Ce condominium espagnol Key Resort se trouve au milieu d'un magnifique paysage tropical avec un magnifique front de mer de 500 pieds de sable blanc comme du sucre et de l'océan vert émeraude, une communauté fermée avec toutes les commodités haut de gamme. Le condo est situé très près de la Flora-Bama, des épiceries et de la pharmacie et de toutes les possibilités de divertissement - pêche en haute mer, parachute ascensionnel, excursions avec les dauphins, terrains de golf et une multitude de restaurants. Le condo est à une courte distance de plaisir pour les enfants - golf miniature, parc aquatique, karts et le quai pour les films et concerts. Ce condo est idéalement situé dans le centre du complexe, à quelques pas de l'ascenseur avec une vue imprenable sur l'océan depuis le 4ème étage.
Le condo est décoré dans des couleurs de plage amusantes avec un mobilier confortable pour se détendre, manger, lire, regarder un film, jouer aux cartes ou jouer avec les enfants. Deux des chambres ont des lits king avec lits jumeaux dans la troisième et un canapé-lit neuf et confortable dans le salon, plus un pack et un jeu et une chaise haute sont disponibles pour les plus petits. La chambre principale a une porte privée sur le balcon, un immense dressing et une grande baignoire entièrement refaite avec douche à l'italienne, jet d'eau à main et suspendu, banc, plus une baignoire. Les 2 autres salles de bains et la cuisine ont également été rénovées avec des comptoirs en granit et des appareils en acier inoxydable. Toutes les chambres et le salon disposent d'une télévision à écran plat avec lecteur DVD et WiFi.
Au rez-de-chaussée, vous avez accès à une unité de stockage avec des articles de plage meublés - une bâche à ériger sur la plage ainsi que des chaises, des cerfs-volants, des flotteurs, des jouets de sable pour les enfants.
La piscine extérieure est immense, assez grande pour nager avec une belle fontaine gargouillante, ainsi que le luxueux bain à remous et la zone de grillade avec des tables de pique-nique. We stayed here for our annual beach vacation as a family and really enjoyed the condo. It had more than enough space for my husband, myself and two kids! It was nice to have the unit right near the elevators yet we didn’t hear them at all. Both elevators broke down one night and we had to use the stairs but we enjoyed the needed exercise and they were fixed by the next morning. Communication with the owner was great also!

We had a wonderful family vacation. The condo was a perfect fit for us. Very roomy, clean, wonderful location, and beautiful view. Gayle was a pleasure to deal with and the most helpful host we have ever experienced in our many trips to the area. Look forward to vacationing there again!

The condo was a nice place. The location was great for our trip to Perdido Key. We liked being right on the beach, such a pretty view. Everything we could need was there and communication with Gayle was excellent.

The condo was very nice with renovations apparent, the master bathroom is amazing! While we were visiting in the off season, the property would be perfect for a beach vacation. For a December trip we took advantage of the much smaller crowds and visited a lot of the sites in the Perdido Key and Orange Beach areas. It is also super close to the FloraBama, and the FloraBama never has an off season! The communication with Gayle from the time we booked until just before check in was outstanding. We have stayed in numerous VRBOs over the years and I can't remember a property owner being as nice and informative as Gayle. The owners have a lot of pride in their condo and you can tell from the way it is maintained.

All was well kept .The garage door would not open the manager addressed it right away . I booked with the understanding it was a gated resort going into Spanish Key and coming in from the beach ,neither of those security measures were either not working or not being used . I booked again with Gayle Templeton again for next year same week . Gayle was an amazing hostess . Gayle gave us so much info on the surrounding area places to eat ,church ect . I hope when we return next year the security measures will be addressed other then that we had a terrific week at Spanish Key Resort. Mara L Majors

Had a fabulous vacation at Perdido Key. Beach was very nice. Complex is clean and well managed. Pool very nice. Condo was well equipped with appliances and utensils. Communication with owner extremely good.

This condo in Spanish Key is a dream! It had everything that our family needed for a wonderful week at the beach. The condo was spacious, the kitchen was stocked and the views of the beach were terrific! The owner, Gayle, was so easy to work with! She was helpful and quick to respond to questions that I had. Our family loved this condo so much we have already booked it again for next year!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The condo was beautiful, clean, comfortable and had all the amenities we needed and then some. Mrs Gayle was by far the best hostess I have ever encountered! From the time we booked our stay she provided all necessary information and had everything we needed. She was ready available to answer questions during our stay. The location was perfect and beach access was top notch! Would definitely stay here again! <3

Condo was very well kept and maintained. We had room for 3 adults and 2 kids. Access to lockers for beach chairs and toys overnight was super helpful, thank you. Would definitely stay at Gayle’s place again.

We have been coming to the Gulf area for many years and this was our best trip ever. Gayle, the owner, was wonderful to work with. She went out of her way to be helpful.
The condo was clean and well-appointed. The building is smaller than some of the other places we've stayed at. The beach and the pools weren't crowded and there was no problem getting an elevator.
We had a great vacation and highly recommend Gayle's condo.

The high-end updates to the unit from the 20-year-old building makes it feels like a new construction. Definitely the nicest master suite we have ever stayed in a condo in the Orange Beach area. The property host is attentive and thoughtful.

Everything was fantastic, from my initial contact with Gayle until checkout. We were there celebrating a family wedding. She provided so many helpful details about her property that made our trip so enjoyable. So many “extras” available with this property. No need to worry about beach chairs or any kitchen needs. We’ve stayed many times at Orange Beach and this condo is in Florida just across the state line. Walking distance to the Flora Bama and driving distance to so many great eating locations. Don’t miss Ruby Slipper if you love breakfast/brunch.
Gayle has a beautiful condo with cleanliness that is second to none…very important to me! Beds are all comfortable, helping to make a week away from home more enjoyable for sure! This spot is perfect for a family, especially for small children. Our teens enjoyed being allowed to come and go on there own, as we felt it a safe location and facility. Gated for security and beach is less crowded than Gulf Shores.
Beautiful views from condo with full views of sunrise from the balcony-pairs nicely with your morning coffee :) We watched dolphins every morning from the balcony and during the day while on the beach.
Daily chair service on the beach is a plus if you don’t want to take your own (they set up at 9:00 AM and take down at 5:00 PM) and rates are posted at the end of boardwalk.

We had a wonderful time and Mrs. Gayle's condo had everything we needed and more. I have stayed many places at the Gulf and this location was fabulous! Just a very short walk to the Flora-Bama and the Flora-Bama Yacht Club which was really good! We will certainly be staying here again in the future. I give 5 stars all the way around!

My family of 4 really enjoyed our stay.
Unit was very nice. Huge master bath and nicely finished kitchen. Very clean and comfortable.
Property was nice and my children enjoyed the pool. Having access to the owners locker made it very easy to come and go from the beach without having to take all the chairs, umbrellas and beach toys to the unit.
Located in a perfect spot, walking distance from Florabama and the great lunch / dinner spots in that area.
Last but not least - Gayle was awesome to deal with. Very responsive, professional and welcoming. We will definitely be staying here again!

The location of the property is GREAT! This is the 5th different condo we’ve stayed in during the last 8 years. The pool and beach area are so nice and NOT overcrowded! My favorite thing about this particular condo is the floor plan. Bedrooms are all separated with private bathrooms! Perfect for our family with a teen girl and teen boy. This is a total winner in our book!

We rent vacation homes 4 or 5 times a year and this place has to be one of our favorites. This beach condo is top notch in every way. Owners are extremely nice and easy to work with. They even provide an on-site storage locker full of beach toys and chairs. Can’t recall a better vacation experience. 5 stars!

This condo is wonderful! Spacious, updated, and beautifully decorated! It has a great layout and private baths for each bedroom. The location is perfect with a beautiful view of the pool and the ocean. It is close to restaurants, shops, and activities, and we could walk to Flora Bama. The owner, Gayle, was wonderful to work with. This was our first time using VRBO and she made it easy. Gayle made sure we had all the needed information and was available for any questions. We would definitely book this condo again!

We wanted to celebrate our sisters birthday and decided getting together at the beach was something all of us would enjoy. We live in different areas so don't get to see each other often and this provided a great time to visit. The condo was just what we needed. It has three bedrooms - each with its own bath. It was tastefully decorated in every area. You could tell that someone knew how to make it feel like a place you would want to stay. Beautiful view of the beach from the master bedroom and from the comfortable balcony. We enjoyed our walks on the beach and did in fact walk to the FloraBama for an evening drink! Even though the building appeared to have people in a good many condos, it was very peaceful. We would recommend this condo to anyone!

I booked this room with Gayle nearly a year out! After giving deposit, she immediately sent me info for condo! Place is exactly as pictured and described! Perfect quiet location near F/B line. Plenty of space and all necessities were available to us! We will definitely book with Gayle again!
