Living Room a un canapé-lit queen et deux murs de fenêtres pour une vue imprenable sur l'océan.

Loved this place! The wall of windows were awesome! Plenty of room for everyone! 2 pools and hot tubs easily accessible as well as the beach. Elevators were pretty quick. Restaurant on site.

This was our 4th time staying at Edgewater and this condo was by far our favorite! It had everything we needed in the kitchen. There were tons of beach and sand toys in the unit that made our beach time more fun. The beds were all super comfortable which is so important. There was lots of space and the view was beautiful! We will be back!

Overall a great time. Enjoyed the amenities of the property and the awesome balcony. Did have trouble with TV in 2nd bedroom. Remotes were confusing and we could only get the TV on but could not access any channels or streaming services. Overall good condition but some areas are worn. Door to utility room, ceiling tiles in main bedroom bathroom and stained ceiling in 2nd bedroom next to AC vent. But as stated great time had by all!

We really enjoyed our stay. Th place was really spacious. The bathroom remodel iwas nice. The lamps need to be plugged in somewhere. I like the living room furniture. I would consider painting the wicker. The ceiling fans need a more modern update. We definitely would consider visiting again. The host was very responsive. Thanks for everything

The condo was a good location to beach and all resort activities and restaurant. The owner was quick to answer questions we had. Great layout of the condo with bathrooms to each room. Huge living room and dining area. Great view from the balcony. Beach towels were provided in the condo and there was beach service available for chairs and umbrellas on the beach. The resort restaurant and bar had a variety of drinks and food that was very convenient near the lagoon. We would love to come back to this property.

We had such a nice stay here! The owner, Meredith, was super responsive with any questions we had. I had originally booked this unit because of a previous review that stated the location was excellent. They were 100% right! On the third floor, it’s easy enough to take the stairs and a great little heated pool is super close. Views are amazing, and the wrap around balcony meant that I could get out of the wind one way or another. Our kids loved the bball and pickle ball courts across the street, and we loved how “closed off” this resort was. I felt comfortable letting my “pre-teen” walk around with her friends on her own, and she got to have a little space and responsibility. Overall, a great little trip!

Condo was larger than expected, clean and had all the amenities needed. Very easy access to beach, the smaller pool and the big lagoon pool. Was pleasantly surprised by the large splash pad at the lagoon pool that my 3 year old son enjoyed! Good restaurants and attractions nearby. Meredith was very responsive and informative. Would stay again.

The condo was more than enough room to fit our 3 families! The wrap around deck and views were amazing and the location was *chefs kiss*. We had some troubles with the cable due to a recent upgrade from the property, but Meredith was awesome to communicate with and we got it fixed in a jiffy! Thanks for a great stay. We will definitely be back again!!!

Panama Condo
Owner is very easy to deal with. Condo is great and has enough space to not be on top of each other. This is our second year in this condo and it's my favorite condo I have ever stayed in while on vacation! Definitely would recommend.

Family had a great time
Edgewater is a very busy resort. We knew this going in and one of the reason we stayed so the kids could run around with friends. If you do not like crowds, Edgewater is not a place I recommend.
This condo was the ideal location in Edgewater and PCB. We were opposite side of the main pool so on the balcony you only heard the ocean. But we were still a close walk to the main pool and all the activities that take place there. There are also a lot if things to do right outside the resort as well. I highly recommend Mr.Maine's pizza and American Charlie.
The only complaint is there are no black out curtains in any of the rooms. This did not bother me, but my husband was up every morning with the sunrise. If you are sensitive to light, bring a sleep mask. The main bedroom was also a lot warmer than the rest of the condo. There was a fan in the closet that we used to help keep it cooler.

This was great for our family of 6 (mostly young adult children with my husband and I). Easy access to the beach. The pictures made it seem like the pool in front of us would be the Big. It was easy to get to but would have liked to have been by the music at the pool. The smaller pool was still nice.

Great stay with original style
This condo has been preserved in its original glory- my adult kids loved seeing it exactly the same as when they stayed there as kids.
There were originally 4 doors out to wraparound balcony but this condo has only 1 door out which made most of the balcony inconvenient to get to. No doors off bedrooms or living room- only 1 off dining room. We really had a blast and we definitely will be back! Hopefully every year!

Great location for Gulf Coast 70.3
Awesome property for triathletes doing Gulf Coast 70.3. This unit is on the 3rd floor and the front walkway faces the transition area in the parking lot. Easy to walk down the two flights of stairs to transition. The back balcony faces the swim start and gorgeous beach! We had a beautiful stay there. Meredith is awesome! Great communicator. Everything went smoothly for our adult part of 6.

Wonderful Getaway - Views can't be beat!!
We had a family getaway and this condo was the perfect location. The condo was obviously cleaned with COVID-19 in mind, as all remotes had been sealed in bags and all surfaces were amazingly clean. The only dust/dirt we found was behind nightstands or under blinds, but it was minimal. We had teens, adults, and my elderly mother and a good time was had by all. The deck wraps all the way around the building and walls of windows make you feel like you are on the beach. My mom couldn't make it to the beach, but loved enjoying the view, the deck, and sitting poolside while the teens played. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was a great bonus! The walk to the umbrella/chairs rented through Edgewater were a bit of a walk and near a beach access, so that area was a bit crowded. But the area directly out from the condo was relatively uncrowded and provided fairly "private beach", even in beginning of August. Lots of restaurant options nearby - all seafood places we tried were yummy. Meredith was on top of everything and was readily available and very nice. Had a varied mix of people, as is the case everywhere in PCB. Wouldn't hesitate to rebook and enjoy more time here!!!
