Spacious South Netanya Apartment in the Royal Residence with Beautiful Sea View
Nos (150 m²; 1 600 pieds carrés) spacieuses, orienté sud-ouest, appartement au 3ème étage dans l'immeuble Royal Residence, dispose d'un balcon privé et une vue magnifique sur la mer Méditerranée. L'appartement peut accueillir jusqu'à 7 personnes. Il ya 4 chambres avec salle de bain principale salle de bains. La 4ème chambre contient un canapé-lit qui peut fonctionner comme 1 lit double ou 2 lits simples, faisant de notre appartement idéal pour les grands-parents de visite avec les enfants et petits-enfants, 2 couples ou 1 grande famille. Il ya 3 salles de bains avec sa propre douche, ainsi que d'une baignoire dans la salle de bains principale. Notre cuisine casher comprend doubles tiroirs de lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur / congélateur, cuisinière à gaz et four, grille pain, et micro-ondes. Les autres équipements comprennent laveuse / sécheuse dans l'unité, de la climatisation centrale / chauffage, une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite et télévision par câble. Les téléviseurs plasma sont situés dans la chambre à coucher principale et salle. Le bâtiment dispose d'un ascenseur du sabbat, Piscine extérieure partagée (ouverte Avril-Octobre), ping-pong et salle de fitness. Il ya un espace de stationnement intérieur 1 voiture. Notre appartement est merveilleusement located-- à quelques minutes à pied de la plage, la promenade, des aires de jeux, et la synagogue. Restaurants, parapente, et des activités pour les enfants sont à distance de marche le long de la belle promenade de Netanya. Un représentant anglophone vous attendra à l'appartement et répondre à toute question que vous pourriez avoir durant votre séjour.

Excellent apartment! Great views and location.

It was a great apartment it was very big and has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, we were 5 people so all kids had their own room. I asked them to Kasher the kitchen before Pesach and it worked out so well. The manager was very accomodating, the balcony and view are amazing, and the location is a close walk to the beach and a great French Bakery near the Verte Hotel. Parking for one car is incuded and that was awesome. Can't wait to come and stay again.

Pamela's apartment in Netanya is a hidden gem in a nice neighborhood with nice restaurants within walking distance. And did I mention - an easy drive (under 10 minutes) to local beaches!
Her local Israel manager, Davi, was wonderful, and patiently waited for us when we arrived late due to a delayed landing and he was extremely easy to get hold of for any questions we had.
This apartment is spacious by Israeli standards and is perfect for families. We can't wait to come back one day!

right apartment, wrong part of town
the apartment was lovely, spacious, and comfortable. the front mirpesset (balcony) was beautiful, breezy, and we enjoyed the sunsets every evening, often while eating dinner. Unfortunately we were misled by the map showing the location of the property, and since vrbo refuses to reveal the address before the rental is paid for, we were very disappointed. we lived in Natanya for several years and wanted to be in the center of old Natanya where we didn't have to get in the car to get to the beach, go grocery shopping, to the shuk, restaurants, etc. Our landlord was lovely, kind and helpful, and as I said the apartment was all we could have wished for. But I can't imagine booking with vrbo again without first knowing the exact location of the property in question.

Good Value
Great property! Spacious 4 bedroom flat in a perfect location with a super balcony looking out over the Med! 5 of us for 2 weeks and never felt on top of each other. Clean, modern feel, furniture works, nice people. Property manager was attentive and quick to act. Not one complaint, would rent again.

A wonderful stay. Pam couldn’t help us enough before we arrived and Davi her manager in Netanya was very helpful.
The apartment was spacious and very well located in South Netanya. We really enjoyed it and will be going back again.

Six nights in Natanya
All in all we had a great experience. The apartment itself the view and the location were amazing.
We only got access to the apartment at about 6:45 PM which was late. And the pool closes at 7 PM which we found to be early but it is because of the lifeguard.

Roomy
The apartment was very roomy by Israeli standards and had three full bathrooms. The location was great for a morning stroll and to venture out in the country by car. The view was awesome. Netanya has much to offer; restaurants, bars and beaches.

Great location
The apartment is in a great location near the beach, parks and a few little shops and restaurants - we didn’t bother going into the square to eat because the restaurants close to the apartment are really good. The apartment itself is a good size but it was not very clean and everything inside was a bit mismatched (bedding/towels etc had seen better days!). There wasn’t a clothes airer to hang any of the wet towels etc so ended up spending quite a lot of money on the electricity bill at the end because I had to use the tumble dryer so much to get things dry - 7 people including 3 young children makes a lot of washing! The toilet also flooded when we were there and the door handle fell off all the time which was annoying...I think a little bit of money needs to be spent to bring it up to the standard that I think people would expect and also that some of the other apartments in the block are.

Awesome
Thank you so much for hosting us. The apartment is beautiful and spacious. There was plenty of room for my husband and I, our 3 kids and my parents. Location is great with easy walk to the beach and playground. I wish we had more time to explore. On our last day we found a bike rental station near apartment.

Very clean and spacious and well equipped
The apartment has a fantastic view overlooking the sea. There was plenty of room and it is situated in an ideal spot for easy travel. It is well equipped and extremely clean. We will definitely be returning.

Great location, great apartment and awesome view!
We were a family of 6 visiting Netanya for a sports tournament. Ages 12-51. The apartment was spacious and clean. The view and balcony were wonderful. It was an unbelievable experience and Pam was extremely helpful.

Excellent Views
The appartment is beautifuly situated in an upscale residential area of South Beach Netanya with direct breath-taking views of the ocean from the main livingroom, the balcony and three of the bedrooms. The the appartment is very well appointed and very clean. You can tell the owner takes pride in the property. If you are looking for a Noth American standard this is it. It is actually bigger and brighter than it appears in the photos which was great as our teenage daughters had room to spread out. Everything was well set up and all the appliances worked well. The location worked out very well. We loved the fact that in a matter of minutes we could walk down to the beach or walk along the boardwalk. If you want the bustle you can access the restaurants and markets of the city centre within a few minutes drive. Pam, the owner was extremely professional, helpful and very responsive throughout the booking process and during our stay. Her manager Davi was very accommodating and super nice we had one request and it was looked after immediately. We are already thinking about renting again next summer!

Amazing view
WE loved our stay in Netanya. Pictures do not do justice of the view from Pamelas apartment. The apartment is very spacious, plenty of room for our family of 6. Pamela was great to work with, quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. Her onsite manager Davi also was great to work with.

Perfect beyond our expectations!!
The apartment was just PERFECT. spacious, clean with the most magnificent view of the sea from all the rooms but the most special was the balcony (Pictures do not do justice to this property - more spacious and way better view). Pamela was a great host, who provided us with all needs + more!!! We really hope to be back there very soon!!!!

Amazing apartment with beautiful views
Perfect for a large family. The owner was extremely helpful every step of the way, gave us a lot of helpful information. We had a perfect family vacation. The apartment is much bigger than we expected. Great kosher kitchen with excellent instructions. Amazing.

Lovely apartment - just as described
Nothing to fault here at all. The owner was lovely to deal with and arranged for us to be met on arrival at the apartment. The apartment is spacious, clean and well-positioned with a nice view towards the sea. The outdoor swimming pool was perfect and well-maintained too. Perfect for a family vacation. We had a lovely, relaxing time and would stay again.

Beautiful place with lots of space
Friendly contact, nice view, lots of space. We stayed for a week as family and a friend, seven people. The apartment offers plenty of space, three bathrooms, a large living room with open kitchen and a terrace facing the sea. The day was all around a lot of construction, but in the evening the residential area is very quiet. We were happy there and really felt very comfortable there.

Excellent Apartment!
We stayed in the apartment for a week in July 2015 and were delighted. The apartment is spacious and has four decent sized bedrooms with good cupboard space. We were a family of seven and having three bathrooms was a great plus! Two of those bathrooms are en-suite which made it even easier. The air conditioning is good and cools the entire apartment. There is a spacious balcony with a view to the sea where we ate breakfast and just admired the view. The apartment is equipped with WiFi, TV and a phone for incoming calls - so the kids were able to keep in touch with friends etc. through the internet. There is a great beach about 10 minutes walk (3 minutes drive) from the apartment which we used often. During the week the beach did not get crowded. I would recommend a car to make it easier to get to shops and other facilities. The apartment building has a great pool which we used often. The owner was a pleasure to deal with and is very open and thorough. I would definitely stay at this apartment again and would have no hesitation in recommending it for a family holiday!

Awesome apartment!!!
Spacious, clean, and comfortable apartment with a fabulous ocean view. The building has a pool and is very close to the beach. We were able to accommodate our family, have guests, and cook for everyone! We will definitely return and highly recommend the apartment for anyone visiting Israel (Netanya is a great location for visits to both the North and Jerusalem).

This condo was absolutely amazing! There is so much to compliment here, but here are the highlights:
Stunning View, Awesome pool, close to the main beach, great modern space, tons of towels/sheets, very kid friendly, clean, amazing kosher kitchen, shul inside the building, and three bathrooms with showers! We loved our stay and feel that the value is huge here for a family or those who don't want to be couped up in a hotel room. The manager and owners were all so nice to deal with and very accommodating! Loved our stay.

2 WEEK RENTAL - AUGUST 2014
I stayed in this apartment with my wife and 4 kids and we had an absolutely fantastic holiday. The apartment is lovely and spacious with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and the apartment complex is very secure with an excellent swimming pool and great access to the main areas of Netanya and within easy reach of Herzilya and Tel Aviv.
