We really enjoyed our stay in Nashville. The house was clean and everything we needed for our vacation. Would highly recommend to anyone.

House was as advertised but needs a good deep clean. There is no access to the house from the garage if no one is home. Definitely recommend a key lock box for the back door if street parking is limited like it was when we were there.

These side by side homes were perfect for our large family. They were exceptionally clean and provided extra space for spreading out. Overall a great experience.

This was a perfect location for our group. It was far enough away from the hectic downtown yet a cheap ride share away from where we need to be there. A very comfortable home in a newly burgeoning area!

Adam was very accommodating to our needs while traveling with a group of 16 people. The house was very clean and spacious and the location was conventionally located to Broadway and other fine attractions. Would definitely recommend this house to others!

Finding the property was easy, access and alarm instructions were great. Parking in the back ample. The home location was good for traveling to attractions but I would have liked to be more prepared for the neighborhood which was not impressive and undergoing some transformation. However, the property was perfect in size for gathering all of the family together, having two houses side by side was nice, the indoor open floor plan allowed us all to gather for meals and to spend our evenings together. The house layout was wonderful offering a downstairs suite for family members who could not handle stairs and upstairs space allowed putting the children to bed away from the noise of adult evening activities. I'm not sure it was intended for this use but the stairs landing made a great space for our older kids to hang out, do crafts, play cards and talk! Not sure we ever found the bonus space, unless it was in the walk in closets, but with a few family member vacation cancellations and bunking up with family members we made do. We would suggest having had a gate between the back yards to open up to a larger outdoor space and an outdoor table would have been a great addition. The property was clean but could do with some maintenance, porch swing broken on one of the houses, towel bars missing in bathrooms and patching of drywall in process. The latches on the back yard gates need some repair. Grill needed serious cleaning before we could use. Lucky for us we were renting both houses because we needed kitchen items that were not in both houses, i.e. can opener, large stock pot for cooking, hand mixer for some baked goods. Future items to add would be a baking sheet in each house. Plenty of dishes and drink ware made it nice to serve meals. The storage space was wonderful, we put away everything we brought so not to be in the way and keep things clutter free. Plenty of towels, trash bags, soap, extra chairs for outdoors. If we return to the area or know of others who plan on traveling to Nashville we would recommend this property.
