Good location to get to and from the beach and pool. Easy to get into the neighborhood and unit. Sadly, the unit had several deferred maintenance issues including a screen missing from the screened porch so wasps and bees and bugs made it so that the screened porch was not comfortable to use, beeping dryer randomly despite several attempts to troubleshoot it but by the second day we figured it out after several YouTube videos (dryer filter needs to be cleaned on the top/no air flow), and we were disappointed in the level of cleanliness (the flooring and shower was very dirty.) The shower does not drain so we were standing in 1.5 inches of water every shower and built up sand in corners from previous renters. The unit has water stains and trim moldings are damaged/moisture swollen due to moisture issues with HVAC? Blinds on far left of living room would not close and the master bed was extremely squeaky/uncomfortable. The pocket door between living room and trundle bedroom does not close. Elevator smelled like rotten fish. This was on the higher side on cost and we felt it was just not in the condition we anticipated. We will not be returning based on our experience with the units condition.

Lovely area. Complex is very comfortable. Beautiful view(Beach/pool) walking biking swimming all very peaceful. 1st time in area for a wedding & we hope to visit that area again in the future!

The condo was very bright, clean and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable and the view of the ocean from the bed as well as the screened porched was awesome. It was very quiet and relaxing which is just what we needed. I would definitely recommend this listing and would stay here again.

Wild Dunes is a great resort, close to the beach, This property had everything we needed (except tissues) but needs some updating. The updated shower was great. The bathroom vanity needs some TLC (painting?replacing?) The kitchen appliances were new and very nice. The bed/mattress was old, dated, creaky. The entry screen door was gross. It seems the slats and screen were painted and stuck together. The drapes need replacing in the living room. A lot of painting is needed. The living room was comfortable but only one lamp worked.
We enjoyed our stay, but would prefer staying in a more updated unit.

Beautiful Beachfront Resort
My husband and I just spent a lovely 4 days on Isle of Palms in this beautiful resort. The condo is as pictured with a great layout for a couple looking for a relaxing stay. The large entryway was perfect for collecting our hiking/beach gear, and the bedroom, kitchen and living room were spacious, comfortable and nicely decorated. The bathroom was spotless with beautiful tile and a shower head that was a dream.
Best of all - the location to the beach. In mid-October, our weather was perfect low 80s and the beach wasn't crowded in the least. We walked miles up and down the island each day, and enjoyed the ocean, the salt marsh at the end of the island, and the pool just behind the condo. Charleston was a 30 minute drive (we recommend the carriage ride) with lots of shopping if that's your preference. We hope to return again next year!

It would have been nice if there was hangers in the closest. Had problems with the dryer; but Ryan came out the next morning and fixed it. Also, provide more hand soap specially with COVID.

Wonderful stay
My family and I had a wonderful stay at this property. It was exactly as we expected, clean and inviting and stocked with everything we needed. The view was beautiful and we were only steps from the beach. Everything we wanted for our relaxing trip to the beach.

Great Vacation at a Great Property!
My wife and I enjoyed our vacation at this property. Everything in the unit was as represented, and the pool and beach access were great. The bed and other furniture were comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The property was easily accessed, and the property management company stayed in contact with us from the time our reservation was placed until we checked out. When we sent emails with questions they were answered very promptly. The furniture, appliances, and utensils appear to be in great shape. The beach chairs were also a great convenience as was the screened in sitting area. We highly recommend this unit to other travelers.

Great place!
The place was excellent as expected! Unfortunately the cleanliness of it was below expectations as there was a strong smell of mold as soon as you entered. Unfortunately there was an issue with a leaking AC vent but was handled quickly. The porch was a nice feature but that too was very dirty and unappealing to use the provided chairs when a used bandaid fell out upon opening. The property manager was super and very responsive and even refunded our cleaning charge.
The bed was very comfortable as were the rest of the spaces.
My only other issue was not having access to the fitness facility that was right on property. We were not given a sports pass with this unit, we even tried to pay for daily usage, with no luck so we had to drive about 30 minutes to a Planet Fitness in Mount Pleasant (it was a VERY nice gym though!)
The easy access to tennis/clinics/Pickleball was terrific, the golf was amazing! The beach and the pools were clean and it was very quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxation. We would return for sure!

Great Vacation
Property was great for our vacation. Kitchen was very nice and the layout was perfect. The couch that some people complained about in previous feedback had been replaced. Kids loved the trundle bed.

Lovely place
We had a great stay! The screened balcony was wonderful. A couple of small things: The stove had built-up grease across the front where the knobs are located. I cleaned it immediately. There is lots of seating which made it a tad crowded with furniture. We would stay in this condo again! The pool area was excellent and walk to the beach was short. We also had a really nice view of the ocean from our balcony.

Delightful stay
The condo was immaculate and just as pictured online. We will definitely rent again if we are in Wild Dunes. Sweetgrass Realty responded immediately to a slightly clogged bathroom sink.
Just a couple of suggestions to the owners that will be helpful for future renters: the sliding glass door from the bedroom to the porch is difficult to open/close, a soap dish is needed in the bathroom and directions for the front door lock would be helpful.
This is a lovely condo and well equipped.

Clean well-appointment Condo with a relaxing view
We enjoyed this bright and roomy condo on IOP. We appreciated noticing that everything had been cleaned and kept up; not just a quick wiping up in between guests checking in and out. The layout with pocket doors and also a deck accessed by 2 sliding doors allowed for us and 2 young adult children to have a nice beach/golf vacation with a short drive to also enjoy Charleston.

Just What We Needed
The property was excellent! Our view that took in the pool and the ocean was beautiful!! The kitchen was fully stocked for all our needs. The bathroom was clean and I loved the shower head. The two flat screen TVs were great but honestly who wants to watch TV with all the beauty of IOP?! Though it was the first week of March, sitting by the pool and on the beach were awesome... lots of sun and temperatures in the high 60’s and low 70’s.

Beautiful property!
We love staying at Port O' Call-the location is top notch! The condo has clearly been redone with care and attention to detail. My only complaint is that the shower had some mold on the floor-not a lot, but it was noticable. It is understandable as there isn't great ventilation in the bathroom, but a little bleach spray can help remedy the problem. We enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Very nice 1BR, great for one or two people. Updated, well appointed and provisioned, but could use a little refreshing in places. Beach views, pool view, etc. from the porch. Would stay there again.

Fabulous Stay
This is our 4th trip to Port O'Call, but our 1st time in this condo. It by far is our favorite. The porch is awesome and very clean and the table was nice enough to eat all of our meals sitting outside. There was a well stocked kitchen and great shower. Hope to be back next year.

Great property!
Our second stay in this unit and plan to return. It is updated, love the colors. The couch is worn out and could stand to be replaced. The locks on the sliding glass doors don't work, either one of them. Sweetgrass has been wonderful to work with. Highly recommend.

Perfect
My significant other and I agree this was the best place we have ever vacationed - the location, the beach, all of Wild Dunes Resort...AND this condominium as well! We were prepared to feel the usual slight to major disappointment when we walked in the door but there was none of that! It smelled great, was perfectly clean and newly remodeled and redecorated from top to bottom - even the cooking utensils and appliances were new. We could see the ocean and the pool from the screened in porch and we could sleep with the doors open because they both open onto the screened in porch. It was...just perfect! Thank you!

Great location next to pool with ocean view
Overall great stay with everything we needed to relax and enjoy the facility. Dishes were dirty when we arrived but everything else was clean and we really enjoyed the “beachy” atmosphere. We would rent this condo again.
