We really enjoyed our fall break stay at the Enclave. We absolutely loved the pool. Overall, the condo was very clean and had tons of room for storage. My only complaints would be the entrance door did not shut well and the master bed mattress is extremely uncomfortable. We would stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay at this condo through! The location was absolutely perfect, especially for our teens. They could easily walk across the street to grab ice cream or visit Walmart, which made our vacation even more enjoyable. One of the standout features of the condo was its size and spaciousness. It provided ample room for everyone, allowing us to relax comfortably during our stay. What impressed us the most was that every room had its own full bathroom, providing convenience and privacy for all guests. This feature truly made our stay even more enjoyable. The hosts of the condo were fantastic in terms of communication. They were responsive and helpful, making sure that our check-in process was smooth and stress-free. However, there were a few minor hiccups with the property management company that affected our overall experience. When we arrived early, I reached out to inquire about the estimated time of availability. Unfortunately, the response I received from the property management company was a bit grumpy, which left a slightly negative impression. Thankfully, we were able to check in early at 3 PM, but upon entering the condo, we noticed that the counters were full of sand. While this might not have been a significant issue on its own, the previous grumpy response to my inquiry made it more noticeable and somewhat disappointing. Overall good experience.

We had a fabulous time. The rental unit was clean and well supplied. Great communication from the management company. We enjoyed the beachfront and a short drive for the golfers in my family. I did read reviews regarding the parking on the property. We had no problems. We did uber on the 4th just in case there was an issue. Getting an Uber was very easy and fairly priced. Looking forward to visiting again in the future!

condo is lovely and spacious, property management and security are not customer focused. there isn't enough parking to accommodate a full building and we were told our only option was to park several hotels away and walk our 4 kids back. one elevator was broken the majority of the stay, hard to work around on the 9th floor.

The condo was very nice and convenient. The condo was very clean and spacious. The downfall to this condo building is there is not enough parking available. We had to pay for parking way across the street twice.

Loved everything about the location of the condo loved how easy it was to access everything. I had Read several reviews that mentioned the broken balcony doors and was prepared for that. Also read several about how lumpy the beds were and thought for sure they would’ve been fixed. Nope!!! Half the beds are lumpy or have a huge dip in the middle!!! A good nights sleep was not had for myself the entire time as I was in the master the guest that stayed in the double bedroom alternated the beds so they weren’t all continuously sleeping in the dip in the middle of the mattress… that’s the only reason I gave this place three stars you want a good night sleep on vacation please change the mattresses!!!!

Condo was very nice and clean. The master could use a new mattress. Weather was great. Gulf was a perfect temp. We got to see the Blue Angels fly for the first time in 3 years! The only negative about the building is the parking. By the weekend we wouldn’t leave for fear we wouldn’t have a parking space.

We loved our stay at this condo!!! The condo had almost everything we needed. We occasionally brought some sand up to the condo but there was no broom to sweep it up. I sent a message to the host and a housekeeper brought a brand new broom and dust pan to us. I did not find the balcony door to be difficult to open as others mentioned in their reviews. The corner condo was perfect to watch the sunrise. The only issue we had was ice falling to the floor from the ice machine when opening the door. We would definitely rent this condo again.

Had a great stay and very clean. The door to the balcony was hard to open and close.

My family and I rented the condo for a vacation. I booked it months ago and looked again at reviews before we left and became concerned about a few things. Parking was a major issue I read about but we did not have any problem at all. It was the 3rd week of August when most schools are back and it was not very busy. Also, the patio door leading out to the balcony was a concern to many. It was for me also. The handle on the door in the outside was completely broke. When we went out we did not ever close it because we couldn’t. You could not close it inside without manhandling the whole door. I did have a maintenance guy show while we were there to repair it… which he couldn’t. He said the door was going to be replaced. Other than that I thought the condo was just as listed. Loved the open kitchen and I thought it was adequately stocked to cook meals in. Ice maker at wet bar is a money saver and very convenient. I did not feel shut off from group when cooking. The bathrooms attached to each bedroom is the ideal situation for adult family members. We used the washer daily which was a big help. The location is great on the 9th floor. The view is amazing and we spent mornings watching the sunrise and the sharks. They have beach chair and umbrella rentals every day at a reasonable price. $35 for 2 chairs and umbrella all day. Book more than one day and Save money. A few suggestions would be for everyone to know even though there are 3 doors to balcony only one is operable. I also think that floor mats inside front door and balcony to catch sand would be nice. They did have a vacuum which I used daily. The bed in master bedroom needs to be replaced. It is worn, to soft and has huge lumps where it’s been over used. We were ready to leave just for that reason.

I’m surprised it hasn’t been addressed considering the number of comments on it. I also found it troubling that the code to the door never changes from one renter to the next. That’s not very secure and would be an easy fix to insure that your guests’ belongings are secure. Another issue is that the beach in front of the Enclave is shared with the Fairfield Marriott across the street. It was extremely crowded and not what we expected by choosing a not-so-high-rise condo. I purposely stayed away from the high rise condos for that very reason and was disappointed that we were elbow to elbow with other families. We’ve traveled to OB quite a bit and have never had this issue before.

Not ready condo for guest - no toilet paper holders in any bathroom. We don’t enjoy going from master bedroom on balcony- not usable
