Luxury Beach Cottage -Naples ( new heated pool and hot tub) short walk to Beach
Étonnamment situé, à quelques minutes à pied de la célèbre plage de Vanderbilt, du parc de Naples, où se trouve le Ritz Carlton. Nouvelle piscine d'eau salée Zen chauffée (donc pas de produits chimiques agressifs et malsains) avec jacuzzi (bain à remous) construite en janvier 2018. Impeccablement entretenu avec des équipements européens. 3 chambres, 2 salles de bain, 5 vélos neufs, buggy de plage neuf, sac à dos, chaises de jardin, jouets de plage, équipement de gym (poids, tapis, bandes, etc.) et plus encore. Le propriétaire et la direction européens maintiennent la maison à un niveau extrêmement élevé. À quelques minutes du centre commercial Mercardo, situé au centre, à proximité de la 5ème avenue. Location au mois seulement. Veuillez noter que le Lola`s Cottage est strictement interdit de fumer, pas d'animaux Cottage. Bien que nous adorions les animaux de compagnie, notre fils a une forte allergie aux animaux de compagnie et à la poussière. Location au mois uniquement de janvier à fin mars. Reste de l'année, séjours minimum hebdomadaires bienvenus. Nous apportons toujours des améliorations à notre charmant cottage. Nous avons étendu les carreaux de travestine dans la piscine pour plus de barbecue en avril 2018. Nous avons également ajouté une nouvelle passerelle vers la piscine et une douche extérieure ajoutée. Une nouvelle clôture de confidentialité totale a été installée en mai 2018.

The property was absolutely amazing! Beautiful house, amazing pool, and absolutely spotless upon check in. This is by far the most well stocked house we have ever stayed in. There’s tons of kid friendly items in the house- even a changing pad. Communication with host was fantastic and prompt. This is the first time renting a house without a cage around the pool and the only downside, which obviously can’t be controlled, were the tons of mosquitos. There was bug spray in house so we didn’t even have to go purchase that. We would love to rent this house again upon returning to Naples!

Was an overall fantastic place to stay. Would have been nice to have complimentary laundry detergent and toiletries like most other places we’ve stayed. And no welcoming snacks or anything. The neighborhood was nice and quiet for the most part.

This was a wonderful place to stay- close to the beach. The property included bikes which helped get to the beach without having to deal with parking a car. The pool and hot tub were great to have right out back and it was very private! Kitchen was fully equipped. The A/C had an issue during our stay and the owner took care of it immediately. There are endless nearby options for food and shopping. Would highly recommend!

The Matresses were hard as concret- I literally got no sleep and pillows were cheap sooo soft they made your head just sink in..no comfort at all...I had to sleep on couch..other than that it was ok

When we first walked into this home we were struck by how lovely and spacious it was throughout. The furnishings were very nice and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and it was comfortable to cook in. And, then there were the fabulous salt water pool and hot and hottub and the elegant and outdoor chairs and tables. This overall the loveliest VRBO vacation we have had.

Everything you could wish for was provided both for the beach as well as indoors. Kitchen glasses,dishes, pots and pans and all accessories extensive. Home was spotless, pool maintenance excellent. The most complete and satisfying vrbo experience we have ever had. Fulfilled our every wish for a close to the beach experience in Naples.

There was excellent communication before hand and during our two week stay. No concerns about forgetting keys or being locked out with efficient key pads and interior locks.
Our living space was open, airy, and easy to keep clean. Lots of cooking utensils, a large fridge, and a huge island made food prep and dining in enjoyable.
We rode well maintained bicycles every day. The salt water pool was refreshing and the hot tub was very relaxing.
We would highly recommend this beautiful home.

Felt at home in the comfortable surroundings. The pool and hot tub were enjoyed by us everyday. Once we learned how to get from here to there, it was convenient to get around the area. Day trips to surrounding beaches and natural areas like Corkscrew were highlights.

We stayed at this property for the entire month of February. The house is as advertised. Everything you need for a wonderful family vacation is there. The pool and spa were fantastic and everyone from our three-year-old grandchild to grandma
spent countless hours enjoying them. The beautiful Vanderbilt beach is a 25 minute walk or 10 minute bike ride from the house. The sunsets here are fantastic.
The owner of the house is extremely responsive and prompt to any questions you might have. I would highly recommend this property to anyone.

Great stay beautiful home all the room our family of 4 needed to relax for our week stay and very clean .We loved the location and the wonderful outdoor space and pool and hot tub . We enjoyed the bikes and beach chairs . Everything we needed for our week long stay in Naples . Carina the hosts was great answering our questions and the property manager was wonderful when we had a question about the hot tub . A great spot we highly recommend .

We loved our stay. Host was easily accessible and very responsive. We only needed her once during our stay and she promptly helped! Pool/hot tub was great and very clean, rooms were immaculate. Everything was wonderful. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again. Thank you!

We loved our stay at Lola’s cottage. The entire place was immaculate inside and out and nicely appointed. We loved the beautiful pool area and it was nice having the screen porch for dinner. We went to the beach and appreciated having access to the backpack beach chairs. We can’t wait to stay here again.

House was great and clean, BUT pool was completely unprepared- dirty and all green! Pool manager and property manager were rude and unprofessional. We had to leave on the first day and find another place.

My Family had an absolutely wonderful vacation at this VRBO rental! The property's beauty was matched only by the comfort of its beds and family room area, giving it a true home-away-from-home feel. The modern facilities and new appliances further enhanced the experience. The real highlight for me was the mesmerizing pool and hot tub area, complete with a delightful little waterfall. What's more, the rental's location right in the heart of the action, close to restaurants, beaches, and grocery stores, couldn't have been more convenient. The owner's responsiveness to my queries added an extra layer of satisfaction to the trip. The pool area was designed thoughtfully, featuring three separate sets of tables and chairs. Notably, one of these areas was screened in, allowing for a relaxing and bug-free outdoor experience. I can't recommend this place enough – it's the perfect getaway!

Great set up. Bikes were great. Beaches are close. I d recommend driving towards Naples for better sand but Vanderbilt beach is super close.

Everything was clean, neat and organized. There was anything and everything you would possibly need in the kitchen, and it was a nice touch providing beach/pool towels too. We would definitely stay again!

This cottage was perfect place to relax and has enjoyeverything that Florida has to offer. The house is beautiful, very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed biking to the beach and the pool in backyard. We had a car so shopping and dinning in restaurants was within reach. Trader Joe’s and Seeds to Table are within a few minutes. We loved the neighberhood of Naples Park. We would Love to stay at this place again. It was perfect. Carina who is the host was within reach and always helpful to answer all questions. We are very pleased with the whole experience.

Adorable, well equipped home with a great pool and hot tub (which really came in handy as we had red tide early on in our stay). Later an easy bike ride/walk to the beach. Carina was a great host.

We had a great stay at Carina’s property. The property is a short bike ride (5+ bikes included) to the beach and close to everything. The heated pool and comfortable pool chairs were a big plus.

We couldn't have been happier with the house and Carina was the most accommodating host, always making sure everything was a 5-star experience. The house is beautifully updated with a new heated pool and hot tub (which we used every single day) and it's in the perfect location. Everyone (4 of us) had a place to work from while working remotely (bedrooms, screened in porch, large kitchen island, poolside, and even in the hot tub). The kitchen has all the amenities you need to cook at home with several great coffeemakers and a Vitamix blender which we used everyday. We will definitely be back!

Carina and Sarah were exceptional in their communication and responsiveness to questions from before we arrived as well as while we were there. The house is beautiful and a great place to enjoy time as a family. We appreciated the location, pool, and conveniences of home (there was even a garlic press!!!) I loved the bikes that were present and was blown away that there was exercise equipment present (weights, bands, and a few other goodies one could easily burn off all the gelato, pasta, and bread calories with.)

The property had everything we needed. The two refrigerators really came in handy. We did have a few hiccups during our stay but that was expected as we were there just two months after hurricane Ian. The owner quickly responded to all of our inquiries and worked to resolve our concerns. The location was great and very close to many restaurants and grocery stores. While you could walk to the beach, it was nicer/quicker to ride one of their bikes. It would have been nice to have had access to a few basic tools (screwdrivers and adjustable wrenches) as some of the bikes are in need of basic maintenance. The pictures in the posting make it seem like a larger property than it was, but the contents and condition of the property matches exactly.
The neighborhood as well as the coastal property owners are doing a great job restoring all the hurricane damage and we were very happy to have some beach access along Naples pier and Vanderbilt beach off Bluebill avenue.

We spent a perfect 14 days at Carina's property.
After hurricane Ian hit the gulf coast we weren't sure if it was even possible to travel to Naples. The communication right after the disaster and before we left with Carina was outstanding. She kept us informed and answered all our questions. Even offered us a cancellation should we not want to travel.
Fortunately we could fly there and were happy to find Carina's place unharmed.
The house and its surroundings offer everything you could wish for: all is as described and very clean and well looked after. The pool and spa are one of a kind, we used it daily and enjoyed every minute.
If you want to spend a day at the beach, there's a lot of beach toys and beach chairs you can use. There are also 6 (or even more) bicylcles you can use and locks to secure them. We used them to go to the beach as there are not that many parking spaces at the moment. Also it's not far to go there (Delnor Wiggins). Only at the moment it's not recommended to swim in the sea, that's why we enjoyed the pool area even more.
Publix/Walmart and all kind of shopping possibilities are nearby and can be reached within 10 - 20 min. (Outlets, Coastland and Waterside shops). The restaurants on 5th Ave are also within 20 - 30 min. away - depending on the traffic.
I want to mention once again, that the communication with the host was extremely easy and Carina answered always immediately, which is not to be taken for granted.
If someday we go back to Naples (which we definitely will), we would even adapt our travel dates to make sure we could stay in that beautiful cottage again.

Great property, the owner has thought of everything, fully stocked kitchen with multiple types of coffee makers, a crock pot, 2 refrigerators for food storage. Excellent communication from the homeowner.

Carina was an excellent communicator! House was beautifully renovated. Pool was beautiful and perfect for a daily swim! Bed was comfortable with high quality sheets. Nice area near the beach and tons of restaurants. The house is stocked with amenities, excellent WiFi, cable tv, stainless new appliances, multiple bikes, beach chairs, floats , etc. This house had everything we were looking for! Would definitely stay again! Carina was easy get in touch with if needed. Highly recommend!

SPECTACULAR!!! We have stayed in many many VRBO properties this was by far the nicest we have ever stayed in . The property was much larger than we needed for just the two of us but boy did we enjoy it . The pool was amazing . Close to the beach , very nice new bikes available for use . Great location . Beds , furniture all comfortable. Owner very responsive . We loved it and will be back again!!!!
