Beautiful Home only 5 Minutes from Royal Gorge Bridge, Rafting, Ziplines & More
Grande maison à quelques minutes du pont Royal Gorge, rafting et pêche sur la rivière Arkansas et bien plus encore! La maison est sur une propriété privée de 150 acres ... zone très privée! 8-10 personnes confortablement. La chambre principale spacieuse a un lit King size, une baignoire à jets, deux lavabos et une douche. Deux chambres ont des lits queen size et partagent une salle de bain jack and jill avec douche. La dernière chambre du hall a 2 lits doubles et une salle de bain complète dans le couloir. La cuisine est entièrement meublée. Le grand salon est équipé d'un futon en taille réelle si nécessaire. 2400 pieds carrés de grand espace de vie et des vues incroyables sur la montagne! * Le sous-sol et le garage sont inachevés et non disponibles pour utilisation (pas en rénovation actuellement).

If you are planning a trip to the Royal Gorge/Canon City, this is the ideal place to stay. It is a very large home, so there is plenty of space for everyone. It is close to everything! I don't think we travelled longer than 15 minutes to reach all our excursions. It is close to trails, rafting, restaurants, and the Royal Gorge. The house was very clean and bright. I appreciated the closet of extra towels and the washer/dryer especially after a day of rafting. You cannot go wrong renting this house!

We couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay! The space is perfect for large families or a group. We had 2 families, total of 8 ( big teenage boys!) The place was very clean, stocked with a few pantry items, plenty of towels and good bedding. The kitchen cooking supplies could use some improvement but overall well stocked.
Don’t let the location fool you. The house sets off the hwy and near a business. It’s a great location, that feels private but close to town and a short drive to all outdoor Royal Gorge activities, such as water rafting, zip lines, and the bridge. Loved the easy access to the Skyline hiking trail. We enjoyed the Main Street area for dining and shopping.
Note that the front entrance is located up steep stairs, however you can enter from basement.

Tons of Room
Really great location with easy access to both town and mountains. Enjoyed hiking Skyline in the morning with plenty of other activities nearby. Spacious accommodations with plenty of room for additional guests.

We ended up with a much smaller group than originally planned. The house is perfect for large groups. The basement is a massive open space that is ideal for big groups to spend time together.

Place is as advertised. The house was clean and had everything you would need, and plenty of space for large family. Check in/out was easy, and the location from the Royal Gore and town is perfect. I will definitely stay again for any future trips to this area.

Comfy & Roomy Stay
This property was one of the nicer ones we have stayed in. It has so much extra room for everyone to have their own space. Believe me, when you have a big family vacation sometimes you need to get away and some space to yourself. Property owners were super nice and accommodating and quick to respond to text messages. I would definitely use them again on our next trip. The view was absolutely gorgeous and it was nice not having neighbors. I would recommend this property to anyone traveling in Colorado.

Skyline House
This property is great! It’s located right in front of a mountain, close to town and the Royal Gorge. We spotted a dear within our first few minutes there. Plenty of room and tons of natural light. We would definitely stay here again!

Property was spacious and much nicer than expected! Convenient location, but there was traffic noise that was remedied by a noise machine app. Fully stocked kitchen accessories were nice as well as shampoo.

Wonderful house
My family and I stayed this last week. Communication with Taylor was so easy and she was quick to respond to anything. The house was beautiful and in a great central location to all the things we wanted to see and do. We loved going up on Skyline Ridge every night to watch the sunset. We had such a great week and won’t soon forget the memories we made.

We enjoyed our stay in your home. We had room for a family of 9 which included 3 teenagers. The only problem we encountered was with the dishwasher, which didn't always start even though we heard it filling with water. We would rent the house again if we are in Canon City.

Great place for families
We stayed here for a weekend trip to Canyon City and our family’s trip on the Santa Express. We have 5 kids and the place was great to spread out and still allow my husband and I to relax in the evenings. Lots of towels and sheets available and it was great having laundry access all weekend. There were extra chairs for us to use around the table and the kitchen had all cooking supplies we needed. We did need to bring our own pack n play and booster high chair for the baby, so just note that if you have a little one. The owner was also super responsive to questions and help during our stay. We will certainly stay again for future visits to the area.

A convenient location and all we needed!
This property, roughly midway between the town of Canyon City and the entrance to the Royal Gorge Park, worked perfectly for our needs during our stay. The rooms were spacious and the kitchen well stocked with utensils and modern appliances. We did not spend much time at the house since we were usually busy exploring the "neighborhood", but had no complaints whenever we were!

Location is great!
We loved the location of the house. We were there to experience white water rafting, the royal gorge, and the royal gorge train and we were just a few miles from everything. House is clean with stocked with everything we needed. The only complaint from my cohort was the time it took for the water to heat up. I let them know that indeed the water did heat up so there was actually no problem :). Anyhow, thanks again. We had a great time!
