Enjoyed the stay. Very Calm and scenic setting. Clean with nice welcome gifts. Enjoyed the chirping of the birds with the comfort of the boat.

We were not told that we would have to go to the toilet block to do number 2s. To me this information is crucial before booking. I suffer from stomach problems and made various trips even in the middle of the night plus my husband gad to get up and help me off and on the boat due to my short legs we would not have booked had we known this. Also I am only 5 ft tall and sleep separate from my husband I had to get into bed on my tummy and reverse out I feel this bedroom should have been marked as children only.

I have a dream that one day I have to stay in a yatch and my dream has fulfilled the property was so good and neat thanks y-knot

It was a seamless experience from arriving to leaving. The staff in all areas were friendly and helpful. The boat was wonderful, so clean and everything you need for a break away. The welcome hamper was lovely.

We loved everything about the yacht.It’s location was fabulous & we had everything we needed on board including a lovely Little goody box of food to enjoy when we first got on board.

The weather.!!..but nothing anyone can do about wind & rain.

All great. A little disappointed about having to walk to outside loo if more than a No 1 but do understand reason. Mention it simply because of rain factor.

Liked the privacy and remote location. Did not like ( not your fault) no taxis were available to drive us into town ( rain issue ). Boat well appointed and nice and clean. We'll done to your team.

The wonderful location surpassed our expectations, we had an absolutely unique and relaxing break.

What a wonderful nights stay on YKnot, the boat is super cosy and the little hamper upon arrival when we hadn’t had time to get to a shop before hand was very welcomed and a lovely touch. Thank you very much. Facilities at the marina are really nice and our handover/check in was seamless - Helen was very welcoming. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay again!

The location was excellent. A great family experience. The boat had everything we needed on board.

The cruiser was lovely, but photos deceptive as it was quite small. I didn’t expect to have to visit the shower block on a daily basis, however, they were very clean, stocked with shower gel, hair dryers, straighteners and plenty of hooks and shelves so our belongings did not get wet. Another thing we didn’t factor was water, it would be useful if there were more drinking fountains around the harbour, but we refilled at the main office to try and cut down on plastic. The boat was lovely, suitably clean and the welcome pack was very thoughtful with M&S treats - wine, cheese, crackers, bread and spreads.

Lack of detail about using shower blocks and toilets, they are on board, but space is tight and you can only urinate, which gets a bit stinky! No where to hang towels, so the boat looks a bit awful with towels handing off to dry, although they were changed mid week. More drinking water fountains around the harbour. We may just be ignorant of sea life?

Great location, boat was fab and fully equipped. Keira met us and was lovely and helpful. Shower facilities on site great and had a lovely meal in the restaurant.

The welcome pack was absolutely brilliant. Everything you could need to tide you over the first couple of days until you could get to the shops. The location was also brilliant. Very quiet & peaceful with lovely views over to the Isle of Wight. Staff were very efficient and friendly.
