Free Golf! 1st Floor Condo in Gated Oceanfront Resort with Pools, Fitness Center
Si vous êtes à la recherche pour des vacances de détente paisible sur la plage de l'océan Atlantique, Ocean Village Resort est pour vous! Avec les brises de l'océan doux, le temps est une grande partie de l'année. Nous offrons un condo propre et basique sans beaucoup d'améliorations sophistiquées, nous sommes donc en mesure de facturer des prix très raisonnables pour un aussi merveilleux complexe doté de nombreux équipements. À la mi-juillet 2019, une rénovation majeure du condo rendra votre séjour encore plus agréable. (Notre condo est une unité au premier étage, donc n'a pas une vue sur l'océan. Mais la plage est à quelques pas sur la dune à proximité.) Ocean Village a tellement de commodités que parfois un ou deux d'entre eux peuvent être fermés pour maintenance pendant votre séjour. Si vous souhaitez utiliser quelque chose en particulier pendant votre séjour, faites-le nous savoir et nous vérifierons le calendrier de maintenance pour vous. Voir ci-dessous pour plus de détails.

Kevin was very helpful and answered all our questions. Condo was close to 2 of the pools. Very cleaned inside had everything we needed for our stay. Had a basket of goodie’s on the table when we arrived. We have stayed at ocean village about 6 times all different condos, always had a very nice time. Would definitely stay at this condo again. This unit in ocean village had everything you could possible need, and then some. Very clean , and comfortable. Property amenities made it so yo never had to leave the property if you did not want to. Short walk to beautiful beach.
The property manager, Kevin, was very thorough in preparing us for the trip and check in and very accessible for any questions. The property owners live next door , and are amazing people , and go our their way to makes sure all your needs and expectations are meet. All of this together made for a great week of rest and relaxation. Hope to get back there soon.

Great stay. Weather was better than expected. Pool and beach very nice and just short walk. We went to close by beaches and out to eat but plenty to do for 2 week stay on condo property. Bed very comfortable and condo roomy for two.

The property and condo were very well kept! Kevin was very helpful and answered all our questions. The ocean is beautiful and the beach was very private in this area. Condo had all you would need to enjoy your stay. We will be returning in the future.

The condo was pretty much what I expected. When needed Kevin was available for questions and check in. There were a few house keeping items I address with Kevin that were very minor. The place was great my family loved the pool and the Restaurant that is right on site. Everything is close by and easily accessible.

The owner is awesome; calls and checks on renters to assure all is ok.
Condo size is fine for 2. Good supply of linens. Nice screened porch.
Furniture is old and could use update as could some kitchen items. But price was right, unit was clean, so it's a trade off.

This review is more for the owner, Kevin, than his condo. The condo I rented from him had a plumbing issue immediately prior to check-in. He quickly contacted me and explained the situation. He easily could have just refunded my money. Instead, he went above-and-beyond contacting property managers and other condo owners for several hours on a Saturday night to find me a replacement condo that would fit my required needs and length of stay. He stayed in contact throughout my stay to ensure I was completely satisfied.
I've stayed at Ocean Village before and enjoy the serenity of the location. That has remained the same. Even though I did not stay in Kevin's unit, I would not hesitate to book from him again. His attention to detail when things were going wrong was fantastic, so I feel confident it's even better when things are going right!

My husband and I spent the month of Feb. 2018 in this condo and we were very pleased. The condo is very comfortable and was well stocked with everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Kevin the owner is very accessible and a pleasure to work with. We were so happy to find this property and look forward to returning next year.

Kevin, the owner was extremely helpful. The condo is great. Lots of room, has everything you could ask for. The complex has a fabulous heated pool, hot tub and tiki bar with yummy selections. There's tons to do....golf, tennis, basketball and more. I give this vacation a great recommendation.

We were looking for a fun, low key Florida vacation and that's exactly what we got. The unit is clean, updated and pretty roomy for a small family. It's stocked with pretty much everything you need from beach chairs to kitchen items to towels and sheets, paper products, etc. We're three people. Kevin was a great host and checked in to make sure everything was OK. The bedroom has the most comfortable king size bed ever. Our 14 year old son slept on the sofa bed in the living room. The main pool area is within walking distance but we would drive over because we were carrying stuff and sometimes wanted to go from the pool to the beach and needed to keep the chairs in the trunk. We ate at the tiki bar by the pool a couple of times. It's pretty good and the prices are reasonable. There's a nicer table service restaurant too but we didn't eat there. We would definitely stay there again.

I cannot say enough about Kevin and his property. His home is wonderful, so well kept, and comfortable. He had everything we needed right there. The convenience of being able to do our laundry right here was amazing. The pool is just steps away and the beach is so close as well; we walked on it every evening. The thing I was most impressed with (which is saying something considering we were SO impressed with the property) is Kevin's communication. He was constantly available when and if we needed him, and was a wealth of information, so eager to make sure that our trip was everything we were hoping for and more. We will absolutely be back to visit this area, and will be in contact with Kevin to stay at his beautiful home again when we do. Thank you so much for all you have done to make our experience wonderful!
