This condo is so great! It has great views and everything you could want for a wonderful getaway. Restaurants, amazing shopping, harbor taxis and walking paths to downtown are literally just steps out the front door. After a long day of beaching and hiking it was nice to come home to the fully stocked kitchen, cook up dinner and relax. Overall a wonderful 8 days! Thanks Alex!

We enjoyed five weeks in this very clean and comfortable condo. The location is perfect for enjoying the views of the never-ending harbour activity. We did not need a car as so much is within walking distance. We did purchase a bus pass for some of our longer jaunts. The private rooftop patio was a nice treat at the end of a busy day.

My wife and I enjoyed our January 01 to February 29, 2024 occupancy of this condo unit. We are daily walkers and found the location to be safe, convenient to everything we desired to visit, restaurants, shopping and bus transport. We enjoyed the waterfront location, away from road traffic noise, while observing the water traffic, sea otters, different waterfowl and pedestrians on the boardwalk. We enjoyed our uninterrupted stay and the quick response assistance of the condo unit Owner, when requested.

Location is perfect. Easy walk to all essential stores for food and drink. Plenty of restaurants around if you don't feel like cooking. The rooms, kitchen, and bathroom were spotless and the aesthetics of the penthouse are top notch. If you like hanging out in a very roomy place with a great view this is it. Fun to watch all the stuff going on in the bay.

We spent the Thanksgiving Holiday (US) in Victoria, staying at this comfortable condo. It is right-sized for a couple and a prime location for watching traffic on Victoria's Upper Harbor. We were very impressed with the kayakers and paddle boarders out on their morning excursions in near-freezing weather. The condo is within easy walking distance of a wide variety of restaurants and cafes. Shopping options abound, too, and we took advantage of that, visiting several stores with goods we would not find in our small hometown.
The kitchen was well-equipped, for the most part. We were disappointed that the Insta-Hot and the icemaker were not working. We did not do any full-scale meal prep, but the kitchen was set up to so.
The condo has good access to highways leading to attractions outside Victoria proper. We spent a leisurely afternoon at Butchart Gardens, which is quite interesting even in the late fall. Another drive took us to Point Renfrew along the west coast of the island. It's only about 110 kilometers from the condo, but it is two hours and a bit to get to there. If we had not made the trip, though, we would not have seen the surfers at Jordan River. Or had a delicious lunch at the Port Renfrew Pub.
The weather was great - a bit chilly. We had clear blue skies and no rain for the whole weekend. That's quite unusual for this time of year, but we appreciated it.
All-in-all we had a very enjoyable weekend. I would recommend this property to other visitors

Good coffee shops, neat shopping and lots of restaurants came in late at night and needed to pick up keys from a lock box - nothing wrong with it except at night needed to walk to find the door and bring a light so you can read the lock box

The view from the unit is alive w/activity by day and the lights on the bridge very attractive at night. The unit contained everything to 2 of us needed. The walk across the bridge and along the inner harbor is a joy and access to the greater downtown area by foot easy.

The view from the condo balcony overlooks the harbor and the Johnson Bridge. The view is undeniably fabulous. We could not get enough of just sitting and watching the small water taxis, tugs pulling barges and the blue lighted Johnson Bridge raise to allow ships to pass under.
The condo was very comfortable, well stocked and clean. Providing the in tune guitar was nice bonus since my husband plays in a band.
The condo location is perfect for walking around downtown. Our rental car didn't move for 2 days.
We would highly recommend this condo.

We absolutely loved our stay at Alex's condo! It was well furnished and supplied. Lots of extras available, which is very thoughtful. The location of this unit is perfect. Right on the edge of town, walkable to everything, but quieted down by later hours. It was very entertaining getting the birds eye view of the harbor and water taxis. We even were able to watch them practice for their ballet right below us! We love Victoria and hope to be back soon!

Great location and very clean. Check in process at Air Lobby was difficult. No on street parking available when we arrived, so it took quite a while to finally get a spot.
Upon getting the keys we were not given instructions on where the parking garage was and it was not clearly marked. Room was extremely hot..especially in the afternoon. The small ac could not keep up during the day even though it was only about 70 degrees. Thankfully it would cool off at night, but still warmer than we would have liked. We did really like the place, just wanted to help you improve the check in process and maybe improve the air conditioning.

We usually stay in Downtown but this was a refreshing change. We felt a little more like locals and enjoyed the opportunity to explore new areas.
While the mattress could have been better, this is a wonderful, well appointed apartment with beautiful views and easy access to restaurants and bars. We would definitely stay again!

The condo was beautiful and very well appointed and the location can’t be beat. We enjoyed kayaking and the Craft Beer Market both of which were literally right out of our door, and easily walked to shopping, restaurants and a great pedestrian trail along the water just across the bridge. The owner was very responsive throughout the process and very helpful in working out arrangements for us to pick up the keys after hours. Can’t recommend this place more highly!! We would definitely stay here again if back in Victoria.

Had a blast staying here. The view in the mornings and evenings from the balcony were memory makers for me. Loved how big the space was. It was well furnished and had everything we needed. The location also was surrounded with great eats/bars in walking distance. 10/10 stay

This apartment is an ideal place to stay to explore Victoria. Amazing location, place was clean and exactly as pictured. Host was responsive and easy to work with. Just note that you need to pick up the key around the corner. It was very easy to do that so don’t let that stop you from staying at this amazing place.

This is a great place to stay: comfortable, centrally located to the sights of downtown and easy to access out of town highways. It is very clean and stocked with everything you might need. Loved the big windows overlooking the harbor, the draw bridge, the rowing and the water taxies! The private parking was great, In short, this is a great place to stay.

wonderful condo and host Alex. Everything was supplied for the traveller, down to the kleenex. View was spectacular overlooking the very entertaining inner Harbour. Location was great and there is no need for a car. Bus service in Victoria is excellent. Lovely safe building and two lively bars very close by. Noise was not an issue at all. Will definitely stay again.

My wife and enjoy the location as it’s only a walking distance to everywhere including downtown shopping, restaurants, Fishermans wharf (15min) museum and so on. The condo is conveniently located and we appreciate the secure entrance and underground parking.

Excellent location and view! We were able to walk from the ferry to the property with ease. The keys were located a few blocks away which wasn’t the most convenient, but I understand. The entire building was clean and quiet. Lots of places to grab amazing food near by. We had a great time.
