We love staying on Zen Dog this is a luxury boat with everything you need and more. There’s a fabulous shower block if you don’t want to use the boats facilities and a wonderful restaurant in the Marina. Zen dog has a fabulous sliding roof which opens up the upper deck to let in the wonderful sunshine which we were so lucky to have. There is plentiful seating on the upper and lower deck. You can also sit up front on lovely big cushions with a view of the Isle of Wight and the other boats. There’s also efficient heaters in bedrooms lower and upper decks which were great for the chilly mornings. Loved everything about Zen Dog

Great relaxing overnight stay. Easy instructions available on youtube video from host. Definitely a get away with a difference. Highly recommended.

We were in a unique setting and were provided with all the facilities we needed to have a wonderful 2 days in Lymington and the New Forest. Coffees, Comfortable beds . Nice sofas and tables to have drinks and dinner around, great car parking and facilities 5 mins walk away / amazing restaurant the Haven . Great views both from morning through to night . Would highly recommend above a hotel as was such a different experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Birthday girl had an unforgettable time .

The WC has a shower in the same room, above the toilet, this is maybe what some may not be used to but this is such a minor point and there is a great draining system to draw the water away , there were also showers a few mins walk away in the harbour side development next to the Haven restaurant. There were too many great things about staying on the yacht so I would not mark it down for this . Still 9.5 /10 overall for me .

Had a fantastic short break staying on Zen Dog! The mooring location is great with a nice view and easy access to the great marina facilities. Mike was great with his communication and clear instructions for when we were aboard. Would definitely book again!

Zendog was a beautifully clean, warm and comfortable boat. It was our first time staying on the water and we had a wonderful time. Myself, hubby and two kids (13 and 10) all enjoyed the experience, the kids loved the TV in their room, and there was enough family space in the saloon too. The marina was quiet and picturesque, beautiful sunny frosty weather for a December stay. Bathrooms at the marina centre were lovely. Easy to walk into Lymington for food, we ate at the Ship Inn and Prezzo, both offered good selections for our fussy kids. Mike took us out on the water, and made my husbands birthday celebrations complete, with him having a good long drive of zendog. Both kids got to take the wheel too and loved every minute. A really fun, different break away.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

The boat is stunning, comfortable and spacious. A wonderful adventure for our family! The hosts were friendly, gave us loads of information to make our stay as relaxed as possible and the facilities at the harbour were superb too.

Wow, wow, wow. the yacht was ideal for myself, my wife and 18 yr old son. Mike the owner even left the air conditioning on in preparation for 39 degree heat, on hottest weekend of the year. Perfect, perfect, perfect in every way. We are thinking about a life on the water after our son departs for Oz in few months so anything we pick up is good for us. Zen Dog and the Haven bar/restaurant are wonderful. Five star facilities like shower area are a bonus. Highly recommend the whole Zen Dog experience. Thanks Mike for everything!

Where to begin? After stumbling across this piece of treasure, you start to think this is too good to be true, what's the catch, did I read everything correctly, what am I missing??.. well let me tell you, those fears where completely unfounded. The owner Mike was incredibly welcoming, informative, good fun (joined in on our fun for a surprise trip for the Birthday girl), flexible and most of all cared about our experience on this incredibly gorgeous boat and a simply fantastic location that had so much to offer. From the person, to the boat, location, facilities, town, eateries, walks... the whole thing was just perfect. I have already shared this little golden nugget with friends and family and will continue to do so as everyone needs time at the "Zen Dog". Thank you so much Mike, till next time 🤩

Amazing luxury yacht with all you need . Very good comunication with the owner. Super clean and comfortable. Easy check in - check out .Good location in a beautiful area. If you want to try something special go for it.

Location good.

There was an overpowering chemical smell from the toilet that permeated the whole boat which gradually got worse along with an egg smell that was coming from a leak under the bedroom floor. It was quite unpleasant to sleep with the smell.

Fantastic experience staying on Zen Dog. Communication from owner fab. Beautiful location and surroundings areas. It was great having so many seating options with TV's and free WiFi. Fantastic facilities on board with everything you need. The weather wasn't great but Zen Dog was always warm and cosy.

We didn't use the on board shower because it wasn't necessary with fantastic facilities a short walk away.

Never stayed on a boat before but would do again. Extremely relaxing. Washing on the boat is not ideal but the showers on site are just a short walk & are extremely good & very clean.

We rented the Zen Dog for our friends honeymoon. From start to finish the communication with Mike was outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble, from finding somewhere for lunch on our charter to researching which restaurants delivered. If you are looking for a great weekend away with the added bonus of sailing around the Solent then look no further. We would highly recommend and will undoubtably been booking again.
