The property was great. Convenient location to a lot of amazing places. The property owner, Dick, was friendly and helpful. There was an issue with the apartment we were initially assigned to, but he switched us to a new one with no hassle.

Very clean, lots of parking for our trailers/boats on the way to Powell.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean, spacious and was a great home base as we explored Southeastern Utah.

It was the best stay in my trip tbis past week.

No complaints about our stay at the property. Didn’t realize it would be on the second floor, but that was not a big problem for us. The furnishings were in good shape and the property is well-kept. I had one question for the property manager, and he answered my call the first time and was both friendly and helpful.

We only spent one short night at the condo. The place is clean and has everything you need. Enough pots, pans, kitchen knives, griddle, smoothie maker, coffee machine etc. Communication with the host was smooth and speedy. Only thing I would mention is that the laundry facilities are coin operated and shared with 3 other condos and so is the hot tub. For our short stay that was not a problem but could be if you needed your privacy. This was a perfect place for our stay.

It was a beautiful place to stay as a large family. Dick took great care of us and answered any questions right away .

What an amazing condo to stay at super clean everything is roomy and beds are comfortable. We just stayed overnight because we were doing an overlander with our Jeeps but I will be returning to stay in the same condo and do some hiking around the area. Wish we had one more day to sit back and enjoy the spot. The condo had a hot tub, holy boards and ladder golf with several picnic tables to use and enjoy outside.

Great property with plenty of room for family. Will definitely rent this property again.

We were thrilled with finding this condo! We stayed two nights in early October! It was large and roomy! The furnishings were solid, western style and very comfortable. The two bathrooms were especially nice with two sinks each in a private area and a separate tub/shower and toilet behind another door. Every room had it's own thermostat. The beds were great! The condo had everything you could ever need! It is a great to be in the true southern Utah experience. We called Dick with a question, and he showed up within 60 seconds to assist us - nicest guy you could ever meet! .

Three guys rented Cedar Canyon Condo #4 as a base camp for Bears Ears hiking. We found it clean, spacious, well equipped, comfortable, and (with 4 BRs and 2 full baths) capable of accommodating a larger group. The owner's communication was excellent. If we go back to Bears Ears, we'll stay there again.

We were very impressed with this place--didn't even realize that it was a 4 BR place (we only needed 2), because it was so reasonably priced. Worked out great for our visit to Natural Bridges and Hoevenweep (sp?)--Hoevenweep is really cool, but be careful on the road as it is full of potholes. The condo was beautiful--very clean & spacious; also nice to have a folder with info about various things to do in the area. Would definitely recommend to anyone...would work great for a larger group. Owner was really great to work with--even called to check on us when we were late getting to the place.

Nice condo in wonderful southeastern Utah near all the parks, ruins, and other sights to see in the area. Nicely decorated with all the amenities. The nightly rates were a fantastic deal when compared to nearby hotels. The best part of the condo was the owner. Dick’s nightly visits where he shared his friendly advice and direction to local attractions really made our trip to Blanding special.

Dick was very kind. The apartments are clean and quite large, accommodating four adults and four small children easily. Amenities were convenient and property location was perfect. Be aware, though, that the price changes according to how many guests will be at the property. The quoted price will be for 2 people, and then additional charges will be incurred for every guest (children included) in addition to the two. The cost was $15 per person per night added to the original quote. I was a little confused when the property slept 8-12 and we were charged extra.

Great place to stay when in southeastern Utah

Clean, 4 bedrooms, spacious living room and kitchen, easy communication.

The condo was exactly as the description and picture described. I would Highly recommend this place. The owners are terrific as well.

The apartment was well located off the main roads. The property was well maintained and the owner called and came by to see that we were comfortable. the next time we come through Blanding, we would hope this property would be available. The owner recommended a Indian Museum, just up the road that we spent almost 2 hrs there, it was awesome. We would recommend this property to anyone checking out the parks and museums' in the area.

When we walked into our spacious condo, everything was as pictured. It was spotless and had all the amenities of home. It truly was our home away from home. We enjoyed visits with our host, and he willingly shared information about interesting attractions we wanted to visit. All in all, it was a really dream vacation. We will definitely be back! We came to Blanding for a family get together. We loved this 4 bedroom apartment. We had 3 families staying there and never felt cramped. It was like brand new and had everything we needed. Owner very nice and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.
