Le Rushton Cottage B&B Studio est une suite de 2 chambres "réservée aux clients" dans un cottage de l'ère édouardienne de 1904. La suite comprend une grande chambre avec salle de bains (douche dans la baignoire) et un salon / salle à manger séparé.
Le studio Rushton Cottage B&B peut accueillir 1 COUPLE (lit King) OU 2 SINGLES (King Single Twin-Share). Les enfants sont également les bienvenus.
Les animaux de compagnie sont également les bienvenus sur arrangement préalable et doivent toujours être pris en charge par leur "personne".
Le Rushton Cottage se trouve à 10 minutes à pied du principal centre commercial, du centre d'information touristique, du lac Benalla et de la plupart des restaurants.
NOTE - Un séjour minimum de 2 nuits s'applique pour le 25/12/19 - 1/01/20 - Noël / Nouvel An.
Le studio Rushton Cottage B&B a le charme des jours passés avec de hauts plafonds, du parquet d'origine et une véranda à nez de taureau. Le Cottage est situé dans une rue bordée d'arbres du patrimoine et à distance de marche de la plupart des cafés, restaurants et magasins de Benalla, des centres de sport et de loisirs, des destinations artistiques et culturelles.
L'entrée principale «réservée aux clients» s'ouvre sur un hall central à haut plafond. La véranda meublée orientée au nord capte le chaud soleil d'hiver et se refroidit en été. Un parking hors rue et un jardin de chalet clôturé à l'épreuve des chiens complètent la suite.
À votre arrivée, on vous montrera votre suite, munie d'une clé, et mis en place avec "le soutien de l'hôte 24/7" ... et ensuite quitté pour profiter d'un séjour mémorable et reposant à Benalla.
Les deux chambres donnent sur un jardin de cottage traditionnel et sur la véranda orientée au nord - un endroit idéal pour déguster, dîner, profiter du soleil et méditer sur ces plans «ne serait-ce pas beau».
Les draps et serviettes sont fournis. (Parents, veuillez fournir des lits portables et de la literie pour les nourrissons.) Suggestion d'hiver - pantoufles BYO si vous n'êtes pas habitué aux planchers en bois.
Les radiateurs, les couvertures électriques, les ventilateurs de plafond et la climatisation offrent du confort toute l'année.
Le salon / salle à manger comprend une télévision connectée, un lecteur DVD, une «table pour deux» pour profiter du petit déjeuner gratuit (préparé par vous et à l'heure qui vous convient), un buffet avec vaisselle, couverts, grille-pain, bouilloire et micro-ondes. Vous trouverez des fournitures pour le petit-déjeuner dans le réfrigérateur de la taille d'un bar.

Rushworth Cottage was a charming stay with a relaxing atmosphere. Cottage is close to shops and local walks. Our host was very accommodating and friendly during our stay.

Everything was perfect and wished we could have stayed longer. Jane was a lovely welcoming host - and wonderful to have our two mini schnauzers stay with us as well!!

We recently had a pleasure of staying your dog friendly house. Our girls had a lot of fun. The owner is very friendly and welcoming and helped us to find different places to go for walking trail. It is a peaceful neighborhood and only 2 streets from the main streets where all the shops and beautiful cafes and bakeries. We hope to go back there and stay at your place

This cottage was the perfect place to stay for a few days of work and relaxation in Benalla. It is on a quiet street but centrally located and looks out onto a beautiful cottage garden. It is spotlessly clean and thoughtfully set up and Jane is the ideal host - friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about local amenities but respectful of privacy. It was a lovely place to stay.

IT WAS A COSY PLACE. THE OWNER WAS SO HELPFUL AND COULDNT DO ENOUGH TO HELP, EVEN OFFERING TO CHECK ON OUR DOG WHEN WE WENT OUT FOR TEA. OUR DOGGIE LOVED SNIFFING AROUND THE GARDEN. BED WAS SUPER COMFY

Jane's space was just lovely, overlooking her beautiful garden, and airconditioned, which is something I appreciated, coming in on a hot day!
There were so many little touches that made the stay special, Jane had clearly thought about what a guest might need. And I loved my "grandma-to-be" pack, so thoughtful :)
The space was spotless, I had everything I needed, and I was a bit reluctant to leave the rooms as it was so comfy! However, I ventured out to check out the street art of Benalla. Wow, very impressive! Loved the botanical gardens too. The whole town has a really nice vibe to it and despite being small, has everything you need.

If you're looking for a cosy comfy cottage feel Jane's place is for you. Her local knowledge is exceptional and she truly makes you feel welcome pics don't do it justice! Jane really goes above and beyond especially making my furbabys feel welcome:) A lovely getaway that is away from the city bustle and such lovely locals!

We had a very relaxing stay in Benalla thanks to the charming cottage accomodation, which exactly as described. Jane warmly welcomed us and gave us great advice on what Benalla had to offer. The cottage was strategically located close to the town centre, lake and botanic garden. Good restaurants were to be found just around the corner. A perfect base to explore Benalla.

You will have exclusive, private access to the front yard and front half of the heritage home. The perfect place to rest, located 15mins away from one of the pit stops of the local silo art trail. We had a lovely two night stay. Very comfortable for two people with everything you need for a short visit. Beds were comfy and plenty of towels etc. Pleasant spot to sit on the front veranda with a drink and enjoy the leafy garden. Recommended.

Perfect getaway
The place was lovely, super clean, spacious, great location within walking distance of everything, and Jane (the host) is truly lovely and helpful. It was perfect for us and our liitle pup (who could roam safely in the front yard), and we'd happily come back for a chilled weekend.

Peaceful oasis
A lovely, tranquil front garden was the icing on the cake for our stay at this comfortable and charming cottage. Well located close to the main Benalla strip, but far enough away to be not busy or noisy. June is an excellent host and we would not hesitate to return.

A fantastic place to stay- Jane has put so much love into this charming cottage. It’s a beautiful place to stay in a quiet neighbourhood. Jane went to great lengths to ensure my doggo and I felt safe, secure and welcome. Would highly recommend and looking forward to heading back for a peaceful break.

Great quiet get away
Jane was a great, friendly host. The property was gorgeous, 3-5min walking distance to a great pub, main shopping strip and vline. We stayed during the Christmas/boxing day public holidays and our car broke down but it was so awesome in Benalla with our large dog (old English sheepdog). The garden was beautiful and we could leave our door open so our dog Humphrey could run in and out. The cottage was so clean, great fan/aircon system as it was very hot in Benalla. I’d definitely stay again. Think I might take the vline from there abs jump from town to town next time
