The location was good and facilities

The staff I have 3 points - I arrived and i did the checking late it was after 7pm the staff was not very helpful any how i didn’t comment it may he had very busy and hard day so i kept quite. - On 31/1/2024 whale we having our breakfast my husband asked waiter if they have green tea she answered him its over there you can go and get it. (i was thanking god that my husband doesn’t under English well) Such answer and attitude from 5 star hotel staff should not be accepted i am personally fell very very bad about it - on 1/2/2024 i approached the reception at 10 am asking a favor to allowed me to do late checkout at 3 pm but the staff refused however i have tolled her that i did a very late checkin its just 2 or 3 hours but she refused

We stayed 3 nights in a double bed room they offers welcoming drink during the check in with chips Welcoming staff 24 in service and helpful whenever needed Breakfast was delicious and full of choices socially Halal food was identified Toilet includes water jet (shtafa) Location near by restaurant and shops Free Seattle to downtown and beach Quite and comfortable suitable for Couples and families highly recommended

We sent some cloths to the laundry unfortunately 2 pieces was not washed as it should washed The Hotel tried to fix it by washing it again didn’t work At the end the Hotel offers us a free transportation to our next destination

В отеле очень приятный персонал, всегда рады помочь. Расположение отеля не для пляжного отдыха, до пляжа 850 метров. В отеле очень хороший ресторан и вкусно готовят, рекомендую.

У нас был шумный сосед, я позвонила на ресепшен и они все уладили.

Great staff. Great facility. Very comfy. The pickup from airport was delayed 30 minutes but the hotel manager gave me a complimentary delivery to the airport when I checked out. It was very nice from the hotel management. For sure I will choice this hotel again

1. **Service und Personal:** Das Personal war zu jeder Zeit zuvorkommend und freundlich, stets mit einem Lächeln auf den Lippen. 2. **Frühstücksbuffet:** Das Frühstücksangebot war umfangreich, und es gab eine Vielzahl von "Halal" Produkten zur Auswahl. 3. **Zimmergröße:** Die Zimmer waren außerordentlich großzügig gestaltet.

1. **Zustand des Hotels:** Das Hotel wirkte etwas abgewohnt und in die Jahre gekommen. 2. **Poolbereich:** Obwohl der Pool optisch ansprechend war, war die ungünstige Lage, umgeben von der hohen Hotelanlage, problematisch. Dies führte dazu, dass nur wenig Sonne den Poolbereich erreichte und es daher kühl wirkte. 3. **Zimmerausstattung:** In den Zimmern gab es kleinere Mängel, wie z.B. das ständige Auslaufen von Wasser aus der Duschkabine.

Stayed in two interconnected Deluxe Pool View rooms. The overall experience was very positive. The hotel is well-maintained and clean, with a professional and attentive staff that stands out for their extreme politeness—a definite highlight of the hotel. The rooms we occupied were notably spacious. However, one room had a slight issue with a damp smell. The hotel promptly offered us the option to move to another room, but we opted not to, as we weren't ready to pack-unpack again. While the pool area is relatively small, it was never overly crowded. The breakfasts, though somewhat repetitive, consistently offered good-quality food. The hotel's proximity to the beach and various restaurants, bars, and other amenities within walking distance adds to its appeal.

فندق جميل ومكان جميل انصح خصوص العائله لان اغلب المنتجعات حشرات خصوص اذا كان عندك زوجه او ابناء يخافو من الحشرات لان هناك حشرات باحجام لم يسبق لك ان تراها ثانيا الفندق موقعه ممتاز وقريب من كل شششششيء من مطاعم عربيه من شاطىء باتونغ من سوبر ماركت اعطيه 10/10 خصوص بعد ما سكنت في كذا منتجع

Okay location, 15 min walk to beach

Aircon didn’t work properly, blew warm air when it was on. Staff were rude and not accommodating. Room wasn’t cleaned properly and smelled of mold. Bed was broken both sides and extremely uncomfortable.

Sehr sauber und ruhig gelegen. Entspricht den Bildern. Betten waren die bequemsten auf der ganzen Thailandreise. Sehr schöne Ausstattung und sehr freundliches Personal. Strand ist zu Fuß in 5min erreichbar

خلك حذر من موظفي الاستقبال وخاصة عند حجز الغرف مع الإفطار لانهم قالوا لي لا يشمل الأطفال ويجب عليك الدفع .

الترحيب في كل مرة افضل من المرة السابقة بكثير فوجئت بكيكة عيد ميلاد ابني و الرسالة المعبرة من طاقم الفندق المطعم اكثر حرفية و وضوح لمعرفة الاكل الحلال الموظفون كانو و لازالو مبتسمين

حدث شخصي في الحجز ولايلامون عليه لكن يلام عليها موقع بكنق حيث اني حجزت غرفتين مع الافطار ل4 كبار و 2 اطفال و بالخطأ سجلت 2 كبار و 2 صغار و اضررت لدفع مبلغ الافطار ل2 كبار 3900 بات

حجزت جناح عائلي ولم يقدم لي بل تم تنزيل الحجز الى غرفتين وجلست اكثر من ٣.٥ ساعة بالاستقبال مع العمل اني واصل لهم الساعة ٥ مساء
