Cette nouvelle demeure d’East Nashville se trouve à moins de 5 km de tous les divertissements de Broadway: bars Honky Tonk, Panthéon de la musique country, Bridgestone Arena, Stade Nissan, Music City Centre, etc. Il y a un Kroger à 1,5 km pour faire l'épicerie et la bande de restaurants et bars à 5 Points est également à moins de 2,5 km. Le pont arrière est un endroit génial pour se détendre - très spacieux avec de nombreux sièges, un bain à remous et un gril.
Vous aurez accès à toute la maison - aux deux étages, à la terrasse arrière et au parking. Th house was clean and comfortable. Perfect for hosting my group of 8. Close to downtown. I would definitely stay there again.

This house is an easy Uber ride to anywhere. Offers plenty of space to relax. When we arrived the hot tub wasn’t working. I emailed Bob and he was able to have someone come out and fix it quickly. Would definitely book again.

I would absolutely stay at this VRBO when traveling to Nashville again. Our host was super helpful and flexible with our travel arrangements and the place fit all of our needs. It was clean and had all the necessities needed. Location was good and back deck was super nice with hot tub and grill for cookout. Unfortunately weather did not permit use of deck. Host was available for all questions and enjoyed all that Nashville had to offer. You will not be disappointed when staying at this property.

Wonderful family rental.
Plenty of room for the whole family. New and currently styled home well stocked with all the essentials. Great location for car travel around the different Nashville attractions. Some traffic and city noises in the back yard but quiet inside.

Enjoyed our stay and proximity to downtown. Home interior was very nice and accommodated our group of 6. The outside area of the house was a little rough with older patio furnishings and leaves everywhere on the deck. Jacuzzi was a nice addition but the chlorine/Bromine was so strong it was unbearable to sit down low very long because of the strong chlorine odor. All things considered, a pleasant stay

Lovely Home
We were initially looking at a different area to stay, but we all ended up loving East Nashville - so many cool restaurants and bars and a lot are within walking distance. The home was lovely and perfect fit to our needs. We enjoyed the hot tub every day and had everything we needed. The host was very quick to communicate and we appreciated everything he did for us. Highly recommend!

This property was perfect for our group of 10 friends visiting Nashville. Only a short ~7 minute drive to Broadway. Bob was an incredible host and easy to communicate with. I can't recommend this property enough!

Great house for groups!
Went with family over the thanksgiving break. Enjoyed the house so much! So close to downtown (less than 10 minute drive). Plenty of space. We did want to cook larger meals and found the cooking supplies to be limited, so if you want to cook large meals you may want to be aware of that.

My group was in town for a wedding and this home worked perfectly for us. Beautiful master suite, perfectly clean, and the hot tub was awesome!

Great house for a group!
This house was clean, well stocked and convenient to downtown. We loved the outdoor space and hot tub. Neighborhood still seemed a bit in transition (several Uber drivers told us not to walk around there) but we felt safe and secure in the house and in the backyard. We had a great time!

We were celebrating my 60th birthday. This was the perfect place for it. Lots of room for everyone and everything. The kitchen is stocked with coffee and all the fixin's to get your day started as are the bathrooms. Fabulous weekend getaway
Bob’s property is a spacious and well-appointed space that can accommodate a large group. Seven men gathered here for a college reunion, and we thoroughly enjoyed the house and its amenities.

Wonderful House!
We enjoyed our stay here while visiting family. The house is clean and well-equipped and very comfortable. The outside space is great for relaxing and hanging out with friends and family. The owner Bob was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Great location to everything in East Nashville and close enough to the downtown area as well. We would highly recommend renting this house!

Exceptional. Spacious & clean home.
We needed a home where there was plenty of room to all work virtually during the day. This was a spacious home. When our flight was delayed, the owner accepted all our groceries (from the food delivery service at Instacart) and stocked them for us. Whoa! This was huge. This is a legit professionally managed VRBO home and it exceeded our expectations.

This place is perfect for visiting Nashville. Looks brand new and was very clean. Also Bob was very responsive to any and all requests, he worked with us to accommodate early and late check-in. As we had some people arriving/ leaving early or later. Overall wonderful experience. If you’re visiting Nashville, Bobs place is the place to be.
