Beau Mer Large 1-Bedroom Condo Overlooks Naples Bay - 0.5 Mile Walk to Downtown!
Unité de coin au dernier étage à Beau Mer est entièrement meublé et regarde plein sud sur la magnifique baie de Naples et chaque coucher de soleil serein. Spacieuse 1 chambre avec lit queen et divan-lit séparé qui se transforme en un roi. Nouvelle cuisine (remodelé en 2018) avec tous les nouveaux appareils, armoires, comptoirs en quartz, etc. La cuisine est équipée de tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour préparer de bons repas et des cocktails. Notre salle de bain est équipée d'une douche, d'une vasque et d'un lavabo, ainsi que d'un lavabo, d'un lavabo et d'un grand walk-in séparé de la chambre. Profitez de chaque coucher de soleil de la véranda moustiquaire. La propriété comprend une grande piscine chauffée et un bain à remous ainsi qu'un patio avec des barbecues à gaz communautaires. This condo supplied so much more than anything we’ve experienced or expected. Beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler, ice paks, beach towels, boogie board, golf clubs, salt & pepper & misc. spices, paper plates, paper towel, dishes & silverware enough for 12 and more!, board games, shampoo, bath soap, hand soap, dishwasher soap. We didn’t use it’s all, but appreciated that it was all available. We would rent again except for the fact it has a queen bed and we prefer king size (we were aware of this prior to renting)

There was unexpected construction going on and the owner was great about letting us check out early due to the noise. It’s a fabulous location and unit and won’t hesitate to return once the upgrades are complete.

This condo is very close to downtown 5th ave Naples. You can walk there in 15 minutes. The condo has a nice view of the harbor where you can watch the boats go by. All of the basic kitchen condiments and paper products are provided. Beach chairs, umbrella, towel, and cooler are also provided for your trip to the beach. The complex has a nice pool with lots of friendly residents. The screen doors provide a great breeze. Mike the owner called to check and make sure all was well, He even provided sunny 80+ degree weather almost everyday. I would recommend this rental.

Well maintained and great location
This was a great location which was close to the downtown Naples area and beaches- very walkable. Pool area was nice and relaxing and the rental had everything we needed in the kitchen as well as even beach chairs. The owner was very responsive and communicative, and check in was extremely easy.

Great location
We enjoyed venturing out from here daily. Beautiful view from the lanai. Well equipped. It is busy with a marina and yacht club nearby but we walked and biked easily throughout the Naples area.

Perfect Location
We really enjoyed the condo. Talk about well stocked; just bring yourselves. Walking distance to 5th Avenue. Tried many new restaurants, with Nosh being our new favorite. The condo was very comfortable and clean. We would definitely stay again.

Property was as described, close proximity to 5th Ave and Lowdermilk Beach. First time renting a VRBO and it was seamless. Excellent directions for everything and owner was highly communicative, replied quickly to questions I had. I will stay there again and highly recommend!

This condo is in a great location and well equipped. A nice walk to restaurants and sightseeing. Mike was helpful and responded to our questions immediately. My wife and I had a great time. I would recommend this condo and plan on going back in the near future.

Reset
Looking to reset vacation travel post 2020 Pandemic, wanted to kick off Spring with great sunsets, warm breezes, pool, sun, palms.
Property sits 2 miles to the Naples Pier and it is a perfect morning run distance or afternoon bike ride passing marinas and restaurants.
Unit is stocked nicely for staples, towels, utensils, linens with relaxing screened-in balcony.

Naples fun!
Perfect location and perfect accommodations for my wife and I. I was at a conference every morning from eight till noon and my wife went for a walk through downtown. Would highly recommend this property andbthe property manager is very accessible.

Excellent vacation
This 1 bedroom condo is in a nice development. The buildings are very clean and well maintained. There are a lot of nice and friendly residents here. It is in a quiet and convenient location and only a 10 minute walk to all of the stores and restaurants downtown

Winter break!
The property and location was perfect for us. We were able to walk to most of the places we like to go in Old Naples. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed. Very clean, newly updated and the view from the screened balcony was great. The complex was quiet and the other residents on the property were very nice. The owner was very accommodating and easy to get to if we needed anything. I would definitely recommend this property.

Old Naples Florida, Tin City
This is the second year we rented from this condo. The weather was amazing, the view from the deck area at the condo was spectacular, love watching the boats and yachts in the bay. Mike, the owner was very available by phone and text. Condo was clean, very comfortable, Kitchen well equipped. The pool was great, Neighbors very friendly. We will definitely stay again.

Amenities of Home
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Michael's condo. It was very clean and had all the amenities of a comfortable home. Michael was very helpful when we needed assistance with the living room tv! He called to let us know how to resolve the problem! The lenai was a delight to sit in everyday. The view of the Gordon River was lovely. We were able to see the Yacht Club's activities from the lenai. The Beau Mer complex was clean, the pool and hot tub were a delight! We found the people to be quite friendly whether they were guests for 3-4 months or 1 week vacationers. The last week in March we found there were many planes flying over the complex. We had to get used to the fact that the area was in a flight plan but that did not ruin our very enjoyable stay. I would recommend Michael's condo for its excellent condition as well as for the excellent location to downtown Naples. We are looking forward to returning to Beau Mer!

My husband and I had a awesome time at this fully equipped condo, our vacation stay was the best. We loved the area close to restaurants, able to take walks to Naples Piers, love sitting out on screen in area off living room, the view of the Bay was beautiful. Mike our host was very attentive and responded back very quickly to phone text. I would definitely stay at this condo again. The condo complex was very well maintained, relaxing place to stay.

The location of this condo was perfect! Easy to walk to restaurants and shops.
The condo was very well equipped with everything you could need. Mike always responded immediately to any questions we had. The apartment complex itself is very basic, nothing fancy. My main disappointment was learning there is no washer/dryer in the unit itself, but there are laundry facilities in the building. Be sure to have quarters handy. Overall we had a very enjoyable stay and would come back again.

Great Stay!
Our recent stay at this property in Naples, Florida was excellent. The condo was perfect for the two of us and was nicely decorated and clean. The convenience of having all necessities fully stocked when we walked in the door made this feel more like our home away from home! Also, we appreciated knowing that Mike, the owner, would respond quickly if anything was needed. It was great that the parking area had a 'guest' parking spot that allowed our friends to visit for a few hours. We've stayed in this area of Naples for many years and we hope to be considered for rental of this property in future!

overall good experience
The property was in a very desirable location! We were pleased with the condo with a couple small exceptions. It's listed as having a "daybed that converts to a king". Not being familiar with this, be warned that it is impossible to actually use as a king:( The part that is to be raised to make it a king kept pushing apart when we tried to use it. Please, just consider it a queen bed condo with a trundle. The other issue...you may not bring a truck to park on the property. Condo comes with one assigned parking spot. We drove 1700 miles in our brand new truck, parked in the designated spot, and were told it would be towed. SUVS, very old model cars, and even suburbans are allowed. Just NO TRUCKS. We were able to park on the street without incident, but be warned. We would have brought a car, had we known:)

Excellent 1 bed apt, great pool, walk to central Naples and beach
One of the best apartments we have ever stayed in.
The best thing I can say is that we also rent out apartments and this is one of the very few we have ever stayed at that has many of the sorts of little touches that we like to leave our guests. It shows the apartment is more of a home than a rental business.
Many of the things may seem minor in themselves, such as a wiper for the shower; a set of herbs/ spices/ coffee/ etc; plenty of beach/pool towels; record-able TV. But the total effect is you feel like you're staying in a home from home.
The apartment itself is large, has a nice balcony, comfortable furniture. The pool area is large with plenty of sun beds, a bbq area etc. The neighbours were friendly, there was even a pre superbowl party at the poo while we were there. Take plenty of quarters for the laundry (3.50 minimum for wash and dry).
The location is great. Quiet area, great view of river/ yacht club etc (even saw a dolphin in the river). Maybe 5 mins walk to Tin City, 10 start of to 5th Avenue and 20/30 to beach- a great place to explore Naples.
We don't eat out a lot but can recommend Pinchers in Tin City (just watch out for the half price margueritas...) and the Miccosukee restaurant near shark valley in the Everglades. Both The Brick and 5th Av cafe were nice.

Absolutely Perfect
Michael is a very good host. The kitchen is great, the view o fit bay is nice and you can walk to 30 places to eat.. The bed is comfortable and there is a second bed in the master if needed.

Everything was perfect!
The owners of this property were very prompt and accommodating in replying to all my emails regarding staying there. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed, including a nice view. It came with an assigned parking spot. The pool was very nice. The location of the condo was the best. We could walk everywhere. The beach was 1.5 miles away. Tin City was about a 1/4 mile away. The 5th Ave. shops were a half mile away. We will definitely stay here again.
