Notre grand condominium d'une chambre, 1 salle de bain entièrement rénové est dans un complexe de villégiature sur la partie sud de New Smyrna Beach. Il n'y a pas de conduite sur notre plage! Les jardins sont tropicaux et comprennent une belle piscine chauffée en bord de mer (mois d'hiver), une grande piscine pour bébés, un barbecue à gaz et un club-house en front de mer, un court de tennis éclairé, un jeu de palets et un grand kiosque de patio. Étape de la piscine sur la plage de sable blanc de l'océan Atlantique pour pêcher, nager, surfer, jouer au volley-ball, vélo ou voile.
Nous sommes au troisième étage avec une excellente vue sur l'océan. Notre condominium est de 900 pieds carrés, a été entièrement rénové et est rempli de tout pour rendre vos vacances confortables. Nous avons une laveuse et une sécheuse dans notre condo. La chambre principale a un lit king-size et une grande coiffeuse. Détendez-vous dans le salon sur notre canapé queen-size très confortable et nos grandes chaises confortables. Notre maître et notre salon disposent de grandes télévisions à écran plat avec de nombreuses chaînes câblées. Notre table à manger peut accueillir 7 personnes. La cuisine a tout le confort de la maison et donne sur la salle à manger et le salon. Nous avons également un accès Internet sans fil haut débit et un service téléphonique longue distance gratuit. Travaillez depuis la plage, la piscine ou le porche avec notre connexion WI-FI sécurisée ou branchez-vous à notre modem câble pour Internet haute vitesse dans le condo.
Nous ne sommes qu'à une heure d'Orlando, siège de Disney World, Sea World et Universal, et à seulement une demi-heure de Daytona et du Kennedy Space Center.

Beautiful condo, great location, and the best mattress that I’ve slept on out of 6 NSB vaca rentals. Had a small hiccup with WiFi and cable (no fault of host/owner). Host very quick to respond to my messages and issue quickly taken care of. Will definitely plan to stay here again.

We liked this nicely decorated condo that is furnished with good quality items and where the host clearly aims to anticipate guests’ needs and likes. The complex is well maintained too. It has a pleasant view of the ocean on a spacious balcony.

Had a great time at this beautiful, clean condo, on a non-driving part of the beach. Unit was very comfortable for the two of us. Very quiet even for a holiday week. Easy check in and out, good communication with owner. Kitchen was beautiful, had everything we needed. Bed was very comfortable. Whole closet full of beach accessories but we didn't use any of them, just stayed in the pool! Everyone at the condo was very friendly. Had own parking spot. Great location, would stay again.

This condo was very well stocked with essentials and extras to make activities from going to the beach to cooking breakfast easy like beach chairs and spray cooking oil. The location was great with many quality restaurants within easy driving distance. Being so close to Canaveral National Park was a bonus. And check-in was a breeze Thanks.

The condo was nicely furnished and supplied with everything we needed. Good shower, Comfy bed. All the beach supplies anyone would need for a fun day at the beach. Sally responded very quickly to any questions. Only issue was a lot of construction noise from reparations of damage done during the last hurricane. But noise was during the day. Nights were very quiet and ocean waves could be heard.

Beautiful condo! Felt very much at home. Bed & pillows were comfy. Our stay was very pleasant. The balcony was a nice surprise, the furniture & view in the pictures do not do it justice! The complex, overall was nicely landscaped and very visually appealing. Already looking forward to our next stay.

This property was a fabulous, completely renovated condo with views of the ocean. The decor was comfortable and welcoming and the immensities were numerous such as the large screen TVs, beach towels and chairs, comfy porch furniture, and a washer/dryer. The owners have supplied most everything that you need for an easy, relaxing stay. I highly recommend this property and hope to reserve it again in the future!

This was my second time staying at this unit! It is beautifully decorated, great view of ocean, very clean (and I am clean freak), in all a great weekend visiting a dear old friend who lives in same complex! Will definitely rent again in near future!

Our stay at Sally’s was everything you’d want in a beachside retreat. You can hear the sound of the ocean and watch the waves as you sit on the patio with comfortable seating. Morning walks on the beach to watch the sunrise, with coffee in hand, is merely steps way. The impeccable decor is fresh and relaxing with comfortable seating for you and your guests to watch a movie or eat a meal made in the fully stocked kitchen. Every detail is carefully considered for your convenience and comfort. Sleeping is heavenly on the excellent king mattress. If you don’t want to cook, there are two excellent restaurants just across the street and many more choices a few moments away in the hip beachside town of New Smyrna Beach. I would definitely recommend Sally’s for your next visit to the area. We look forward to visiting again soon.

Wonderful stay at this lovely condo with a great outdoor space and an ocean view. Sally was very responsive with any and all questions. Condo was very well equipped, lots of fluffy towels, beach chairs, comfy bed and immaculate. Several nearby restaurants, Dollar Store grocery across the street, Publix just down the road. Highly recommend.

The condo is lovely and in a great location. Beautifully decorated - with so many nice touches. Very comfortable with nice furnishings. We loved it and would highly recommend if you only need one bedroom.

My wife and I stayed at Sally's property for a long weekend wedding trip. All of the information we needed was provided clearly and promptly, and we found the condo to be perfect for what we needed. Everything was very comfortable and the condo is ideal for a short (or extended) stay for two adults. When our flight home was cancelled due to weather, we were able to extend our stay by a night, and the responsiveness to the request was greatly appreciated.

Unit is updated with high-end kitchen, bath, etc - complex is very clean and directly across street from Dollar General and Ice cream stores - no driving part of the beach - all went well - only complaint is couldn,t get TVS to work - 90% of the time

The pictures of this condo do not do it justice. Everything about this unit was beautifully decorated and clean. Great location, friendly locals and right on the water. Communication with owner was almost immediate. I honestly can’t say enough great things. We will be back!

We had the best vacation ever!! The condo was beautifully decorated and had all the comforts of home. Beautiful view! Everything we could need was provided including beach chairs and beach towels. 10/10 recommend. Perfect location as well. Definitely hope to stay here again.

We only needed a small space since we were only traveling with our daughter. The layout is so nice that it felt much bigger than we expected. The complex is older but when we walked through the door we were pleasantly surprised by the amazing renovation of this condo….it’s so beautiful and comfortable! Speaking of comfort, the king size bed is so nice! I never sleep great when traveling but I did this trip. The picture of the view of the ocean does not match the reality….it is much more visible in person and you could hear the wonderful waves crash the beach, music to our ears! My husband that only likes ocean front views was satisfied. Overall, it was a great first trip to New Smyrna and especially nice after 3 days at Universal Studios with a 14 year old!

If you are viewing the pictures and trying to decide if this is the right location for you, trust what you see. The view of the ocean is accurate, every inch of this home is beautifully renovated and the decor is relaxing and inviting. My wife and I were very pleased with the responsiveness of the owner. Sally was more than helpful and understanding. This location has been saved as one of our favorites and we look forward to visiting again.
