The location is perfect for convenience; there are two restaurants in the same parking lot. Although they are understaffed, the team worked hard to ensure guests were comfortable.

Close to Royal Gorge Bridge.

It’s an old property. The air in the hallway and elevator was stuffy. The sink handle literally broke off the second morning so the water could not be turned off. We were offered another room but decided to check out.

Facility and rooms where clean. Breakfast was alright.

the management was horrible and so rude. They refused my fiancé and I a room even though we fully paid and wouldn’t give us a refund. The front desk man was very rude and wouldn’t even try to help us

The absolute BEST hotel we have ever stayed at! Front desk to the room and breakfast this is the place. Helpful staff friendly breakfast lady and a great room.

they listed the beds as queen size, but they were sure small. I think they were doubles instead.

The staff is very friendly, specially Katrisha the front desk and the lady on breakfast. I spoke with katrisha on my way to the hotel and she helped me a lot. Bed are really comfortable and the hotel is clean in a very good location.

Everything but the entrance to the hotel. We had to come into the back entrance that was not handicapped accessible I was alone trying to get to heavy concentrators in by myself. The luggage cart could not be brought outside to load my items I had to carry them up a step. If it wouldn't have been for three gentlemen helping me bring the cart down to my car and loading it and hand picking up the stair I would have not been able to enter in to the hotel. And then doing it again to leave. This was great inconvenience to us the stay in the hotel was great the room was great the staff was great. You just need to let people know if they're staying in a handicap room and you know you have things going on in the front entrance that should be a top priority.

This is always a nice clean place to stay. Rooms are really nice.
