Amazing view of Dana point strand beach perched high on the Dana strand cliff. Tastefully decorated, thoughtfully stocked. Everything worked great. Clean. Helpful signs posted, especially if you follow them. Owner was responsive and professional with attention to detail. We hope to stay again when we return to this area. Much enjoyed!!

I lived in Dana Point for years and love to return and spend time at the beach. This condo was perfect for doing just that. Everything you need is already there. Well stocked and beautifully maintained home. Five Stars. Already booked next summer

We were disappointed about the lack of air-conditioning but definitely enjoyed the view. With the windows and doors open, we did get a breeze, but also could hear neighbors talking and watching TV. Also, the light turned off while we were showering in the master shower. It’s on a timer. Lauren was very helpful and attentive though.

I really appreciated how helpful the owners and property manager were to make this a wonderful stay for my girls and I. The view is incredible with convenient access to the beach. Hoping to stay here in the future.

Property was well furnished with easy access to the beach and plenty of shopping, art and restaurants within a five minute drive.

Very clean, very comfortable, nicely decorated condo with a fantastic view of the ocean with glorious sunsets! It was a great choice for us & would definitely book it again.

Our stay was wonderful, from timely communication with the owner to extremely easy check in/check out. The unit had comfortable beds, plenty of towels, adequate kitchen with all one needs for meal prep (pans, foil, oil, spices...) The owners provided a Keurig with pods, but we bought coffee and enjoyed the percolator coffee pot...it worked like a charm! We were able to walk the nature trail on Dana Point and see the fantastic views and also go down the hill to the beach. From the deck we enjoyed watching the surfers, but we were especially excited to see whale spouts (Fin Whales?) and dolphins and oh so many birds! The owners had binoculars for the experience. This was a great place, a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again.

The four of us stayed at this beautiful property for spring brake. It was super clean, very well stocked with everything you could need to cook. The beds were comfortable and the location was amazing. Spectacular views. We hope to return soon.

We loved our stay. The bed was comfortable in the main bedroom, comfy pillows, quiet. You can hear the ocean waves from the balcony. The place was very well stocked and had everything we needed. This is close to so many other beach towns in the OC. I like that there is no carpet- that was a huge selling point for us! We would stay here again- great communication with property owner/manager.

This is our second time staying at this property and it was another amazing experience. Communication, courtesy, hospitality, and professionalism of the managing team were above and beyond. The condo itself is gorgeous and comfortable with every amenity and convenience you could want. And nothing beats the incredible view. Have travelled to Dana Point annually from 2010-2018. First time back since 2018. Just as beautiful and magical as ever. This condo is in the PERFECT location and the view is SIMPLY AMAZING! Everything was just as pictured. The fireplace, the cool breezes and spectacular view can not be beat! Had a fantastic time, walked 6-8 miles a day, everywhere. Can walk to many restaurants, the beach, hike trails, the marina, parks etc. Absolutely perfect. Our best friends joined us for 4 days, it was their first time in Dana Point and they LOVED it just like we do. They can’t wait to schedule their next trip back. We will all be back again and again.

My family and I stayed here for a week to celebrate my birthday and to visit family who live in the area. This is the most superb place that I have ever stayed. The accessibility to the beach, the sea breeze, the views and the sunsets were amazing! This was also the BEST accommodated rental property that I have ever been. The beds were comfortable, every pot, pan, dish, coffee maker, utensil, blender that you can think of needing, at your disposal. Definitely a 5 out if 5 stars and I would love to stay here again! Thank you Dan for providing such a beautiful place to vacation and recharge my battery! ❤️

We have stayed at this property before and were thrilled we could reserve a second time. The property is well kept and everything you need is included. The view of the ocean and beach are wonderful! Cannot be much better! You do have a plexiglass divider between your side of the deck and neighbors’ condo.
Its updated with very nice decor. Appreciate all the touches of coffee pods, kitchen essentials and fans (no AC…which isn’t really necessary as breeze from ocean is great) Would definitely stay again!

It was overall great. House was clean and had everything we needed for our stay including all the beach items needed. Dogs barked a little bit below us but nothing ongoing and not late at night so not too bad but that was our only little complaint. Balconies are close with neighbors so it was kinda awkward but given the size of the unit everything is kinda close quarters. We’d stay there again.

This property is amazing. The location was extremely safe for a woman staying by herself. The condo was clean, perfect size kitchen and stocked with the items needed for someone that loves to cook.

Our family has been renting in California every summer for the past six years. This is the first place I would rent again! The view is a game changer. It makes the vacation so special. The master bedroom
was very comfortable. I was worried about not having AC but we didn’t miss it at all. Loved sleeping with the doors opening and feeling the cool breeze off the ocean. The place is clean and the kitchen has everything you need. The beach chairs and umbrellas are in good shape. The location is wonderful. There is a nice path to the beach right outside your door. My only complaint is the furniture on the deck is a bit uncomfortable. Also the neighbors are very visible. Some fake trees or greenery between the apartments for privacy would be great and the grill can use some cleaning.

Cliff Top Condo with Great Views
The property was quite stunning! Situated on the top of a cliff with great views of the beach. Morning walks on the beach are a must with general beach access very convenient. The property was clean and well stocked with everything we needed for our stay and was very comfortable. Our host, Dan, lived close by and was eager to help with any issues and was very accommodating with our specific requests regarding our stay. Would not hesitate to recommend this property or the hospitality provided by Dan.

Breathtaking view
We loved our stay here, with the fabulous beach/whitewater/coastal view off the deck (sparkly lights at.night), walking access to the beach, nature trail, and central Dana Point.We rarely used our car.
The condo is not huge, but not an issue because it is so very well set up and really comfortable. The Sunny patio off the bedroom was enjoyable bonus space for us. Everything was extremely clean, attractive, organized, and well fitted out - we had everything we needed. Thank you for a wonderful 9day stay!
