This house is amazing. We loved the views from the kitchen, dining room, living room, porch and patio. The property was immaculate. My family is still talking about the great house. We used the pool and the outdoor kitchen and everyone enjoyed having the pool table. This house is worth every penny. The pictures do not do it justice. It's beautiful! The owner was great as well. He was easy to communicate with and very responsive.

I loved this property last year, this year, and booked it again for next year, too!! The host Chris and his property manger Tracy are so easy to work with, flexible and friendly. The property has just about every single thing you could ever need; bring food and a toothbrush and you’re set! The pool is warm, private and gorgeous. We love coming here and are so grateful such a marvelous property is available to us for my yearly birthday celebration with my friends and family here in the beautiful Bay Area. Thanks again, Chris!

Can't say enough good things about the property. Secluded and beautiful location and a house with a ton of amenities. We were surprised one room had a pair of twin beds but we made it work. Would definitely recommend, especially in the summer time.

A lovely view and large home, marred by a rushed and poorly designed check-in. I'm conflicted, bc the views really are amazing, and the amenities are great, and the host is considerate and friendly.
However, the lack of window covers and the shared driveway with neighbors makes you feel like you're always on display, or witnessing a slow drive by, as random cars are constantly driving by and peering into the house (natural curiosity I'm sure), which has no privacy shades or blinds.
What made this worse is that bc of the absent guest guidebook that should answer most questions, I had to reach out for simple TV remote instructions etc. The owner lives right around the corner and just dropped on by, NOT what I requested and certainly felt like our private getaway was anything but.
The home is nice, the views are great, the owner is friendly...but I'd much rather choose another property with a different view, better privacy, and a hands free check-in system

This beautiful property provided the perfect accommodations for a family retreat. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy the scenic views. Chris was an awesome host and very responsive. He even gifted us with a bottle of wine made from the grapes that were grown on the property. Just minutes from downtown Lafayette with its shops and restaurants, I highly recommend this property.

The house was like staying at a private resort with all the amenities of a five star facility. With eight of us there, there was still room for privacy. The place is immaculate. It came with everything needed for the perfect vacation. It is in a quiet area with views to die for yet is only a short drive to outstanding restaurants. All in all, this ranks #1 out of all the vbro vacations we have taken over the years. I highly recommend and thanks for the outstanding service. Super place

We hosted our grandparents visiting from out of town, and we had a great time with our three kids. The property was very clean, well-maintained, and had a great view of the valley.

We came for a family Wedding in Walnut Creek. I was prepared to be wowed by the property looking at the pictures but it was much, much more. The house is very comfortable and spacious but the backyard was amazing. Every morning our family sat by the fire pit and watched the sunrise over the mountains and then took an evening dip in the beautiful pool to end the day. Thank you so much for sharing your property with us.

Perfect!!! The house have everything you will need for a wonderful vacation by the pool. I had purchased floats that I never needed because the owner has provided a wide variety, and all the towels you would need.

This place is fantastic! The setting is superb! My family enjoyed a beautiful sunset at the dining table one evening, and awoke to a gorgeous sunrise with coffee on the kitchen deck! The house is open, spacious, clean, and well equipped with towels and bedding; the lighting has many possibilities per mood; the kitchen has a great seating nook which we really enjoyed.
The pool and entire pool area far exceeds any highest rating! Honestly, even the beautiful photos do not truly capture the pleasure of the experience.
The manager greeted us and did a walk-through to explain music, lighting, and other incidentals. Chris, the owner, was quick and always available by phone before and after the stay.
An added (huge) plus is that the BART station is within minutes of the house and goes all the way to SF airport! It was perfect for some of my family traveling by plane!
I would absolutely love to repeat a stay at this home!

My wife, our 11 year old daughter, my wifes parents, and I all stayed here during a recent visit to California. The home is beautiful, with amazing views, amd incredible outdoor space. Chris is a great host...very attentive and focused on ensuring guests have a good stay. We would definitely stay here again when visiting the Bay Area. 10 out of 10!

Great house for our family of eight. The house was comfy & well equipped. The highlight of the property for us was the beautiful pool & cabana area. The pool was clean & heated perfectly. The outdoor kitchen with large clean grill, sink, refrig, dishwasher & generous seating was so perfect to enjoy our evening meals. Kids & adults loved our stay here. The host, Chris, was easy to work with when we had questions or concerns. Thanks Chris for making this amazing property available for others to enjoy.

Fabulous property for a family or group of friends. The infinity pool with bar and outdoor kitchen is first class, offering amazing views from an elevated position directly across to Mount Diablo. Just spent eight days, can't recommend the property, and Chris the owner, highly enough.

3rd year in a row we have stayed here.. it is immaculate, well stocked, and perfect for a large family. 2 large bedroom suites (plus 2 more bedrooms) work well for us!

This was our third stay at this magnificent house. It has everything and we took advantage of it all (except the pool - too cold to swim, but the jacuzzi did just fine). Chris the owner is wonderful to work with. For us, this is the perfect family group house . Thank you Chris for another wonderful stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Chris’ Oasis, during the week of our daughter’s wedding. The property is even more beautiful than the pictures and it slept 10 people comfortably. We have stayed at many VRBO properties and this one is by far among our favorites. The home was clean, stocked with every-day items, cleaning supplies and a well-stocked kitchen, which made feeding a large group a breeze. The property even had baby items such as pack-n-play and highchair. Chris greeted us on our first day and last day, assured us if we needed anything he was nearby but would not be an intrusive host, absolutely, true on both accounts. He is very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. It is a dream-like property with ample space for the bridal party to get ready. We will have forever the wonderful memories of our daughter’s wedding, bonding with our new extended family and the many beautiful sunrises and sunsets that we enjoyed together. We highly recommend this property and will rent again! Fondly, Minnesota guests

This property was stunning - absolutely perfect for gathering to celebrate. Pool was area was great. We had ages 2 to 100, and there was plenty of room to spread out and feel comfortable. Thank you, Chris!

We rented Chris’ VRBO during our wedding week and it was absolutely perfect. Wife/Moms/bridesmaids were able to get ready in the master and living room. The boys got to hang poolside with our own entry to the downstairs bedroom as to not disturb. The master is HUGE, the pool/view is amazing, and Chris was very responsive the entire time.

We had a lovely week in Lafayette staying at this private oasis of relaxation. Beautifully maintained with stunning views and a gorgeous outdoor pool area. This property has everything. Chris was always available and super helpful when we had any questions or looking for recommendations. We are already looking forward to another visit!
