Vacation in a renovated, clean and comfortable 3 bed/2 bath 1920’s cottage!!
Cette maison est située dans le quartier convoité East Nashville. Les clients auront accès à l'ensemble de la maison. La maison peut accueillir six personnes très confortablement dans trois chambres à coucher; deux chambres ont un lit queen et une chambre à coucher a deux lits jumeaux. Toutes les chambres ont beaucoup d'espace de rangement et d'endroits pour mettre tous vos biens. Le maître est son propre oasis à l'étage avec une salle de bain qui comprend une baignoire jacuzzi. Il y a une salle de bain supplémentaire complète en bas. Il est une maison rénovée avec comptoir de granite et des appareils en acier inoxydable dans la cuisine. La maison a une cuisine entièrement équipée pour vos besoins de cuisson (pots, casseroles, mixeur, couteaux, cafetière, et bien sûr de tire-bouchon de vin, café / thé). Il y a aussi un sèche-cheveux, fer à repasser / planche et une taille complète laveuse / sécheuse dans le cas où vous devez faire un peu de lessive. Il y a deux espaces extérieurs, une plate-forme d'arrière-cour donnant sur une cour clôturée énorme ou un porche couvert idéal pour un cocktail d'après-midi.
Nous sommes à moins de dix minutes du centre-ville, le shopping ou un superbe restaurant.

Craig made our stay an awesome experience. We were greeted with snacks, cold drinks and also a slew of cleaning supplies were available!!! The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. Just a few minutes car ride to everything. Thank you Craig for being a great host!!!

We enjoyed our stay! We only used it as a place to sleep since we spent time with our family that lives in Nashville. So we did not cook or use kitchen. Nice porch! Cute area. Easy to Uber to Broadway. Easiest check out process!

This is a nice bungalow in a neighborhood that is turning a new leaf. The home has been remodeled ( sort of) and is certainly confrontable enough and in a location with easy access to Nashville. The owners were very easy to communicate with. It met all of our needs and we had a great time.

Great location close to lots of things to do. The owners were extremely accommodating. Ubers were fast plentiful and inexpensive. House is older but clean and in a nice quite neighborhood. We would stay again.

The only draw back was the kitchen, we had planned on making breakfast for ourselves but the stove was not working properly and a lack of proper kitchen tools! And the couch was nerdy uncomfortable to sit on and enjoy a movie

It was a great spot for me and my daughter while we vacationed in Nashville. Would just recommend cleaner floors and a few other small accommodations but only minor things that would enhance the experience. Overall it was great.

We stayed there while my son awaited the arrival of his household goods from Nevada. With two 4 year olds, we needed a spot to call home that wasn't a hotel room. This house fit the bill. There were 3 adults and 2 children and we had ample room. It was near all the things that we needed including the twins' school.
I have stayed in many VRBOs over the years and I would like to say that this is as depicted in the pics and description.
There were a couple of things that would have been useful such as an extra laundry basket. Also, the time that we were there was extremely wet, as in rain for days. The wooden sidewalk became very slippery and I slipped but did not fall but the kids both fell a couple of times. Maybe a few strips of a non slip such as the sandpaper type adhesive that is on a skate board.
Otherwise, it was just fine for us and the owners were extremely quick to respond to any questions!

This was a very clean and cozy cottage and Craig & Kristy was on point with communication. I loved the snacks and drinks they left for my arrival. I was in town for work and the internet was super fast. The only negative is there only one tv but everything else was 5 star.

Beautiful old house with amazing upgrades, Nice quite neighborhood. Really close to anywhere we needed to go, even though our objective was to lay around all week and do absolutely nothing, and that`s exactly what we did. This was the perfect home to stay for our four night stay in Nashville. The house was clean and cozy and the beds were comfy. I didn't get a chance to walk the neighborhood, but there were a few restaurants close by. It was a short ride share distance to the airport and very quick to downtown. My sister and her friend were with me on this trip and they both loved the place. The hosts were very quick to respond to questions. We would book it again if we decide to make another trip.

The location was great. There were a few areas in the house that weren't as clean as we would've expected and the beds were not made very well. But overall, the owner was very very nice and we enjoyed our stay.

The house was lovely and in a great location for us. With just a few tiny tweaks, it would be perfect. For example, a hair dryer was listed among the amenities, but we couldn't find it. My mom brought hers, so we shared. Also, in the kitchen, some potholders, trivets, a dish scrubbing brush, and a scrubbing sponge would be helpful. Also, mom said an anti-slip mat in the downstairs bath tub would help her to feel more secure when showering.

My friends and I came to Nashville for a conference. Staying at this vacation spot was a joy! The home was perfect for us. It was cozy, we each had our own room and the owner was quick to respond when we had a question. We would definitely stay at this rental again

4 of us girls were looking for a little get-away to Nashville. My son moved down in March, so it was a perfect destination!
Even before we arrived, Craig was quick to respond to our questions! We found it very easy to "check in" and make ourselves at home.
The place was the perfect size for our group and very relaxing after a long drive! We shopped for groceries 2 blocks away which was convenient! (Many of the stapels were already at the house). And...it was a safe neighborhood for us to stay in.
We left our car at the house and took ubers into the city...which was very close. We figured it cost about the same price to do that as it would to pay to park. Its the stress free way to go as well!
We had 2 mornings of thunderstorms, so we played Yatzee at the big dining table they had before we ventured out!
Overall...it was a wonderful place to stay and a great location!

The house was in a great quiet neighborhood. It was clean and comfortable for 5 adults. Nashville was easy to access using Uber. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend staying there if visiting Nashville.

This was a cute little house located in East Nashville, it had a cute brewery around the corner within walking distance. It was a 5 minute drive to the Nissan centre where we parked and walked downtown. The house was clean and fully stocked with all your necessities. There was a train that ran close by, but didn’t seem to disrupt anyone in our group. Craig the owner was easy to contact with any issues. Great trip, great location.

It is a very cozy house. They make you want to have a barbecue with family or friends and just stay quietly in the kitchen! It's only 10 minutes from downtown, Uber comes quickly! very clean, I simply recommend them and I know they will. enjoy, the owner is very kind!👍

We were there for the Eras Tour for our daughter's bday. Great location to Uber anywhere. We walked the neighborhood and it, and everyone, was very nice. It's a quaint home perfect for a quick Nashville getaway.

This is our second time staying at this property. The house is on a quiet street but less than five minutes from downtown. The house is clean and well-stocked. Craig is responsive and easy to get ahold of. We will definitely be back!

The property was fine for our 3 night stay. It had everything we needed for breakfast and dinner. We were out of the house for most of the day. Enough space for the four of us and comfortable living room to hang out in. The neighborhood was ok. The host was very attentive and answered all our inquiries very quickly.

The location of the rental is perfect for visiting Nashville. You are minutes from downtown and minutes from other sight such as the Gaylord Hotel and Resort. The house was very clean and supplied with linens and others. Highly Recommend

Wonderful to be 10 minute drive from downtown. All beds were very comfortable and the hosts were very responsive and accommodating. The dishwasher didn't work while we were there but they intend to have it checked out ASAP.
