasear y conocer el pueblo una vez estés "arriba".
Difícil acceso: vi muchos comentarios negativos sobre ésto, yo subí el coche hasta arriba ( sólo residentes) para "desembarcar". Luego volví a bajar para aparcar y di un paseo hasta la casa. Los escalones son menos que subir a un primero. A la salida igual.

Local house with a great view!
The house is located near by view points and main sights of Arcos. There are several bars and restraurants within walking distance. The views from the balcony is hard to beat and it is amazing! Check in was easy and eventhough we did not meet Rosa Maria in person, she seemed to be very nice and hospitable. Highly recommened!
Everything was great, except the bed and pillows were a bit too soft for us (some people may like it). But it was still pleasant.

Exceptional
Fantastic, spacious and spotlessly clean flat with a wonderful terrace with views out towards the Sierra de Grazalema. Big kitchen with dining table, but most of your time will be spent out on that terrace. Located in a quiet street a short (if very steep) 5 minutes from the Plaza de Cabildo at the top of the old town and all the bars and restaurants there. Communication with the owner was efficient and easy and check in/out no problem at all.
Nothing- was all good. No complaints whatsoever.

Fantastic, spotlessly clean and comfortable flat with wonderful terrace in a great location.
This apartment is exceptional - it is large, roomy and spotlessly clean. It's accessed from a very quiet street and all on the ground floor and, although it is all on one level, it still manages to have a fabulous terrace out the back of the property with views out to the Sierra de Grazalema. It has a full kitchen with a hob and oven (not that we cooked in) and is well stocked with crockery etc. It's located a wee bit down a very steep street, but only minutes from the Plaza de Cabildo etc. Unbelievable value for money, great communication with the owner explaining how to access the house; really couldn't fault it.
Nothing- couldn't fault it. I suppose if I could lift it and plonk it further up the hill it would be absolutely perfect, but that's being very picky!

AMAZING SPACE, stunning village, scary to get to!
The village and location of the property can’t be faulted but please read my review in full because there’s a lot of information in it, some of which might be important. If you are renting the entire house, you can expect three bedrooms, two lounge areas, a modern shower and well equipped kitchen. it has a beautiful outdoor terrace but I’m not sure if this is completely private, because another staircase comes up from below. The house is right in the upper old town and it’s hard work to reach with steep slopes and lots of steps. that assumes you’ve taken the included parking for 6€ a night! YOU NEED THAT PARKING! Otherwise you have a long long walk from outside the city walls and take my word for it, there is NO PARKING in the old town. At all! Certainly not the main square. If you do drive and take the parking, you will need to be an extremely confident fearless driver with full insurance on your SMALL rental car. Anything bigger than a mini won’t fit the streets!!
We gave it a 10 because it’s an amazing place and space, but in winter it can be a little cold. There’s AC style heating in two rooms which works well and a moveable electric oil heater which can be wheeled around but… You can’t have all these on or the toaster / cooker / at the same time so there’s always cold areas. the bathroom has no heat. So, we were happy, kept doors shut and skipped through the cold bits as and when required! In summer, this won’t be a problem. If you are old or of limited mobility, you shouldn’t even consider visiting Arcos! Unless you simply ride the little tourist train up round and out. Thanks for a great stay!
