The location of this house was so great, easy to get to and located right near the family we were visiting. The house has SO much outdoor seating to relax in around the pool. Our 7 year old boys LOVED the pool & hot tub. This house was very convenient for our family, we hope to go back one day. Thank you for sharing your home.

There was plenty of places for our large group to sleep, and they even left an air mattress out for us as well. We had a pleasant surprise with a ping pong table, and retro video games! The kids of all ages loved the water slide. A few things, in the rules it mentioned "no smoking" but I found a cigarette in the master bathroom. There was ants upstairs and ankle biting bugs, never saw them just the bites. The compactor got stuck in compact mode often. The deck off the master bedroom had wide open spaces (over 3' wide) in the railing that we worried our toddler could fit through and the younger kids. The dishwasher also had some issues and sometimes wouldn't start. It was a nice central location for all our planned events, and great time with family.

Enjoyed our recent visit to California. The owner was very hands on and responsive. The house had everything we needed. It was so comfortable. The backyard oasis was amazing and the pictures don't do it justice. I highly recommend this property and the owner. Thanks for making my birthday celebration awesome.

Resort-like pool with slide and hot tub! Kids preferred the pool to the beach. This owner knows what makes a vacation great. There are plenty of games, pool toys, there's even ping pong, darts, and four arcade-style games. There's a big TV in the great room with Roku and cable. There's a well-appointed outdoor kitchen. For young and old, this is a great place to stay!

The house is a great place to stay and feel like you are on your own resort. The pool, hot tub, tiki bar and game room are great amenities to enjoy.

Would be great for a big group, but they only allow 12 people.

We live close by, only 15-20 minutes away, but wanted to have some last minute fun for spring break. Thank goodness that I stumbled upon an opening with this property because it made our vacation fabulous! You wouldn't think of Mission Viejo as a hot vacation destination, but this home is perfect for those that like to be entertained without having to leave their home!! The resort like backyard amenities were a dream for the kids and adults alike, huge pool with awesome water slide, spa, great bar area with outdoor TV, and fire pit! The full size arcade games inside were a total bonus!! They have 100s of games, so the kids loved it and my husband must of stayed up after midnight on multiple evenings playing some of his old time favorites! So whether you are visiting the area or live close by, BOOK THIS HOUSE!!! We will definitely be back!

We stayed here as a family of 6 for 1 week and had travellers in a party from ages 14 to 60 years old. We all had an amazing time and felt perfectly at home. The owner was incredibly helpful and answered any questions we had. I cannot recommend this house enough, it really did tick all the boxes and the location was superb for everything we wanted to do like beaches and even Disneyland. The house its beautiful and well kept, and we hope to return some time in the future! Thank you again!

The backyard was spectacular... our group did not want to leave! The close proximity to all of the main Southern California attractions made this house ideal for a memorable vacation. Also, John was extremely easy to work with! If you enjoy spending time outside in the beautiful Southern California weather, this is the house for you!

Our family had so much fun! My kids loved the waterslide. I loved the outdoor kitchen area, the set up was great, we spent many hours playing in the pool with the TV or music on in the outdoor grilling/bar area. We loved how central it was, easy drive to Disney and the Beach!
