The owner was very nice and welcoming when we arrived late at night

the room was freezing - the aircon couldn't warm the room up, Both of them didn't warm the room up. the room was very strong on chemical smell, to the point it is in your mouth. As regular users with those chems you have become accustomed to them. Need to be more subtle, it was overpowering.

Beds were comfortable Had everything we needed and then some Good size room Nice and quiet

Need better lighting outside of rooms wasn't able to see properly

Really good value for money if you have business in the Benalla area. The facilities have been upgraded and now offer a good property in a accessible area.

A lovely motel with an attractive and comfortable room, spotlessly clean with nice beds, parking right outside the door, very comfortable settee and high-backed chairs, free WiFi, excellent large flat screen TV, very nice compact bathroom with a heating lamp, cutlery, plates and bowls provided along with tea, coffee and biscuits, fridge, remote aircon, microwave, toaster.

Could do with more lighting. Fridge a bit noisy. Kitchen area a little cramped but functional, power point loose on wall. Otherwise fine.
