Artistically decorated room with nice toiletries. Home cooked pastry stuffed with eggs, ham, cheese and tomatoes for breakfast was delicious. Ashley and Dennis are very kind and helpful.

Great western craft vibe. Comfortable , cozy, clean room. Good breakfast.

not a single thing

There ae not a lot of places to stay in Blanding. If you are going to stay there this one is a very good choice. That said there are challenges. The heater goes on and off all night. Without it the room is cold, with it, it blows air from three feet to the bed all night. And the bathroon doesn't have a heater so it's freexing. Pretty but freezing. The beds were very comfortable, the breakfact interesting AND the parking lot was muddy and difficult to move in and out of the room...AND the breakfast room was uncomfortably tiny and crowded. So a mix of unusually great and unusually challenging . There are only two restaurants in town. Both drive ins. It's the bext dea; overall in B;anding but at $10 incl tax for two queens it was on the high end of what we pay.

See what we liked...we liked and didn't like this place all at once. The people that work there were great...the facility has its challenges.

A little pricey for the size of the room. The Murphy bed was a great idea but it was a bit inconvenient to have to move the sofa and then there was no room to walk around the bed when it was down.

The room was really cute. It looked like someone's apartment instead of a generic motel. There was a little kitchenette and a Murphy bed. The garden in the back was quiet and peaceful.

The breakfast was good but not very filling. A few more items would have been good.

Everything about this property was amazing and by far the best place we stayed in Utah! The rooms were beautifully decorated and the beds were super comfy - there was also some really nice smelling soap in the bathroom - which you can buy from the shop in reception! The breakfast was amazing, with freshly made pastries and other yummy things :) If you're visiting the area, I couldn't recommend this place enough!

Wonderful breakfast, one of the best we've had, with cheese/ham puff pastry and incredible cinnamon rolls. It is quiet and away from the downtown. Staff are very helpful.

Murphy bed was a little hard to figure out. But staff came to the rescue!

Lovely, relaxing, interesting motel! Nice garden with flowers and hummingbirds. Decorations to the last detail in rooms, beautiful wood and metal. Comfortable, comfortable beds and pillows. Nice amenities in room. AC and fan worked very well. Great shower and bathroom. Very clean, nice parking. The Owners were so nice and helped us find biking places. Just charming. We met intersting people "in the garden" and the atmosphere was so friendly.

We stayed three nights. Last afternoon we were there, someone constructed a new door way on room next door. Very noisy. No one it warned us this would happen or would we like to change rooms., the room on the other side of the one getting new doorway was vacant and could have done that one instead of next to us ........ No nap. No sitting in front. Breakfast was wonderful when available. Ran out of at least one main breakfast offering each day. The rolls are to die for, but be sure to get asap! Breakfast staff could use a refresher.... I must say, what was available daily was top quality -- ie Yoplait yogurts, breads, banana bread.

The room was updated with very good breakfast provided. The receptionist was exceptionally nice.

The air conditioner was a bit loud and on and off all night.
