This property is like staying in your own home - it's clean, there's lots of extras, it's well stocked (coffee, creamer, laundry soap, extra towels, extra blankets, 2 tv's, etc.). It's a great location for exploring Bears' Ears National Monument. We definitely would stay there again.

We found our destination quite easily given the clear and concise directions sent ahead with the confirmation. The unit and fixtures and amenities were all new, and in working order. The unit was warm and cozy. The layout was extra large and cleverly laid out. The roll-In shower was huge, reason enough alone to stay here. The check-in and check-out processes were non-existent, a system I find un-nerving, but entirely efficient. I will be recommending this unit to my friends.

Jed and Candice made it easy. Very comfortable apartment that was bright and airy. Quiet neighborhood that’s near the main artery to snd from adventures. Wi-fi was excellent! I will definitely stay here again!

After visiting Grand Canyon for three days we stayed in Blanding for three days to see the parks in southeastern Utah. This place was a great home base. The layout is perfect, even handicap accessible. Very thankful for the washer and dryer and the well supplied kitchen. Definitely recommend.

This was the perfect place for a home base in Blanding while jeeping and exploring the area. Jed and Candice provided helpful trail info and yummy muffins! Will look to stay here again.

A very comfortable and cozy spot convenient to Moab!

This is our second time to stay here, this time for 5 days. First off Jed and Candace are lovely people, kind, interesting and great hosts. The house is a 1 BR "Casita" with a full kitchen which is well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, plates glasses, etc. The apartment was very clean and there are plenty of places to put your stuff. Jed likes to hike so he can provide great suggestions for hikes that fit your skill sets. They have a gas grill and a donkey, Paco. The queen bed is nice and the shower, sinks, etc all work perfectly.

Beautiful apartment-love the set-up of the space and southwestern/native American theme. Easy to get to and in a quiet area. Great communication with door code and instructions to rental. Loved having the washer & dryer. Homemade muffins and juice in the fridge was a nice treat!! Lots of Parks and beautiful places to visit in this area!!

If I can give a 10 rating I would. Never before did anyone put the effort in making guests felt welcome as to make us homemade muffins, leaving us juice and turn on the AC before we got there in the long ride in 106 weather. The place was so nice and clean. We had everything we needed even extra toothbrush and paste just in case. Thank you so much.

This is a well appointed apartment. Fully equipped kitchen, large shower, comfortable living room, and good washer and dryer. The sofa pulls out to make a bed. The owners were very hospitable, providing homemade muffins and juices prior to our arrival. Ample towels and linens. Decent tv channel selection. The lighting in the living/dining room is a little dim. Also, be aware that the main bed is only a double and the mattress was softer than we are used to. Apartment is located on a quiet cul-de-sac.

Jed and Candace were polite and accommodating and met us upon arrival. The apartment was a great place to stay for our four nights in Blanding.

It is a cozy little apartment with everything you could need. They have an especially nice bathroom with a beautiful walk in shower, and it was a bonus to have a washer and dryer.

This was a very well appointed and sparkling clean rental. In all our travels it was the most thought out and comfortable for a long stay.

So much better than a hotel room! Spacious and comfortable. It was great to be able to have a kitchen to cook in and to be able to get some laundry done before bed. The shower was even spacious. Although we did not need it the property is wheel chair accessible.

Clean, nicely designed space. Well equipped kitchen. (We’d forgotten to bring olive oil and coffee. No problem, they were both there!) Comfortable bed and quiet location. It was a great base for exploring Cedar Mesa and more of the area.....we should have stayed longer! Jed was friendly and gave us some good advice.

My husband and I stayed 4 nights in this apartment while we explored Natural Bridges NM and Canyonlands NP. Exceptionally clean, cozy and private. We appreciated being able to do our laundry and cook our evening meals here. Lovely hosts! We would highly recommend this rental. Thanks!

The apt was larger than I imagined it would be. It had everything needed for a great stay.

Wow! This apartment is a gem. Built as a detached "Mother-in-Law" suite for an aging parent, it's very well designed. Lot's of room to store things. All the appliances work well. It's super clean (not an easy thing in Blanding). Jed and Candace were excellent hosts, kind of like having your best friends living next to you. The bedding was nice and comfortable. Did I say this apartment was extremely clean? Excellent home base for exploring the many wonders in the Cedar Mesa area. Count on spending 4-7 days if you are hikers. There's lots to see.

Great place to stay. Quiet, clean and great value. We enjoyed having a full kitchen and privacy. Jed and Candice were always available if we needed anything. We had access to Needles section of Canyonlands and great hikes. Highly recommend to any travelers.

We really enjoyed staying here and had a very comfortable time on our journey round southern Utah. The apartment was spacious and clean. All in all a great place to stay and we can't recommend it highly enough.
